I closed my old saving bank account in SBI, wood house road branch, and opened a new one.
Consequently I asked SBI at that time only to transfer my linking with LPG DBTL link to new account.
I submitted Aadhar card, my last LPG bill of Bharat Gas as required by SBI.
I was assured my LPG link would be linked with new account in a day or two.
But surprisingly and regretfully, as per the clarification I made with Bharat Gas people customer care service, they said, my LPG account is still linked with old SBI account only.
I sent a reminder through email, reminding and requesting SBI to do the needful in the matter to link it with the new existing saving account as the old account does not exist and therefore there is no point to keep it linked with a dead account.
All the relevant details along with the screenshot PDF file of LPG account details were also attached but no response from SBI.
WHY?
I got to hold SBI legali liable for all the trauma and monitory losses we have to suffer due to SBI negligence and deficiency.

      Hi Team,

      I have SIP mandates from my SBI account.

      I closed one SIP from Zerodha, in dec. Since then 295 being deduced every months for no reason. SBI customer support and email ids are useless and helpless while dealing with such deduction.

      Need help to stop this deduction

          I had withdrawal 9500 from sbi atm but money not dispensed instead a slip come out with written withrawl 9500 in it. But in ministatement it is written
          Atm wdl - 9500 dr
          Atm reverse + 9500 cr
          Csh wdl -9500 dr
          So ultimately 9500 is deducted from my account but i haven't got money. When I complained about it to brch manager she said that complain about it on toll free no. And I have complained about it on tollfree but no refund is credited in my account till now.

              I have a running car loan from SBI.
              On 8th of February, my emi of Rs. 10860 was auto debited.
              On 10th february, same amount 10860 was debited once again.
              Now bank is not refunding my amount.

                    Refund of Stuck money in SBI CDM Machine

                    On 26/01/2023 I tried to deposit Rs. 48000.00/- through SBI CDM Machine. Amount deposited by machine but show transaction status failed and no money deposited in the account. It has been more than 21 days since this incident but still my money has not been deposited into the account.
                    Kindly resolve this issue on urgent basis.

                    So, I opened a new bank account in the State Bank of India CSI TOWERS branch in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on 24th January 2023 while opening the bank account the employee gave me a Personal Accident Insurance Policy and deducted the premium amount from my initial deposit. So I gave a cancellation letter on 30th January to cancel the Policy and refund the premium the employee said that it would take around 2 weeks to cancel the policy and refund the amount.
                    Today is 17th February and till now the policy is active. I contacted SBI General Insurance customer care and they said that your branch had not initiated the cancellation process.
                    Please it's a request to cancel the policy and refund the premium deducted from my account.

                          I have ordered a product on 21/01/2023.But I have not recieved/returned my product.Xfurbish initiated the refund on 31/01/2023 and it was expected to come 07/02/2023.

                            Sir/Mam,
                            I have ordered a (Moca by Monte Carlo Women Full Sleeve Solid Sweatshirt), order ID OD[protected] on 2nd February 2023 on Flipkart and made payment via UPI amounting Rs 582. Next day on 3rd February 2023, I cancelled the product.
                            Flipkart initiated the refund on 3rd February 2023 and it was expected to come by 6th February 2023 but amount not reflect in my account.
                            Flipkart gave me the reference id[protected] for the refund but the bank account is not credited till date.
                            I have raised a complaint in SBI bank too for the same with Case[protected], but didnt got any refund till now.

                                  Legal notice served here by upon SBI giving seven days ultimatum to provide your legal reply concerning to the long pending servere issues, causing hell of trauma, troubles and waste of our valuable so much time duty your persistent and purposeful criminal negligence, not tolerable anymore. And if you still fail and ignore as you are habit and for, a legal case will be filed against you in the consumer court under the consumer protection act, 1986 entirely at your risk and cost and consequences for compensation and penalty of Rs ons lakh for each offence of criminal negligence and deficiency committed by you. As elaborated below.

                                  1. INCOME TAX FORM 15H -
                                  Refer our previous many grievances put to you for your illegal clause in 15H, illegally restricting senior citizen to avail of 15H, if his annual income in any financial year exceeds 3 lakhs. The law says such restriction of exemption limit is not applicable to a senior citizen, where as 15H is meant for only senior citizens of 60 years or above.
                                  The law says, if a senior citizen's annual income is not taxable, maybe beyond 3 lakhs, he could submit 15H.
                                  But you continued and remained stuck with your illegal clause, still after heap of warnings and complaints, sent to you through emails and through various regulatory authorities, making us face hell of trauma and troubles to complete 15H.
                                  We had to to lie every time in 15H, declaring falsely our income below 3 lakhs, carrying the serious risk to face problems from income tax authorities and your liable for these trauma.
                                  Therefore consequently you are liable to pay compensation for all these trauma for Rs 1 lakh, plus legal and other expenses.

                                  2. SCSS quarterly interest always illegal delayed
                                  Refer our various complaints, through regulatory authority authorities also but you never cared to rectify your illegal habit to make the interest credited into our account properly on time but always delayed it till the day ends.
                                  We had also submitted the screenshot of India Post, where the y always credit the quarterly interest amount at midnight, when the 31st day begins but what you do, you credit when the 31st day ends in the night, when this amount cannot be used on that day. So you retain the interest for the whole day with you making you liable to pay the interest for that day also, which you have never done, in a spite of our several warnings. This very clearly proves your purposeful negligence and deficiency punishable under the consumer protection act, 1986, making you liable for this offence to pay compensation of another one lakh rupees, plus legal and other expenses.

                                  3. Your YONO app malfunctioning for so long
                                  Refer our various complaints sent along with screenshot, how your YONO app is malfunctioning and remains stuck, causing hell of trauma to us but for so long you ignored and did nothing to rectify your app system error at your end in your system but went on asking about our mobile details which we provided but you continued to remain as idle and negligent as ever. Again holds you liable to pay compensation of another one lakh rupees, plus legal and other expenses.

                                  4. Arrogant, obscene, rude and humiliating language by your cashier but no action by you.
                                  In this serious case too, you have totally failed in your legal duty to take stern action against such culprit. Your lall the efforts were directed only to protect this shameless person. You even failed to mention his name, in spite of our repeatedly asking. This person had even dared to use obscene language to my wife and your protecting such a creature. As pointed out earlier, for complete episode, contact the then chief manager Shri Subbarao and his assistant Shri Guru.
                                  Another evidence of illegally protecting the accused, the shameless creature, when SBI failed to make tender written apology but it came from the new chief manager. If a rapist is convicted, who will be hanged to death for rape? The rapish or anybody else?
                                  So evidently this SBI and the cashier, both are equally and severely and jointly are liable and guilty for the offence as cited above and elaborated in our previous complaints, making both have them pay compensation and penalty jointly for rupees one lakh, plus legal and other expenses.

                                  5. It is very pertinent and scaring to observe that SBI has $2.6 billion of loans to Gautam Adani. Consequently SBI shares values lost 10.28 per cent in the past one month. We have invested many millions as FD in your SBI Bank and considering the above incidence of Gautam Adani, why shouldn't we withdraw all our millions from your bank entirely at your risk and cost, considering your SBI Bank no more safe even for a penny invested in your such a bank?

                                      I have stooped using SBI Credit card. I called them to deactivate the card they said they did it, next year I got a bill for annual fees I again called they said you need to pay fees then we will disconnect the card. I paid then again I got annual fee in different year, then again they said they will apply for waive off the annual fee then asked me to pay 25 rs then told me to deactivate the card around oct 2022, I am still getting credit card statement mail.
