I have apply for a credit card ref no[protected] it is rejected and I don't know why and I put the complaint and and now it is reprocessing and They are calling for verification and when I was in meeting please arrange the call again and do needful I'm suffering alot from SBI credit card department this is 2nd time it is happening I need proper explanation and arrange the call they are calling just one time I'm in meeting I'm coming to out side for answering the call and I tried to call back to that number it's not connected

I have used SBI ATM card at Andhra Bank ATM Id:L1733001 on 2nd June 2019 amount not dispensed. I have filed written complaint at SBIN0020105 home branch. They told within 7 working days problem solve.My Complaint No:[protected]. Till today[protected] my problem not solved.

कार्ड सं0 [protected] जिसका बार्षिक चार्ज अधिक होने के कारण निरस्त कराया और दूसरा कार्ड चार्ज र 500/- है प्राप्त हो गया पूर्व कार्ड के काटे गये र 5898 तीन माह बाद भी मेरे खाते मे वापस नहीं किये जबकि एक सप्ताह मे वापसी हेतु बताया गया था, टोलफी नं0 पर भी कई बार सम्पर्क किया, समस्या निस्तारण नही काटे गये पैसे तत्काल खाते मे वापस कराये जाये

    Dear sir/ madam,
    I am abhin varghese & i have been issued aSBI credit card recently. I have received a call form cpp protection service on 19/06/2019. Your employer told me 1699/- charges to 1 year for cpp protection service. But i am not intrested now. Kindly request you to i don't want to continue cpp card protection service & membership anymore. Please cancelled cpp protection activation today. I don’t want deducting amount in my account. If deducted kindly do the needful for refund.

      This is Prashant Sonawane... I am not holding SBI credit card but someones recovery I today received a call from SBI credit card recovery agent... Very first thing that why I was called ? second thing the abusive languages used by the agent & his boss even I can not tell in words... Its completely unacceptable that SBI gives the power that agents to call anyone with having no connection with SBI Card...
      I want to launch the complaints against the person who called me.. I am sharing the no of that person..plz provide the name of agency & name of that person..
      I am happy if I will inform about action against that person.

            Sir,
            I requested for refund for an online purchased product through Amazon and refund was issued on 21.05.2019. But the amount was not credited in my Bank account till date. On enquiry, at amazon, it was informed to contact bank customer care with Refund refrence number 213186. I have many a times contacted the customer care even contacted the branch for refund. But the bank authorities denied to accept my request, so that I cannot file refund charge dispute at bank, as informed by Amazon authorities.
            I have a SB account at SBI Vikas Bhavan Branch, Trivandrum with Account number [protected].
            I request to do urgent necessary steps to trace the uncredited amount by accepting my refund charge dispute and kindly credit the refund amount of Rs. 999/- to my account.

              Hello,
              My name is Sandip Panchal, having car loan account number:[protected].

              First incident, somehow SBI did not deduct amount for EMI from my saving account even when balance was sufficient. Why is that so? And why would SBI charge me for system’s error?

              Secondly, when I took loan, I visited branch multiple times and also the loan agent named Devraj (M.[protected], no one informed me about providing copy of RC book to the bank. But they informed me about sharing photo with car, which I shared.

              Then when I was asked for photo of RC book, I provided on the same day. I provided the RC book photo to SBI, Infocity branch manager on whatsapp. Then after I again got call for providing RC copy, I checked with the branch manager and he confirmed to ignore that call.

              Then one day I got a call from some SBI head branch saying that my account has been applied with two penalties for non-submission of the RC book and check out with the branch to initiate reversal process of the penalty as I already provided RC copy.

              I visited the SBI Infocity branch, minimum 11 to 12 times.
              Also please mind that every time the branch manager accepted that the penalty will be refunded.

