I have two payment to railyatri.in using my Mastercard debit card (account no [protected]) one of 619 INR TXN# 572380 and other of 601 INR TNX#762621 and cancel my order as railyatri.in merchant say they can't able to refund my money to my bank account so they requested for issue chargeback to them through bank. I have attached my transaction screenshot and cancellation of order with this mail.

So, please kindly consider my request for charge back my money.

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I am Mr Rajesh V. Lad working as Cashier in NITIE, Mumbai. I want to complain about the SBI Vihar Lake Branch Manager Mr Prasad Lagad. I went to SBI, Vihar lake branch on Saturday evening for asking procedure of getting a Bank letter for my domicile certificate. I asked through a staff to Manager about procedure to get it. First He said SBI don't give that kind of letter. Then after sometime he called me in. He asked me to apply and told me I will give it in few minutes. I wrote an application & about to give him. He said SBI will charge for it. I asked him how much. He said charges will be debited from your Bank account. He didn't tell exact charges. Then he took the letter and said you will get it on Monday. I asked whether can I get a office copy of my application. He returned back my application and told me if you don't trust and all then come on Monday.
    The way he behaved was really not at all supportive and it was improper. When I asked about it he rushed at me & talked with me very rudely & arrogantly. His way of talking was not as any Branch manager supposed to talk with the customer at any given time. This is very heartening that a National level Bank branch Manager is talking like this and its hampering SBI image as a whole. NITIE is a privileged customer of SBI vihar lake branch and we as a NITIE employee don't expect this kind of behavior from SBI employee.

    I hope this matter will be taken care and I won't have to face the same situation again.

        Dear sir,
        A refund of 249 rupees was successfully processed on 12 October 2018 to my account.The transaction reference number is[protected].This amount should have been credited to my SBI account, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have contact confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          I have been constantly denied to deposit a small amount in my saving account. I talked to customer care as well as nodal officer but they did not help. They said you will be charged if you deposit cash in non-home branch.

          Amount is very small 13000 and this is the first time i am depositing from non-home branch.

          P. S. I did not have debit/atm card at the time of deposit.

          A credit card bill for Rs 295/- has been generated in my name without holding an SBI credit card. Inspite of repeated attempts to contact SBI credit card customer service I was unable to do so without the 16 digit SBI credit card no, which I don't hold.

            I had been doing a transaction of 955.00 to hpcl for booking of gas refill on sbi-epay gateway on 14.11.2018. During processing of payment, sbi-epay gateway got hanged. Amount of rs. 955.00 was deducted from my account but booking was not done. I have waited for my refund for more than 5 days but same is not refunded till date.

              I am a customer of sbi. I have upi and net banking facility in branch kathgodam, uttarakhand, ifsc.. 3389.
              Yesterday on 18 nov 2018 i became victim of a fraud when approached a website locanto for dating in india. Many addresses of escort and dating service are available on locanto platform. I made a call to mobile phone number [protected], naming manshi thakur under the address of dehradun call girls 99832//38874 dehradun hot female escorts-21, having locanto ad id no. [protected].
              A person dealt me on that mobile and as per he said me to transfer money in account number [protected] ifsc fdrl0002122 on account of a dating, i transferred rs 4000 in advance in four equal transaction by paytm upi platform.
              Upi ref no. Are[protected] on 9:44pm,[protected],[protected], and[protected], each for rs1000 because he indulged me very cleverly and told their company demands all money in advance. I did one transfer then he told to do 1000 more, i transfered 1000 again then he demanded rs1000 again for a good place rent, i transfered third time, then finally he said his higher are asking all money in advance, so that to make dating possible, he said it is trusted and i don't worry about mydeal, these are norms of company.
              So after annoying on his bad dealing in parts, i finally did 1000 transfer again 4th time because i had no choice. So he got the all payment step by step cleverly in that account by indulging me by his pre planning.
              After all payments he neither provide me the service nor picked my calls, i attempted many times. So i felt myself trapped in fraud service done online on a big popular platform of locanto.
              That account was from federal bank, i talked their customer care on toll free number, [protected] they suggested me to complain about this in my bank sbi to refer my case in their federal bank via mail etc., kinda, bank to bank mail on this matter.
              So taking this all detail in account, i politely request you to register and farward my complain in positive direction with federal bank for refind of rs4000 amount of mine. I already informed paytm upi by email and
              This is a case but anyone, any where in anytime is suffering from such type of frauds.
              Please help to facilitate in this matter and help for my refund fom federal bank.

