Respected Madam/Sir,

I have a Simply Save credit card since last 5 years, recently I have received a message from SBI Card on date 15.02.23 that I have been issued a new card with new validity but any other information about it like which courier company and docket number is not given.
After that i was continue mail on sbi card customer care mail id since 15.02.23 but there is no response even after my repeated mails.
After this I mailed to nodal officer on 27.02.23, whose reply I have received. In which without giving any information about the said card, it was told that I will have to block the card and get a new card issued for which I will also have to pay a fee.
I am completely unsatisfied with the answer given by nodal officer because he has not investigate related the details of issued card, even after i has been repeated again and again mail.
The issue of a new card with new validity is duty and liability of SBI cards P.S.Pvt.Ltd. and Message has been sent by SBI cards P.S.Pvt.Ltd so investigation is duty of yours and no fee should be charged for this.

If Negligence by your company, then why should the consumer pay for it? "SBI cards P.S.Pvt.Ltd is fully responsible because negligence is from his side."

Still after around 1 month there is no satisfactory answer from the company.

The company is not giving information about the real status of the card issued earlier. misguided the new card was issued on 23 March, which was recalled by instructing the courier company even before it reached me. i am Mentally very disturbed and the possibility of financial loss is very high with me.
The company is not reply any satisfactory answer and without investigation of old issued card only pressurize me to reissue a card.

    Yesterday my brother send me 6000 rupeess next day when i check my account its only show 1000 when i was checked. I already filed a complain but sbi not taken any strick action i think Sbi cheat on us i am Student i know how much valueable that amount please co-operate with me and kindly please find the culprit as soon as possible .

      I was having savings account in SBI [protected] and due to financial issues I closed it with application and required procedure in 2017. After two years I apply sbi credit card and I come to know that bank has declared me F55 database bank defaulter. I neither got any loan from bank and nor applied savings account till now. This F55 error affected my cibil as well as financial loan and other applications. Still bank has not removed it and I will go for court if this none sense will not taken back by sbi . It's a right of consumer to close or continue account.

        I do not know even what is FI Txn @ CSP outlet, having no such A/c, SBI has deducted 10000 from my SB A/c three times.

        I have booked 2 tickets of Border Gavaskar trophy India vs Australia 3rd test Indore from Paytm insider app for Rs, 959.82/- on 20/02/2023 and because of tickets are not generated in app and the screen pops up as payment failed and my ticket are not booked but money was debited from my account
        on 20/02/2023 I have contacted to paytm insider customer care about this issue and then I got the mail from them saying that While you were initiating the payment, the transaction had failed between the payment gateway and our system due to which is why your ticket was not generated. We have initiated a full refund for your ticket amount.

                  Futile warning. Another way to harass us.

                  1 We have received a warning message from SBI, threatening us to deactivate our net banking, if we do not upgrade our mobile number with our bank branch.
                  2. PDF file of the screenshot of such a warning message is attached herewith for ready reference.
                  3. Our number is not changed and nor we have issued any letter to SBI bank in this matter regarding any change in our mobile number.
                  4. Then how all of a a sudden, such type of warning note from SBI?
                  5. We have notified the the issue, to the bank and to their authorities but no response from them.
                  6. This simply proves another way by SBI to harass us, as they have been doing for so many previous months on one pretext or the other.
                  7. Making them liable to pay heavy compensation and punishment by the consumer court under the consumer protection act 1986.

                    I’ve order the product from ajio on 2nd February and order id is=FN[protected].price of snitch shirt product is 1257.26 and another one is marks&spencer shirt price is 2939.16 overall total amount is 4196.42 which debited from my account via debit card on 2nd February.after that I returned all the products and ajio initiated my refund of snitch shirt on 14th February, amount was 1257.26 and refund reference no is =[protected].one more refund of marks&spencer shirt on 15th February and amount was 2939.16 and refund reference no is=[protected].amd I still not received my refund amount of money in my account.

                            Hello,
                            I was trying to withdraw 12, 000 from my grandma's SBI account through Union Bank of India ATM, located in Ibrahimpur, delhi-110036 on 27th February 2023.
                            I tried in two parts, 6000 each .I got the 6000 but while dispensing for the another 6000 electricity cut off.
                            As the account got debited, I contracted the sbi customer care through toll free number and they said it will be reversed But we've not got any reversal yet.

                                I have used SBI Credit card balance transfer to transfer balance to another credit Card, SBI Card Mentioned 60 days payment period, they charged me 830 + 149 iGST for total 41500 amount balance transfer. But now they have genrated bill in 28 days & want me to pay the bill in 45 days.

                                This is really a big fraud of SBI Cards, they shows the 60 days in app, charging the amount in 45 days. this is not good & this is total fraud.

                                  The first time i used my Debit card for an online transaction, while making the payment, it said ATM card not activated for online transaction, but the amount of Rs 1946 was debited from my account on 21st November 2022 in reference to Tkt no.[protected] in 3 months still not resolved.

                                  2. I made a payment of Rs 22000 it said technical difficulties, so I made another payment of Rs. 22000 on the 24th of February. However the payment of Rs 22000 was debited and not credited after taking to customer service, since they said to wait for 24 hrs. Still nothing has been done. I have also registered a complain tkt no.[protected]. They said it would take 10 days to be resolved after speaking to the supervisor.

                                  If they error why do i have to go through this inconvenience, I'm a single mother and in between shifting of houses and i need to make required payments towards my now place and need to manage with a little child. All they keep saying is "I'm sorry from my side and it will take 10 days to resolve." How am I to manage the month for their error?

                                  I thought this was a good bank. But I regret to be associated with them.