              But some time I got answer from the manager that the person who handles loan department is not available. Sometimes I got answer that the penalty will be refunded in two day. Then again I went and I got reply that it will be refunded in a week. And the same continued for 11-12 times. Today on 10th June 2019 I again visited the branch and I got answer that the old manager has been transferred and your penalty cannot be refunded! And still they are telling me to check again after a week. Seriously? It’s already been almost two months and my issue has not been resolved and no one is taking responsibility!

              Why SBI making me remind that it is government owned bank! Have I made any offence by taking loan from SBI?

                I have been using SBI credit card since long time. On 31st March around 2.00 P.M. on receiving of 5 SMSs with SBI credit card’s transaction details I understood some fraud transaction were happened. I tried to find my credit card and could not find. Instantly around 2:10 P.M. I called SBI customer care and blocked my card. After couple of hours my son Mr Atanu Kundu rushed to local police station (Shyampukur) and lodge a Credit card missing complaints along with fraudulent transaction which happened in my Credit card. GDE Number – 8090 on Dt 31/03/19 .

                As per SBI bank’s process I filled up dispute form and send a signed filled up copy of form to [protected]@sbicard.com and raised a complain. Interaction ID –[protected]. I followed up with customer help desk many times, however I got assurance that they are looking into this matter but still I did got get any solution.

                On 9th May 2019 I reached Nodal Officer Team of State bank as well, Interaction ID – 1-[protected]. But no positive response from them.

                After 1 months of that incident I reached out to Reserve bank Ombudsmen dept. I went to RBI office, Netaji Subhash Bose road, Kolkata. They did not entertain as gave excuses that it will take time.

                As per last discussion with STATE BANK customer helpline on 5th June 2019, they suggested to reach out to police station as all transactions happened using physical Credit card using PIN. As discussed with Bank manager of State bank, Baguiati they can show the video footage if police ask.
                I tried to reach the merchant from where all 5 transactions happened but could not reach to the merchant mentioned in statement as “ENGINEERS AUTOMOBILE S KOLKATA”. Need your help on the same.


                I have already knocked all possible ways but did not get any positive solution. I have my last hope to police, that I will get resolution from you. Therefore requesting you to look into this matter and try to give me back my money as the amount is huge INR 1, 11, 625/-

                  Caiman lal, deputy commandant, b sf, has having a sb account no.[protected] as well as atm card no.[protected] at sbi abohar branch, has withdraw amount of rs.10000/- from syndicate bank atm at abohar on 30th march 2019 but amount not dispensed and account debited.All efforts being done to get the amount refunded but still not received. So amount in question may please be refunded at the earliest with interest.

                      Sir,

                      I have blocked my lost credit card on 29 April 2018. and same day I have paid all billed and unbilled transaction on the same card. Payment details and transaction no is given below. The last statement on march 2018 and current statement (June 2019)are attached here. but now we get bill of RS 3436 in 2019 June. How is it possible to billed against a blocked credit card? In the full time frame(after block) I have not made any transaction in that card as it was blocked.

                      Please looking into this for final settlement ASAP.

                        Mutilated 2000 rupees note from the SBI ATM.
                        This happened at SBI Indialand CHIL SEZ IT park Coimbatore branch. This is the situation when ATM is within the bank. Really sad. Now bank employees the note cannot be exchanged at the same branch mentioned above.

                        While SBI website says, it must be exchanged by the same or any other branch.

                          I have been trying to get in touch with customer service officer but their services are more than pathetic as I could not go beyond the IVR and now the number [protected] is disconnecting by itself.

                          It was one of the worst decision of my life to go with Tata Croma card:

                          Firstly, the attendant at Croma store informed me that Annual Fee would be levied only once and there would not be any renewal fee afterwards. This information was completely wrong as I have been charged with renewal fee of 2999 plus GST on completion of one year.

                          Secondly, I don't want to pay this renewal fee because this card is not worth paying this much fees, for which I cleared all of my outstanding, including un-billed purchases, except the renewal fee charged to me without any intimation to me. Now these guys are not letting me close my card and threatening me that it will remain outstanding on my card and further affecting my CIBIL score.

