On 2nd Oct, 2017, a refund was initiated from Myntra (A popular e-commerce site). Despite several follow up with home branch and over customer care, my issue is not resolved. My online complaint no was [protected].

    .my home loan proposal sanction sbi branch in -2015.rs 7.00 lakh home loan. and me completed my home. branch realese 5 lakh in total santion amount . but me completed home and my tatally expendeture this home construction above 8 lakh. and then me submit my aplication to sbi and my last instalment 2 laks.. but he said(mr.bhalekar field officer home loan sbi)i am not realease your last instalment. this is my pawer.

      I sri manas haldar, apply for a atm card on 20th oct, 2017 at my home branch, branch code 8772. Till date i have not gotten the atm card. I have also contact to sbi customer care on 3/11/2017. But they told me issue will closed between 7 days. But today, 09/11/2017, i again contact to customer care but no information came out, and told me to go home branch. I am a service person outside my home branch, it is not possible to go home branch again again. Its means that the bank staff does not care about any types of application. Bank service is very low quality, not give any importance of customer issue.

        Sir have taken some item from a shop and i paid the amount via atm card due to encourage the cash less payments as stated by government. Of india on 04/11/2017 to hsjwels moradabad amounts 2500/-but when i entered my all details in swipe machine then it shows your transaction has been failed then i again entered the details then it was successful but after sometime i found a massage from sbi that two times payment has been deducted from my account but i was purchased only ones
        So please register my complaint and revise my wrong amount deducted by bank with interest as it delayed. And clear where this money really is? It is deducted from my account but not reached to the seller so where is the money?

          I sunil kumar sahu indian army employee. My account in state bank of india at aurangabad cantonment branch. I like to close my loan and i gave a hdfc cheque amount rs 70910/- to my sbi loan account number - [protected] and which outstanding balance is rs 69, 761/-
          Sbi refused to accept cheque due to excess amount of rs 1149/-

          So do the needfull action as soon as possible

              Sir,
              I anita gandhi am a lecturer and working in haryana govt school.
              I am having my salary account in state bank of india ballabgarh (Haryana) branch.
              Today somebody-mr rahul sharma called me (On 12/9/17 at 4.05 pm) on my mobile and told that i am an rbi employee and posted in noida.
              He used mobile no - [protected] which is now off.
              He asked me about my sbi card details very cleverly, unfortunately i believed on him (Due to rbi employee) and told my debit card details with otp (Received on mobile).
              Actually he said that he is going to link my debit card with adhar.
              He cheated me and with drew total amount of rs 50000/ approx. From my saving account and utilised in different wallets transactions as mpaisa, airtel money, payu, ola.
              Detail is as follows
              Mpaisa/vodafone
              Amount with drawn= 19998/ date= 12/9/17 time=4.10 pm trans id=[protected]
              Payu
              Amount with drawn= 9998/ date= 12/9/17 time=4.12 pm trans id=[protected]
              Airtel money

              Ola

              Kindly help to get refund of my money and take corrective action as soon as possible so that he can not use this money.
              Also teach him a lesson so that he can not cheat some body else in the same fashion.

              Matter is also reported to cyber cell faridabad and fir is also registered in this case, but unfortunately no solution till date. (Approx 2 months lapsed)

I have appealed to register a new mobile number on account of bhartthu bank in my area. On the request of the kyc form from the bank, i also submitted the kyc form to the bank twice. But in the last 2 years, on the date of my application, the new mobile number in the account which i had requested from the bank to register in the kyc form, did not happen till after a long wait of 2 years, i am obliged to complain.                         On 4-9-17 a fradulent transaction was made from my above credit card and money was transfered rs19990/- to mpesa and rs.39980/- to the mobile wallet and a complaint was lodged immediately at the sbi cards division at the apeejay house, park street, kolkata. A police complaint was also lodged with the burrabazar police station and lal bazar at kolkata but no action has been taken to sort out the problem rather i am blamed for this act.

                          Such a irresponsible staff at sbi vanasalipuram branch hyderabad mainly field officer who is supposed to provide proper information about loans i went to the bank for education loan for my son below 5lacks and in 1sec he said that we dont provide education loan for indian students we provide only for foreign education that to in a very rude way he is not supposed to talk to a women customer like that and sbi in every branch has its own rules and regulations
                          I did not listen anywhere that one branch provides only this particular loan and only for some particular members i seriously need education loan for my son that is 4 lacks and i am a family pensioner withdrawing 30, 000 per month from sbi vanastalipuram branch hyderabad
                          I need my right from bank as soon as possible if not i am ready to reach higher authorities and my final request is please teach your staff how to speak to there customers and respect them
                          This incident had happened on 08/11/2017,

                            Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                            Dear sir

                            A refund of 5998 rupees was successfully processed on 31.10.2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. My refund referance number -616538

                              I want to inform you that i had received sms alerts informing me of cash withdrawals and transferred as per details as mentioned below even though i had not attempted to withdraw cash from an automated teller machines using my debit card. The cash was withdrawn from various places such as ahmedabad, ashirwad complex, bhalswa, azadpur delhi, kalawadraj in various amount of 100000, 20000, 30000 and 40000. I have attached the transaction message received on my mobile. I furnish here below the details for your information so as to enable you to re-credit the amount to my account:

                              Date of transaction: from 26/10/2017 till 01/11/2017

                              I had not at all used my debit card for withdrawing cash from the automated teller machines. The card is with my possession

                              In view of the circumstances as mentioned above, i request you to kindly arrange to re-credit the amount to my account which was withdrawn without my knowledge and fault, since i trusted sbi to secure my money and this incident shows otherwise.

                                Our account is opened with a minimum balance of rs. 10000 but the branch has changed the variants of our account by altering the minimum balance to rs. 2lakh without any prior approval or intimation to us, due to this we have been charged rs.2300 on 30-06-17 & rs. 2360 on 30-09-17 as minimum balance charges.

                                      Address: 560043

                                      On 3rd nov 2017, i have done payment to insurance company thro pos machine. Amount got debited from my account of rs 21609 but merchant dint receive the same. Merchant received a sms for reversal of amount.

                                      Today is 8th nov but still the amount has not been reversed back to my account. I have called customer cate 5 to 6 times but no response

                                      I dont have the transaction number for reference.

                                      Kindly help to resolve the issue and refund the amount

                                        In my account i had a balance of -10000 rupees... May i know what is the reason and why... Today i deposited 1000 rupees that amount also taken from negative balance... Already i asked with my home branch. But their didn't response me in proper manner. I had this problem since last two months. Due to this problem i didn't do any transactions via my account. Kindly give a solution for me. I have lot of commitments based on this account only..

                                        Sir I I have gone to HDFC ATM to withdraw 5000 rupees on 31 Oct 17.By ATM, cash was not dispenced, but this amount was deducted from my account.AC NO:[protected], debit card ending with 0066 no.I am existing SBI customer at HAL township ojhar Nasik.can you do something?PL do the needful.

                                        I have submitted renewal form at Pudukottai branch, Tamilnadu where my account is running before 15 days, but the requested cared is not issued. While making inquiry at the branch, they replied that it will be issued. Now it is unable to take money at ATM.
