CIBIL Replies that there is "No Change - Please get in touch with SBICARD and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX9141 for the required correction".

Here SBI Card shield itself by not providing their Customer Care Email ID for Individual Card holders on the Other Side CIBIL always serves its one-sided mission of favouring only the Bankers & not the Consumers.
If Banker raises a dispute immediately CICBIL flag it against the consumer without any data backup.

Whereas if the consumer (Self) provides the evidence of payment remittance to SBI Card they roll some days stating under processing & a few days later of their escalation mechanism they will be eager to close the call stating with the standard statement as " No Change - Please get in touch with SBICARD and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX9141 for the required correction.

The highlight here is SBI Card cares only the corporate cardholders with email IDs to address their issues. Even this partiality is there for customer care IVRS Toll Numbers too

All the consumer universe should appreciate the Purpose of CIBIL Forum & their unity and their soft corner towards all bankers

What a consortium approach of CIBIL & Banker SBI Card. Do not know whether RBI Monitors such individual customer's pain points & challenges in getting the solution

    Today I received message from VD-TATACD which is as follows

    "Dear Applicant, we regret to inform you that basis our SBI Cards internal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you at this time."

    I hereby inform you that I have not applied for any credit card to anyone recently. Kindly note and take necessary action

      I am kavita meena having sbi online internet banking account ending with 7745. My branch is at alwar, rajasthan with ifsc code as sbin0031051 .Till July i was able to access my account using my net banking facility. But from wnd of july, i am unable to login to my net banking using my id and password. It's giving the error that my user id has been deactivated. No sms. No email alert. Nothing. Simply deactivated without informing me that the user id has been deactivate. I contacted the branch manager, customer care all of whom gave me the same reply "we don't know the reason why the user id is deactivated". I was asked to fill up a form in the branch stating my user name and my account id and was told that the user id will be activated within 24 hrs. Now it's 2 weeks and yet no action has been taken. Multiple follow ups and calls yielded no result. Even when trying to use the forgot username link, the system is not taking my cif number as invalid.

      Please help me getting my user id activated, or one fine day i might find my account non-existing in their database and all my savings sucked into black hole.

          Refund of 5399.10 was initiated on 19-12-22 from amazon side...and still not yet the refund was credited to my SBI Bank account.no ([protected])The expected date was on 27-12-22, But still not credited ...called amazon regarding that and they are saying that they initiated the refund and gave me the refund reference number also.

          Amazon is saying to file charge disbute...I gone all day to bank for same issue...But SBI is not giving any kind of response from their end...they are only saying we will look...they cant do anything like that...such a bad experience...I raised a complaint to manager...he accept is but no further update on it...I didnt trust their service...I will attach all my account details and refund reference number all the thing.

            I noticed that finance Charges Rs. 4000 + gst fee. I have request to sbi credit card customer care for waive off finance Charges fee Rs. 4000 along with gst. I was out of station due to sudden one person Corona Positive in family in native place, I was aware the situation that’s why I paid minimum payment .

              Due financial problem am not able to pay my outstanding amount on proper time . Mean time call came from sbi who introduced herself as sbi legal department staff name Priyanka Chatterjee phn no . [protected], and pressurized for payment or threat me if I not agree with them, they tk legal action against me and produced me at court and call me to many times in a day frm so many mobile no. .and someone named tanmoy das phn no[protected],[protected], [protected] direct threat me to day that he come my house in my absence and know well how to collect money from my family member . I think its not a legal practice as per RBI guidelines for collect/ recovery card dues. if its the rules of your bank for collect debt then u are well come .

              I request you to pls . look in to the matter and give time for settlement my dues .

                While I am trying to register in my SBI card accounts its showing invalid card details but I checked it more than 10 times. Please help me resolve this issue.

                  Hi,
                  This is G HARSHAVARDHAN, iam getting a continuous calls and messages from third party of state bank that the payment of credit card has been due from 2021. But the state bank has not issued any credit card and not handed any card to me till date. I have written a mail to the concern team of SBI regarding this but I haven’t received any response from them. Due to this my credit score and banking was effected drastically. Kindly do the need full for my concern.

                          On 3rd Jan i ordered Brayden Fito Atom Rechargeable Smoothie Blender from Amazon( order id[protected]) of Rs: 1199.00 through gpay but it wasn't functioning properly so I replaced it and the new product also had some defects so I returned it. Order was placed from Bangalore Marathahalli so process was smooth till then. Refund was initiated by Amazon on 7th Jan and it was expected to be credited in my account by 10th-12th Jan.

                          I have been trying to reach SBI customer care but couldn't. Please help me get the refund.

                            Cannot withdraw or transfer due to CIF not scrutinised by LCPC

                              Worst service of all time from any bank till date...Don't know why they are sitting in branch when they can't resolve the issues of their customers that too not a new customer a customer who's account is since 2004...
                              Had withdrawn money from the atm cash was not dispensed but account has been debited its been more than 10 days still they are not processing for refund.

                              Would never recommend anybody to open their account in this bank.

                                On 12/01/2023 I got a sms from SBI that I had a withdrawal of Rs. 5900/- via AEPS. But till date I had never used AEPS for withdrawal. This is a financial fraud to me. Called SBI customer care. They rejected to take any complain. How it can possible for bank like SBI? It makes me worried that your Aadhaar Biometric is not safe that can be compromise like me. Don't know how its possible... SBI and UIDAI are responsible for this whole things. I want my money back as soon as possible.                                   I have accessed SBI ATM on 12/01/2023 at ATM id no. T1NF[protected] for withdrawal of Rs.900 from my acconut (account no. [protected]. The amount was not dispensed instead of that my account was debited with Rs 900 but reversed the same after some time.but...again after that amount of Rs.900 was debited showing narration as "CSH WDL" without any transaction number and ATM details.the amount was not dispensed to me neither reversed to me..I request this situation to be verified and amount recredit it to my account.

                                      Hello sir/ ma'am
                                      I Sushmika Rai registered mobile no. [protected] account holding in sbi my account no. is [protected] writing this to inform that my ₹500 has been debited on 7/01/23 for mutual fund SIP ( SBI Liquid Fund with folio no.[protected] . I have started mutual fund sip by YONO app. After debiting amount but it is showing zero in investment. And the SIP was cancelled because of not submitting KYC form but still amount was deducted. I have already registered a complain by calling customer care executive but the executive could not mentioned it correctly and the complain no. Is[protected].
                                      I would like to register a complain about the amount deducted and not showing in investment also I would like to request you to refund my money and cancel the SIP as soon as possible.