                          It is my choice whether I want to continue or not, which I do not want, but they are pressing me to pay the renewal fee charges when I am clearly saying I do not want to use your services. They do not understand the concept of "Cooling Off Period", it just the recent statement from which I got to know that Renewal Fee has been posted to my account and within acceptable time I am informing these people to stop the services then what is the deal I don't understand.

                          Even if they want to bill me with the Card Fees then they must charge me on pro-rata basis and close my account as the services are not worth paying annual fee on this card, and I do not want to repeat the mistake I already did last year

                            Hi Concern,
                            I have transfer the amount from sbi account on[protected] through Internet banking via Imps in my other bank account which is kotak mahindra bank and the transaction amount was 10928/-, that time it was showing transactions successfully done after that I received a msg that transaction timed out pls contact to your bank. I have called to customer care representative on 15th June only an tell about my problem they have suggested to wait 24hrs it will be reverse back to your account automatically I have asked to them tomorrow is Sunday it will be done in week off so they have confirmed it will be done.After 24 hours again I called to ccr on Sunday they again told me your time has not completed wait till today 12 pm for automatic reverse the amount after that only we can raise your complain. I have waited I have not received my deducted amount and again I called on Monday mis Neha ccr told me you have to wait transaction + 1 Working dayfor reversal after that only we can raise your complain. Again I have waited and called again today to Customer care representative to file the complain about my deduction amount but they have denied to do it because as per rule I have to wait 3-5 working days to raise the complain after that they will take my complain and it will take 10 days to resolve it. Every time they changing their statement I have asked to check the details but they are unable do it as they have system error and could not able to tell me any thing again they asked me to call to check the status and they have have not raise my complain. I was an emergency that is why I was transferred the amount to my other bank they are not understanding the situation of customer and they molding the customer with their different different statements. I m really frustrated with this activity of sbi. I need my deducted amount back. I am attaching the recording of calls that I had with ccr and the msg I received form sbi bank for the reference. Kindly take some action and resolve my issue ASAP.

                              Deduction of Rs. 117/- from my state bank sbi account no. [protected]
                              Dear sir,
                              It is very much regretted to state that a sum of Rs. 117/- was deducted from my state bank account on 17.06.19 without any consent, any permission and my approval. A message from my bank was received on my registered mobile as your account debited INR 117/- transferred to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI.
                              Please take necessary action to reimburse the deducted amount immediately.

                                  I got deductions multiple times from the same number of tolls without my consent. Already there were 2-way deductions which were correct, but again getting deducted for the same tolls when I haven't even taken out my car that day is ridiculous. When I was finally able to get in touch with someone from customer care, they asked me to send a screenshot of what I see to the helpdesk email. The helpdesk is also useless as they come back after few days saying some 3rd party vendor deducted and they cannot revert.

                                  I got fed up and asked for cancellation and refund of my deposit money, however till date after multiple followups, I haven't got any response from anyone.

                                    I am biswanath pramanik, i have student account in SBI at Sonarpur, kolkata, which ifsc code is SBIN0010095 . Last two year (2017 to now) i'm not using SBI account because i can not maintain monthly average balance.
                                    so, now i want close my sbi account but SBI branch said that I have to pay -1200rs for not maintain monthly balance in this two year. so, please close my account without charge.

                                      On 7th june i will go in IDBI Atm but the transaction will be failed but amount will be deducted on my account.
                                      10, 000 amount will be deduct.
                                      It is very shame for sbi.
                                      That i will also complain on 8th june but there will be no response from bank.
                                      It my grandfather account.
                                      Please take strict action onward tommorow.
                                      While i do police complain on sbi.
                                      That sbi will be a cheater.

                                        My name is Omkumar and I had ordered Mi 10000mAH Li-Polymer Power Bank 2i (Black) and of RS.Amount 899 and MI Earphones Basic with Mic (Black) of RS.Amount 399 in Amazon on 29/05/2019 and after 02/06/2019 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 03/06/2019
                                        Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 325906
                                        and told me to fill charge dispute form but state Bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
                                        please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