              Good morning, It is also to inform you that I already complained Paytm UPI service department and also to The site Locanto on this matter and attached screenshots of these complains to you in email earlier.
              Please take action as per RBI rules to facilitate me for my amount refund of Rs 4000. 00 by coordinating to the Federal Bank detailed in my previous mail by recovery from that fraud doing account holder.

                I complained but he said that you contact your bank. And the phonepe utr asked to give this number. UTR number is[protected]

                  A refund of 451 rupees was successfully processed to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch. All the details mainly times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is been taken. The ref no is #74332748296829523414418.

                  I have conformed with amazon and successfully processed the refund.
                  I hope necessary steps to be taken immediately about the refund and follow the path of amazons payment.

                    I have bought new maruthi brezza car for which a loan was taken from sbi, basaveshwarnagar, bangalore. Firstly, at the time of awailing loan, no information was given that rc copy has to be submitted and any duration for the same. Though i receive emi due notification at the beginning of every month, no such intimation was provided regarding submission of rc copy. Instead penalty charges were leived directly and second penalty even after submission of rc copy. I have visited the branch and appraised regarding the same, requesting for reversal of charges. The incharge staff are not seemingly cooperative regarding the same and no satisfactory responses are given.

                      Sir, i am a widow of late shri tanveer singh who was a govt employee in mp govt electric deptt. On 3rd jul 2018, i went to sbi main branch mainpuri for withdrawal of rs 150000.00 and filled the withdrawal form but cashier has told me to fill two new forms separately for rs 50000 and 100000 respectively. After doing so he has cancelled the previous one and gave me rs 150000 and then i came back to my home. After one hour i received a phone call from the bank that you have taken one lakh extra from the bank, you came back to bank and deposit the money. I went to the bank and explained the cashier and the manager that i have not taken a single rs extra from the bank. After some argument, manager permitted me to go back to my house.in evening around 6.30 pm, 20-25 persons out of which some of them are bank employees and others are local gundas has attacked on my house and started abusing me and forcibly taken me to the sbi and locked me and my son in a room. They had given me blank withdrawal form and ask to sign it when i refused to sign they have manhandled me and my son and warned me if i will not sign this form then they will harm me and my son.in fear i have sign on the blank withdrawal form on front and back side and in back side they have written in their hand writing that i have mistakenly taken 1 lakh extra money from the bank and now returning it. It was around 8 o clock, i went to kotwali mainpuri and reported the whole incident there but police refused to lodge my complaint telling me that it is night come in morning. Then i call up to the sp mainpuri and dm mainpuri for intervention. On orders from dm office, police has taken my complaint but till date they have not taken any action. One lakh rs has been debited from my acct next day ie 04 jul 2018. Sir this fraud is done by the bank in day light in which the bank cashier is the main player and he is also a local person with a powerful politcal support. Police is also not want to take any action against him due to his personal influence. Being a poor and widow lady i have no other support who can challenge the bank and politically powerful bank cashier mr anirudh kumar tripathy but still i have lodge the complaint through various platforms like jansunwai app o[censored]p govt, central govt redressal system, local head office sbi new delhi, local police including sp mainpuri and dm mainpuri,, consumer forum and banking ombudsman kanpur and the branch manager sbi main branch mainpuri and too many other departments but no department has helped this poor widow although in complaining and following these departments i have further lost rs 10500.00. I have previously heard that our pm ie shri narendra modi helps to the poor and widow in such cases, hence i too written to him but that also goes in vein, pmo has not replied to my application. Nearly 5 months are going to pass still bank has not completed his enquiry however i received reply from the said cashier ie mr anirudh kumar tripathy in which he has accepted his mistake (His reply attached) however sbi mainpuri still has not refunded my money. Hence this widow is approaching your good self for justice and refund of my money as i am a poor widow and get this amount on the death of my husband and was kept for marriage of my daughter.                         I received payment due message last month which was due on 6th nov 2018. However i had blocked at the start of the year. The card was blocked due to suspicious transaction attempt and post that i received a call from sbi to inform me about the same. Few months later i again received a call stating that my card is still blocked and was asked if i want to unblock it.

