I purchased a product on amazon 17 th december of this month using my sbi account and the product was non. Returnable. And i ask for refund. As per their conformation refund was initiated on 28 th december of this month but it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference no. Are[protected]. I had contacted your customer service no. But there is no response then i mail you. Please check and confirm the status. And kindly provide my refund of rs 745..
