I applied for SBI BPCL credit card on January 22, 2023 & got a confirmation message saying that my credit card has application has been processed. On January 23rd I got another message that an executive will be at my location for KYC & was done with it by 7PM on the same day. The very next day i.e. I got a call from SBI executive saying that I can opt for SBI Octane card instead of basic so I said & the executive asked me to confirm the address which I did & was instructed that the card will be delivered to the same address & was also informed that an executive will be at my location on January 25th for BGV, the executive did call & I guided him to my location via call since I was outside, I did ask me if I had to be home but, he said no need he will take the necessary information from my parents. After his visit I did call him again if he got all the necessary information & he replied yes but, now when I checked my application status it says it cannot be processed & has been rejected with giving me any reason, I haven't received a single call or email or message about the rejection.
On January 24th I got 2 calls from SBI executives saying that my card will be delivered but, now there's no call back or message or email about my application.

I received another call from SBI executive yesterday & they informed that backend team had entered incorrect address, as a result I was asked to reapply which I did & field did visit my place yesterday to complete eKYC & was done, I did receive new application number & when I try to check status of it I keep getting the below error:

      I was using simply click credit card till June of 2022 and after cancellation of simply click upgraded to Elite card on the same month. Now after six months in the month of January 2023, SBI people charged me the annual fee of Rs. 5000. SBI were supposed to claim the annual fee after one year. When I approached Customer care team, they said it’s SBI’s policy. At the time of application, their representative said the annual charges will be applicable after one year only and cheated me in 6 months. Also I will have to spent 10Lakhs within six months to get the benefit of annual fee wave off. Mearly cheating the public.

          SBI Executive gave me false Commitment for Credit Card limit twice on call, they told me that I will get minimum 3-5lac as credit limit but actually I got 64000 only, I have 1 card already with good limit. now they sent me cc statement for annual fees, but I already informed them to cancel my card & i haven't used card yet also haven't changed Pin for it.
          Pls help me to cancel this card & i don't want to pay anything to them as I haven't used card.one more thing i just called to customer care. They blame to me. she is saying it's your fault ...

              I ordered two products from amazon and canceled it then amazon has already refunded but it is not reflecting in my account.
              amount of Rs 1199 and Rs 259 and the refund transaction Id are IdfwrCRGvkAvYI6snZdyWpOnlR1 for the amount of Rs 1199 and Id3h054IVAzFWM8ONeaxb0OnlR1 for the amount of Rs 259.
              these amount has been refunded from amazon side on 11 January 2023 but still it did not reached my account please look into this complain SBI.

                    I have given all the detail's and required documents for my loan amount withdrawal, still i didn't recieve my loan amount and i can't able to pay my fee amount. So i need to raise a complaint against the company.
                    Because of their delay in their work i need to suffer a lot So send my ammout to my account within 19/01/2023 @10:00am.As soon as possible.

                            CIBIL Replies that there is "No Change - Please get in touch with SBICARD and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX9141 for the required correction".

                            Here SBI Card shield itself by not providing their Customer Care Email ID for Individual Card holders on the Other Side CIBIL always serves its one-sided mission of favouring only the Bankers & not the Consumers.
                            If Banker raises a dispute immediately CICBIL flag it against the consumer without any data backup.

                            Whereas if the consumer (Self) provides the evidence of payment remittance to SBI Card they roll some days stating under processing & a few days later of their escalation mechanism they will be eager to close the call stating with the standard statement as " No Change - Please get in touch with SBICARD and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX9141 for the required correction.

                            The highlight here is SBI Card cares only the corporate cardholders with email IDs to address their issues. Even this partiality is there for customer care IVRS Toll Numbers too

                            All the consumer universe should appreciate the Purpose of CIBIL Forum & their unity and their soft corner towards all bankers

                            What a consortium approach of CIBIL & Banker SBI Card. Do not know whether RBI Monitors such individual customer's pain points & challenges in getting the solution

                                Today I received message from VD-TATACD which is as follows

                                "Dear Applicant, we regret to inform you that basis our SBI Cards internal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you at this time."

                                I hereby inform you that I have not applied for any credit card to anyone recently. Kindly note and take necessary action

                                  I am kavita meena having sbi online internet banking account ending with 7745. My branch is at alwar, rajasthan with ifsc code as sbin0031051 .Till July i was able to access my account using my net banking facility. But from wnd of july, i am unable to login to my net banking using my id and password. It's giving the error that my user id has been deactivated. No sms. No email alert. Nothing. Simply deactivated without informing me that the user id has been deactivate. I contacted the branch manager, customer care all of whom gave me the same reply "we don't know the reason why the user id is deactivated". I was asked to fill up a form in the branch stating my user name and my account id and was told that the user id will be activated within 24 hrs. Now it's 2 weeks and yet no action has been taken. Multiple follow ups and calls yielded no result. Even when trying to use the forgot username link, the system is not taking my cif number as invalid.

                                  Please help me getting my user id activated, or one fine day i might find my account non-existing in their database and all my savings sucked into black hole.

                                      Refund of 5399.10 was initiated on 19-12-22 from amazon side...and still not yet the refund was credited to my SBI Bank account.no ([protected])The expected date was on 27-12-22, But still not credited ...called amazon regarding that and they are saying that they initiated the refund and gave me the refund reference number also.

                                      Amazon is saying to file charge disbute...I gone all day to bank for same issue...But SBI is not giving any kind of response from their end...they are only saying we will look...they cant do anything like that...such a bad experience...I raised a complaint to manager...he accept is but no further update on it...I didnt trust their service...I will attach all my account details and refund reference number all the thing.

                                        I noticed that finance Charges Rs. 4000 + gst fee. I have request to sbi credit card customer care for waive off finance Charges fee Rs. 4000 along with gst. I was out of station due to sudden one person Corona Positive in family in native place, I was aware the situation that’s why I paid minimum payment .
