My order I'd is[protected] And I cancelled/ returned my order on 18 December Amazon had showed that the refund had initiated on 23 December but yet now I have not received the same amount in my bank account.
My refund/ reference I'd is 75105172354002823155115. It's been 14-15 days and I had not received my refund. So kindly refund my money so that I can order another laptop as soon as possible.

With due respect I would like to state that I had made a purchase of Rs 43, 710 and Rs 499 on 15th Dec 2022. This was for Xiaomi 12 Pro mobile phone and tempered glass. But these products were returned because of quality reasons. Amazon had initiated the refund on 20th Dec 2022 with refund reference numbers. The details of the product, email from Amazon and reference numbers are attached with this letter for your reference.
I have been tossed back and forth by SBI despite my follow ups and regular visits to my branch office also.

My refund was initiated by Amazon but i didn't received in my bank account. Amazon customer care provide me a Reference number on basis of that they claimed that refund is initiated from Amazon's side. Reference number is # 75503722353020483658419 . My refund amount of 849.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] as said by Amazon customer care.

I am maintaining a locker in the bank (SME BRANCH Kalamassery, ISFC SBIN0070291, and it is in this connection that I want to speak to the Manager. The locker is maintained in the joint name of K.P.Raghuveeran Pillai and Rajam R.Pillai

My father is high blood pressure patient recently discharged from hospital, this caused lot of tense in his and he stays in rural area.
