My name is Vamsi omkar and I had ordered a product of RS.4749 SUPER TOY Wi-Fi Camera Drone 4K 1080p in Amazon on 27 October 2022 & I returned this order due to malfunctioning. And on 04th November 2022 Amazon initiated the amount to my UPI but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank Of India but Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

      I have ordered a product in amazon on 17th december 2022 which is RS 8, 499 & the order no is[protected]. Then I recieved damage product & after that I replace that order but also again i recieved damage product. Then after that I return that product on 22nd december & amazon initiated the refund on 23rd december but could not credited the amount in 3-5 working days. I called them then they have generated the Return Reference Number & that number is 85215222356250154695459. After I got this number I visited the branch office but they refuse me & told me that we dont have any money to refund me. But amazon have already generated the reference no.
      Sir/Madam please kindly get back my amount as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged.

          Illegal clause on 15H. SCSS interest by the end of day.

          (A )
          Look at the attached screenshot.
          3 days back when we made one FD (MOD), we filled up 15H too, simultaneously.
          But the regretful and shocking part is, still after our repeated complaints, your 15H form still insist on illegal condition for income to be less than 3 lakhs.
          15H is meant for senior citizen and...

          I ordered ASUS laptop from flipkart for Rs. 62090/- on 21.12.2022 with by SBI debit card ending with 9296 and cancelled the order on the same day.Flipkart initiated the refund on 21th Dec 2022 and told me that they have processed the amount and it should be credited in my account by 27th December. I checked my account on 27th but the amount was still not credited in my SBI account till date, I followed up with Flipkart and they informed me that they have processed the amount and shared the Refund reference id and Payment reference number. I have been following up with them since but still I have not received the amount in my account. I have shared the bank statement as an evidence to them but every time I call them they gave us the payment reference id and Refund reference number and told me that the refund has been done from seller sideand asked me to contact my bank.           I have called the SBI customercare to regarding the same but my sbi bank says I myself should contact flipkart as they do not find those reference number valid to trace from bank branch.Please help me out of this I have been calling flipkart and SBI multiple times still I am facing the same issue.                   On 16th December 2022, I ordered 4 mobile phones on Amazon. The amount is 17, 999/- each, total 71, 996/-. Two of the four purchases were made via Credit Card and the rest on Debit Card. Unfortunately the Order was Cancelled by the seller.                         I have done transaction on paytm upi on 31 December 2022 5:49 PM of Rs 30000, the UPI Ref No:[protected] which was failed and the money got debited from my account its been more than two working days as per npci and the bank has not paid my amount back
                        I have tried to reach both the Paytm and sbi customer care but the Paytm says to reach the sbi and sbi says to reach the paytm so no satisfactory answer
                        I am worried about my money
                        Please help ASAP I'm in very bad need of Money due to Medical Emergency.

                              My order I'd is[protected] And I cancelled/ returned my order on 18 December Amazon had showed that the refund had initiated on 23 December but yet now I have not received the same amount in my bank account.

                                Dear Sir/Madam
                                With due respect I would like to state that I had made a purchase of Rs 43, 710 and Rs 499 on 15th Dec 2022. This was for Xiaomi 12 Pro mobile phone and tempered glass. But these products were returned because of quality reasons. Amazon had initiated the refund on 20th Dec 2022 with refund reference numbers. The details of the product, email from Amazon and reference numbers are attached with this letter for your reference.
                                I have been tossed back and forth by SBI despite my follow ups and regular visits to my branch office also.

                                  My refund was initiated by Amazon but i didn't received in my bank account. Amazon customer care provide me a Reference number on basis of that they claimed that refund is initiated from Amazon's side. Reference number is # 75503722353020483658419 . My refund amount of 849.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] as said by Amazon customer care.

                                    My credit card was blocked without intimation .I have given a complaint on 4th sep for activation of my account. I am receiving same reply wait for two days. After two days I am receiving the same reply. I have completed the KYC both offline and online but still it is blocked..
