    I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding my recent order from website named saree Sansar situated in 156 MOHAK VIHAR, GONDA, UTTARPRADESH, 271001, invoice number - #SAS36523 I had ordered 8 bra and panty sets from their website but only 3 bras were delivered in the package. This means I paid ₹599 for nothing and got scammed. I have tried to get in touch with them on multiple occasions, both through email and by trying to find a phone number on your website. But there's no phone number given and I haven't received any reply regarding refund for the order. This has wasted lots of my time and money.

      2. The cashier at the counter was found so rude, foul mouthed, arrogant using humiliating language.
      3. Previously he was also found using dirty obscene...

        Extremely disappointed with SBI and the service. Visited the SBI Pothencode 10598 thrice to activate my Yono associted with my account, for a simple thing like internet banking, employees face difficulty in figuring it out. One says my mobile number is not registered and another compalins about the cache in my phone, really! Exhausted.. my account number is [protected], it's been almost a month i am trying to fix this, hope i get a solution.

          I Ordered 2 books on 21st january the order id is[protected] and[protected] but I cancelled the order on 23rd january as I was getting the books cheaper then amazon from local market. As per amazon they have initiated the refund of ₹761(305+456) and the reference ID is[protected] and[protected] for both orders but i have not received the refund in my account yet... Plz help

            A sum of rs 7.08 and 2.36 is deducted as dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account on 08/02/2023. It is unjust with the customer that how an amount is being deducted easily from the customer account without informing. This type of deduction is just like cheating the customer. So, it is requested that the purpose, for which amount has been deducted, may please be informed.

              Persistent arrogant and aggressive behaviour of the cash clerk


              (A)

              This is not the first time when I had to face arrogant and aggressive behaviour of the clerk, sitting at the cash counter to pay money to SBI customers.

              This day on 6th January 2023, I went to this branch of SBI where I have my saving account and several FD account of many millions.

              I visited the home branch to withdraw Rs ten thousand and handed over the debit card to this cash clerk. He asked me to enter the pin of the debit card on the machine.

              I am senior citizen. 70 years old person. Having low vision. Therefore I asked him to enter the pin on the machine to withdraw the needed cash. I told him having low vision I could make mistake in entering the pain. He lost his temper and ask the arrogantly, why I did not bring anybody with me?

              This is not the way one could expect from SBI.
              SBI staff got to be polite and cooperative, particularly to senior citizens.

              For such a small help, this cash clerk instead of politely helping preferred to scold, totally aggressive and unacceptable.

              And I had to face such arrogant behaviour from this person whenever I visited SBI to withdraw money.

              And till I got my money, all his behaviour and way of talking continued in the same arrogant and humility way as if he is paying this amount from his own pocket and not from my account in SBI.
              I am not supposed to listen to such harsh and humility tone of talking of your SBI staff

              Under the circumstances I got to ask,
              1. The name of tyhis arrogant cash clerk
              2. Disciplinary action against such misbehaviour.
              3. And if no strict action is observed, I have to escalate the matter to regulatory authorities and ultimately to police.

              1. This is not the first time where I had to face such arrogant and humiliating attitude from this cashier.
              2. Therefore I asked for his name. I have legal right to ask and know his name which is not mention in your reply. Mention it now.
              3. ATM pin safety I can understand and I have told shared the pain number, after quite understanding that all cctv cameras are in the bank and any fraud if done by this cashier will land him to jail.
              4. This cashier never told me not to share the pin in my own interest as reasond by you. But evidently he was firing arrogant words as I have noticed multiple times too. Proves his nesty and intolerable habit to humiliate customers.
              5. He must apologize in black and white otherwise being concerned, we will take up the matter with regulatory authorities and then to police under various section of Indian penal code.

                Refund initiated by Zara but still not received

                I ordered a leather shoe from Zara on
                7 JAN, 2023 and its delivered on 11 JAN, 2023 and then I returned the the product and the refund gets initiated by Zara on 22nd JAN, 2023 but I don't get refund in my bank account.
                An email come from Zara on 7 Feb,
                2023 they give the transaction ID 35345603. For order no. [protected].
                Price of shoe is 2890....

                  I recharged My Friend fastag (Fastag Mobile No [protected]) on 03.02.2023 at 2.49.23 PM for Rs.5000 through GPAY.

                  Transaction ID -03022023144920901358133198

                  It’s been 3 working days now, still I am getting the status as payment confirmation awaited.

                  I tried contacting the customer service multiple times and ended up with no resolution. Also you have the worst customer service ever, that my call is getting disconnected every time after explaining my issue to your representatives.

                  Once a representative asked me to check with Gpay customer care on the payment. When I checked with them, they said like there is no issue from their end and the payment happened to SBI Fastag.

                  Again I tried calling to SBI Fastag, again I faced the same issue of call getting disconnected multiple times after explaining my issue.