                        Since i had no trust in sbi card security and i asked them to cancel the card. And now i am receiving this message regarding dues. I am not sure how to connect with them. On ivr, its asking for my date of birth and it seems to be not updated with them.

                        This month again the amount due message has been received with an added late payment fee.

                        Kindly help.

                          I am having a sbi tata titanium card. I have been issued statement on 10th november 2018 wherein i am charged with annual fee of rs.499+ igst including cesses rs.89.82.
                          In this regard it is submitted that i have checked my spend analyser of my above mentioned card, according to which i have spend approx. Rs.2, 35, 000/- from 10th november 2017 to 10th october 2018.
                          I have also checked the details of tata croma titanium card on your website wherein it is clearly mentioned that on spending of more than rs. 1 lakhs the annual fee will be waived off.
                          I send mail to customer care of sbi card and they informed me that annual fee will be waived off in next month statement.

                          In response to their mail i mailed to the head of tata card that the annual fee is wrongly charged and a new statement may be issued so that i can pay my actual dues but i had not received any reply due to which i wrote to the customer service head and inform them all the matter through mail in response to which i received a mail that annual fee of rs.499 plus government service tax would reverse within 60 days from the date amount billed on your card account.

                          Sir, i like to know why i should pay for the amount which is wrongly charged to me. If a customer delays in credit card payment the bank charge a late fee including interest but in my case they are charging me wrong amount and i am advised to pay it and the same will be reversed in the next statement in order to avoid late fee. If the bank charge interest for the amount from the customer for any advances or late payment will it applicable to them also. Will i be received my payment of annual fee alongwith interest which is wrongly charged to me.

                          I have also emailed that i am ready to pay the actual amount due to me except annual fee which is wrongfully charged.

                          Kindly help me to solve my query.

                            Respected sir/ma'am
                            Sir i opened a new bank account in sbi and two month passed away but my aadhar not linked with bank account and npci yet after given my all details of aadhar two times to bank branch suratgarh and banker also said your account linked with aadhar card
                            Ahead we didn't nothing banker said. Due to this problem i didn't receive a lpg subsidy in my sbi bank account. I called lpg customer care the said your aadhar is not linked with bank and npci. But sir my opened and two month passed away but my aadhar not linked with bank.
                            I grant request you sir please take right decision regarding my problem and solve quickly as soon as possible because due to this i didn't get subsidy in bank account.

                              The deputy bank manager Shashi Sinha of SBI Danapur has refused to accept my outstation cheque of itr refund. She made me to go to clerk and told whatever he says you have to follow that. And he clerk refused to accept my cheque. Are we Faujis fools...what they think of themselves. I want quick response. He didn't tell me the reason why he cannot accept my cheque. Bs bola " ki hum nahi lete dusre branch ka cheque". He thinks I m fool. This is the customer service that SBI provides to it's customers.

                                  Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/-, and 200/-has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                      I submitted jvvnl electricity bill k. No[protected] and amount 2300 and k. No.[protected] amount 2621 by bijli mitra app in 23 nov 2017.
                                      My amount deducted from sbi account but the bill amount again received in next month. I complained in sbi customer and bank but no response.
                                      Request you to look in this matter and return my amount back.

                                        My father using sbi credit card[protected].

                                        But this sbi credit card having very very cheap system and management.
                                        If people are dyeing then also the don't have ant feeling.
                                        They worst the animal's like bloody snacks. Sbi credit card company need only money.

                                        My father was hospitalized having heart attack and our financially condition was very down.
                                        But then also as some how i managed money and paid there all dues but then also the blocked the card.
                                        I paid extra money approximately more than 1 lakhs, even my limits was 50000/-
                                        So i asked them for settlement but they not agreed.
                                        They are continuously calling and sending bloody legal notice at my father's working place.
                                        And such notices impacts on my father health.

                                        If my father will happened some unthinkable things then sbi credit card company and there collection department will be responsible.

                                        he is in depression. now we cannot pay a single money of remaining due so
                                        this time we are going to court.

                                        coz its more then 2lakh we paid for 50thousands rupee.
