Hi sbi sattenapalli branch manager,

My name is surya prakash having sbi account number: [protected]), i am son of late s. V. A raju having sbi account number:[protected]).
I have an education load with your branch which was availed during my[protected].

My dad expired on 10 sept 2012, at that time he had 35, 000 amount in his account.
After his expiry i arrived to branch on 10 oct 2012 to close my loan account by transferring his amount and paying the rest of amount.
However me and my mom were humiliated by asking multiple documents at that time like pension documents, id card documents, legal heir documents etc.
That behavior brought me in pain and i never went to branch again.
Also i want to understand when a pensioner has opened his account why my mom or me is not the beneficiary?

Recently i got a call from sattenapalli sbi deputy manager (Naga malleswari) at 19:24 hours informing that the loan account has become “npa”.
In that conversion her tone was again harassing and humiliating.
I gave her an option to settle the loan amount by paying in emi, however she was aggressive and didn’t agreed to my opinion.
Few of her statements during the conversation are “you are causing shame to your dad”, ”you don’t deserve to be his son” etc.

Now i came to know that sbi sattenapalli has kept lien on my mom’s account ([protected]) with an amount of 1 lakh.
And she (Sattenapalli sbi deputy manager naga malleswari) want me to meet her apologies her even with or without paying the loan amount.

Hence i want to escalate this issue about the inconvenient harassing and humiliating behavior caused by the branch and its deputy manager.
Also i would request you to be provided with an option to pay the loan after debiting the amount from my father’s account.
Also kindly don’t consider the interest accumulated from 2012 till now as i was trying to pay the amount at that time itself and the bank didn’t co-operate.

If i am not getting a proper response, then i would bring this point into social media by tagging all of the responsible government authorities.

    We have an account with state bank of india s 4 branches of jamshedpur.We are satisfied with all branch services but sakchi branch is pathetic.
    Its been 2 months we are chasing them to activate saral for our account but they are unable to.While have ant account with main branch bistupur got it very same day for other account.They are not trained & have very casual attitude.Branch manager says its ok if you want to close account this is her statement.They are unable to activate saral so i complained after 2 months of waiting because we complained they are more rude & want us to close account.Heights o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from a bank like state bank of india.
    Kindly look into this matter we really need to activate saral for our corporate account.

      Dear sir

      A refund of 335 rupees was successfully processed on 29 march to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

      kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          My name is gaurav mahate. I am a btech student in nit trichy. When i paid semester fees for my fourth sem via sbi i collect on 6th january 2015, after waiting for so long and entering otp the page showed transaction status failure but the amount was deducted from the account. Since the amount was deducted i did not look into this matter for cross examining. Now i am in fourth year and during no-dues i was brought in attention that the amount was never creditedd to college account. I paid total inr 21861.24 and the reference number du09730799. Kindly look into this matters as the payment status would withheld my degree. I want the funds to be refunded to my account.

            On 17th april-2017 i received a call from mob no. [protected] asking all the details about my sbi atm card and bank account. Also he asked the otp i received from “vk-sbiotp”. He collected all the details from my wife by giving the reference of our (Myself & wife) visit to the mhow sbi branch (Ifsc : sbin0010800). I do'nt know how he collected the mob no of my wife, nowhere mentioned that no.

              I am having salary account in State Bank of India, PAU Branch, Ludhiana. My wife is joint holder of the account. The cheque was given for AMC of Water Purifier. But it was Dishonoured. After enquiring from the bank they told me that my wife signature not available in the bank record. They ask me to submit signature of both o[censored]s along with the identity proof. My account is about 16 year old . The cheque books are issued in the name of both. We have taken even housing loan (in both name in 2004 and repaid the same. May I know the negligence of the staff for not maintaining popper record. Who will be responsible for delayed payment and penalty if any? It is not expected from no.one bank of the country.

                For about a week now, I am unable to access my SBI account online. Even though ID and Password are correct, a message pops up saying that either is invalid. I have ensured one hundred percent that there is no error in either ID or Password. In case there is some technical glitch in the system SBI should advise the public. There is no information as to who should be approached in the banking system when such failures happen. My account no is [protected].

                    There is a rule for 10 hours of work timings, but the employees are forced to work start from 7 am to late mid night till 2:30 am. What is this behaviour for employees, no time to eat food and sleep. This is mental and physical harassment. Managers and upper post Managers are playing with the health of employees. Please take strict action against the 3 offices located in Damoh (RBO and ADB).

                          Today i went to my sbi bank naval dockyard branch, visakhapatnam the bank counter staff told me we cant deposit ten rupees coins into your account they did not given correct answer to me then iam going to branch manager he is also did not given any responsible answer regarding this tens rs coins deposit and he is talk with careless and waiting me and my colleagues with out any correct answer. he is told me after some time that is those who are cant suppose to take ten rupees coins complaint against to them. i am telling sir your giving to me this coins at the time of demonetization so you should deposit in to my account. finally he is telling me go and complaint any where..

                            I deposited Rs. 1.50 lakhs in my own account in the same "home" branch and this is my first cash deposit transaction of the month. I have been charged Rs. 51.75 and the description for the same is "Cash Handling Charges". I thought 3 cash deposits per month were free. So I contacted the SBI customer care and the only thing they tell me is to contact the branch but whatever action has been taken is correct. I do not see any rule book which says they can charge me this money but it seems in SBI wonderland, they can make up the rules as they want. What a weird institution to transact your business with :( How do I get my Rs. 51.75 back now?

                              I Mr Rajbir singh presently holding an home loan account at SBI CGO COMPLEX LODHI ESTATE NEWDELHI .                                   Sir, it is very painful to intimate that, I had submitted my application for getting personal loan a month ago but till date I didnot got any positive response from field officer. I met dealing officer personally, so many times and plead to take up the matter as early as possible since I am desperately need of this loan to meet up the urgency but all went in vain. Therefore, it is requested that higher authority of the esteemed bank may please pursue the matter to the concerned branch i.e. SBI, Ganga, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh for early processing of my loan application so as to enable me to meet up my urgency well in time or before getting late.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    As per new rules of minimum balance, I request to consider zero balance for pension account, since most of the pensioner is not able to maintain minimum balance because of irregular income or mostly no income category people. Most of the people pension account is in sbi only. I come to know the minimum balance to be 5000/- for pension account where as pension amount is 1100/- per month. Its very difficult to maintain the minimum balance for pensioner.
                                    It will help to pension holders to do banking with sbi if zero balance consider by sbi management. I hope same will considered by bank and do the needful.

                                        When trying to download the hl int certificate (Prov) from the enquiries tab in onlinesbi portal (Userid: ravikiran3033), system is displaying the message as "you donot have any housing loan accounts".

                                        I have a housing loan account attached to my savings account and emi also getting debited from the month of feb 2017.

                                        When i raised the issue with the home branch, employees in the branch are not able to understand and simply passing the buck from one person to another. Now im not knowing how my issue can be resolved and no one is bothered to resolve the issue. Until i have taken the loan from sbi they have shown the interest and once their work is done no one is bothered about the customer grievance. So many times we have approached the branch (Branch name : pbb rajahmundry), but there is no reply from.

                                        As i lost the hope that the issue will be resolved at branch end i have to resort to lodge the complaint online to all the grievance cells available. Hope the issue will be resolved and required action will be taken against the employees in the branch for their worst customer support.

                                        I have already sent the unhappy message for last 2 days and there is no call or mail from customer support.
                                        I have raised the complaint online from my login page and there also there is no reply from anyone
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