                  SUCH A WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BY CONTACTING YOUR TOLL FREE.

                  Kindly work on this issue and get some quick resolution to resolve this issue.

                    I have ordered a Regular Wear Cotton Women Backless V Neck Bra Panty Set (Pack of 8) product from your site. i.e. on 31th January 2023, I got the delivery of the product pn 5th February 2023, but the product is totally damaged or worst. The quality of the product is just unbearable also and receive 3 bra I didn't recieve any receipt or bill of the product.
                    The product cost is 599.00 rs. I want to return and get the refund of the product.

                          I am Raj Ranjan Srivastava and my account has been associated last 10year(Account Number :-[protected]) .I have been facing issue regarding suit file on my account .I took education loan (Education loan account number:- [protected] ) from STATE BANK OF INDIA, SIWAN BIHAR, and EMI payed on time and I already settle these loan October 2022, I downloaded CIBIL report from SBI BANK .In CIBIL report, Suit file is showing in my account .I have visited many times to SBI BANK SIWAN, BIHAR (IFSC CODE- SBIN0000187) but i did not get any response from bank . In Bank everyone told I do not know about suit file what is suite file .I am facing many issue only due to suite file.
                          Therefore, I requested to everyone please help me.

                              My Mother had a accout with them
                              and had an Army widow pension and had me as nominee.
                              After her death on 11 Sept 2020. 2 months of pension was credited and after that it was stopped as we had intimated the same in your branch in Nov 2022.
                              But after 2.5 yrs still the money has not been transferred to me and reason being the extra pension credited to my mothers account has to be sent back to records.
                              I have personally informed them 2 3 times to please reverse the payment but still the status is pending.
                              Being in IT and staying in Delhi I do not have time to the branch in Budaun but still after informing in person 2 times no action has been taken.
                              Weird excuse are given by manager and new schemes are tried to impose every time I visit there.

                                MY MOTHER WAS A DEFENCE FAMILY PENSIONER & WAS DRWING HER PENSION FROM STATE

                                She passed away on 11st sept 2020.

                                After that 2months of pension was credited and it was stopped in Nov as we intimated the branch in written.

                                  I, Milan Kinlekar, had a FD with SBI bank, Mapusa, Goa of Rs. 40, 000/-. I am a disability pensioner and my husband is a daily wage earner. We live in Goa. In March 2018 SBI contacted me offering credit card saying that it would be useful in an emergency like hospitalisation.. SBI Credit Card (SBICC) had a counter inside the bank and issued a credit card. My FD was used as lien. I got lured in obtaining a credit card and lost all my savings due to Indo Shop/TransDeal questionable package of free hospital anywhere in India, fraudulent transactions and bank charges.
                                  In April 2018 IndoShop initiated contact and offered membership which would include free hospitalisation for Rs. 8, 650/- for which I paid. I received a discounted hotel package among other irrelevant benefits from Transdeals. No mention of free hospital!
                                  In June 2018 two unauthorised transactions of Rs, 10, 000/- each were carried out by Paytm Noida. SBICC Goa, Jaffer Shaikh refused my transaction dispute letter and directed me to nodal officer. I wanted to save the balance of my FD but Mr Jaffer refused to cancel my card until I paid Rs. 10, 104/-. FD was invoked in December 2018 after bank fees and the fraudulent withdrawals were deducted. I lost Rs.43, 000/--+.
                                  Complaints to nodal officer, pgportal resulted in SBI alleging that I shared pin and/or OTP. This is a false allegation. Kerala High Court’s judgment of 4 February 2019 convinces me that I am not liable for unauthorised withdrawals regardless of SMS’s sent.
                                  There are at least 4 similar complaints to Complaints Complaints platform. These complainants allege that SBI shared their confidential information.

                                  Transdeals is an insecure site. There are several complaints under the ‘credit card’ category of Consumer Complaints platform, and even more against SBICC. When I confronted SBI Bank about giving my contact and FD details to SBICC, they denied having any relationship with SBICC, yet SBICC had their counter in SBI Bank premises.
                                  Besides, it was irresponsible of SBI to issue me a credit card as I am a pensioner and don’t file tax returns. The fact that SBICC head office is in Delhi, IndoShop operates in Delhi and the withdrawals were made in Delhi indicates that SBI has not done enough to prevent all forms of fraud resulting in loss to its customers. More importantly SBI’s sharing my FD details and contact with SBICC constitutes a breach of confidentiality. SBI has not created a safe electronic banking environment to fight fraud. SBI has failed abysmally in its duty to protect my money and my interests.
                                  I hope you will take cognisance of this as SBI is in denial. It is a crying shame that SBI Bank lacks the courage to attach crorepati defaulters’ assets, and even writes off huge loans, but without blinking an eye steals poor people’s hard-earned money due to dishonest practices. This FD was my only saving.
                                  Trusting that you will help me get my money back with interest and a fair compensation.
