dear sir,
my husband shri.c.ramadoss was expired on 09.08.2009. till his death we got the pension correctly, he was receiving pension through SBI, PARK TOWN BRANCH, CHENNAI 600003.after his death i applied for family pension, and i got it. but the 6th pay commission arrears was not credited to my account, where as the other pensioners received it in september 2009 itself, kindly look into this matter and take necessary action...

I have lost my share certificate of 50 SBI equity shares which I may have sent for demat or misplaced about 6 years ago. I have not been receiving the dividend also since I have changed my address since then. Kindly guide me as to how i can possibly trace the status of my shares and who and how i should contact regarding this.

With introduction of core banking solutions at State Bank of India branches, an account holder can operate his account from any branch in his city. For this service at non-home branch, certain reasonable charges are understandable. However, State Bank has not charged anything for the following 3 services which is welcome. when i tried to withdraw rs 2500 from my a/c [protected] on 4th july around 0900 pm from the sbi atm malakapuram at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .

I have saving account in Selaiyur, Chennai branch. One year before I relocated to Navi Mumbai. I went to CBD Belapur branch to fill and submit the account closure form. No one was accepting the form to close the account. They told me to go to Chennai and close the account.

I am an employee with wipro technologies. I had problems with internet banking. I called PBB, Koramangala branch at least hundred times but they never picked up. I mailed 6 times but no response.
I mailed to all the email ids provided : sbi wipro helpline, sbi helpline and escalation id also.

They provide so useless and third class services that I never received any response from them. It has been such a frustrating...

I have been trying for last one week, to log in with the user name and password given by SBI. It was working when I received 3 years back and I was using it. Then after a long gap of 2.5 years, I once again tried the OnlineSBI.com, that time I was facing the problem.

Beaware of SBI Inter City Charges, if you deposit money in any of SBI Branch they will charge you Rs 50 for the amount above 20000, with in less than 10000 they are charging 25 Rs.

So Please be aware of this, while depositing amount in your account, be sure to deposit in your home branch...
