Myself kamalesh misheard holding sbi credit card (Xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1203) and using it over last 02 months. I have received telephone call on 09th may 2018 on my mobile no. [protected] on behalf of sbi offering discount card along with some gifts. The lady on phone introduced herself as shivangi (Contacted no.:- [protected]) from sbi and provided my card details like my name and account details etc. As i received sbi calls from random numbers i assume this was the genuine call as she provided my correct details. She offered the discount card with few gifts costing 8353/- which was suppose to be adjusted with my reward points and i did not have to pay. After some time i have received the otp password on my mobile and i have also received the call asking the otp password to process my card request. As person told me he has generated the otp password for my account and it is required to process the card request with verification. Hence i have provided the same. After that i got the sms from sbi mentioning the transaction of 8353/- made on my account. Hence i called the lady once again and she told me that amount shown on my account need not to be pay as it will be adjusted against my reward points. After few days when i did not received the so called card, i contacted sbi customer care. They told me it was fraud call and they do not offer any discount card. Hence i told them to block my card immediately. They requested me to fill online dispute form and email to [protected]@sbi.com which i have sent on 30th may 2018 since i did not received any reply. Kindly note that so far i have made all my payments which i have used on my sbi credit card before the due dates. But the above made transaction of 8353/- is not done by me and it is clear fraud transaction which was done online without my consent. I wanted to know how the person outside of sbi has generated otp password for my account and also wanted to know how my personal card information is leak from sbi which was available to the person who is not from sbi. Sbi customer care is forcing me to make this payment and also charging the late fees without giving any investigation details. It is very bad experience and response with sbi customer care who are least bother to investigate this matter even after i declared that the mentioned disputed amount is not used by me. Since this is clear online fraud transaction, i want sbi cards to reverse disputed amount on my account.     Sbi credit card number [protected] named on SRINICAS MADDULA, swiped twice at Reliance fresh Rs.788.32ps. Dt:23/10/17 total fraud amount 1576.64 (Sbi credit card complaint ref:[protected]. As on today 203 days left. No response from reliance fresh[protected] bill no:56, tax invoice 2165********9376) and sbi credit card Departments.
    Above amount paid through RBL credit card.5369********2340 Named on MADDULA V V S SRINIVAS.
    The above amounts paid through 2times with sbi card and 1time paid with RBL card, unfortunately sbi card transactions are failed and we notice to SBI and reliance frequently, Always they are saying we are under investigating issue, and an single issue reference numbers also changing, but no use from sbi credit card team and reliance fresh team also.TWO HUNDRED AND THREE DAYS WERE LEFT.
    I had struggled from last 203 days both party's are not supporting. I had already paid above amounts to SBI credit card, i had lossed interest and my valuable time, patience and self respect. For those above mentioned pains i would like to claim through consumer forum help, please kindly do me needful.

      On 27-may-2018, i've withdrawn rs.5, 000/- from sbi atm at radhe govind complex, waghodia road, vadodara gujarat. I've received only rs.4, 500/- & machine wasn't working properly so 1 note of rs.500/- taken back / went back to machine. I've complained on toll free number[protected] & gave all the details. As per officer on telephone line, i was suppose to receive a complaint number but since last 2 days, there is not a single message about it & even refund of this short payment isn't also credited to my sb account number [protected].

      Requesting you to resolve the same & credit the amount to my sb account.

        I am holding a savings account in your bank for the past ten years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of rs. 354+354+118 = rs 826/- has been deducted from my account for updating my passbook. Since no charges are made when we update our book in passbook printing machine.

          I, jagdish, am totally upset with the response of sbi bank. They have put huge interest on my credit card. I hardly used the card to put up so much of burden of interest. I had used just rs.7, 127/- since day1. And now the total amount i need to pay is rs. 20, 227/-. Like what is this??. I visited the bank continuously for 4-5 days but the response is poor. They aren't even ready for any settlement! Not even informing me where and how to do it. Everyday i receive calls from the call centres, they speak in such an offensive manner. What language do they use. Disgusting. There's no one to even meet you personally.. Communication level zero.
          I request one and all not to use sbi credit card.

              There is sbi credit card reflecting under my name and i have never used that card, i have raised a dispute for the same, they have repliyed me that no change, i m facing problem in my home loan and my cibil is low, they have linked that sbi card to my cibil this is due to incorrect dob when they have my pan number with them, they should have my correct dob with them my dispute number is-cds[protected]
              I am not at all satisfied with the cibil resolution they should do the full enq... And then link anything to anyones a/c i am not able to contact sbi as that card is not on my name... I have made the outstanding payment for the credit card which was actully not on my name
              Atlest this month i wont get a hit on my cibil... If this issue is not resolved i will definitely going to take this matter to court
              I am not sure who's mistake it is cibil or sbi i need the resolution that's it

              I have requested for a statement of account from the Bank Manager SBI Thiruvalla Town (70094) PB No 3 Ennikattil Building MC Road 689101 on 18 April 2018 under registered post. But the statement has not yet been received. Please instruct him to provide the same.

                Being pestered for loans taken by some body else and the account is not mine .this is disturbing a very senior citizen for nothing . please stop this type of mental torture to old people .

                  A refund of 2525 rupees was successfully processed on 14 april 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also visit many times the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

                  kindly go through the emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                    Sir, i live in pimple gurav, katepuram chauk, pune. The day today, on may 28 2018, when i inserted the checked my balance from bhim app, i got it rs.10221, that is, rs.206 deducted. Were deducted from my account without any reason. It is to bring to your kind notice that whether its a rule/regulation to deduct money from the accounts of consumers, or its just a nothing more than a deficiency in service?, but anyhow, i want my money back.
                    After all, i am not and would be not the only one who is passing through such unavoidable burden, i am making this complaint for all those elite masses and the vulnerable sections of society, and it is the responsibility of bank employees to take care of consumer transactions efficiently.

                      Most humbly and ressspectfully this is to say that my bank has alreay linked my aadhaar with bank but in uidai portal it is showing that linking status is inactive.
                      I have sent a screenshort, apart from it bank details and aadhaar card is also attached with it.
                      Please help me in making it active otherwise my scholarship will be rejected and i'll not be able to pay my fee..

                      I have been using sbi credit card since last 1 yr.
                      I have never had this issue
                      I missed my payment in march 2018 and the bill which got generated in april 21st and its due date was 10th may and the bill was rs 14750.
                      I never use to check my bill and may my bills instead
                      I made a payment of 10000 on 12th may and on 22nd may i got a message from sbi that i have to make a full amount of total outstanding amount of rs 59000.
                      I always use to pay the minimum amount and also 10k which i paid i dont know what happen to that.
                      Now another thing is when m checking my online sbi portal i can see i have to pay on rs 4461 and alsoin ivr also its telling me the same.
                      I use to get many calls from different ppl fromdifferent number but non of them told me that my card will be blocked if i dont oay such amount.
                      There was a guy floor manager deepak kumar he told me my payment will be change into settlement but today morning i got a mssage that it cannot be done in my favour.
                      I really want help or else i wil lcommit suicide and i will make sure that sbi suffers

                      I have an account in state bank of India and three times 2000 Rs have been deducted from my account and transferred to investment intermedi without my permission. 6000 is a big amount and I need my money refund as soon as possible.

                        My complaint e mail with complete details was forwarded by my branch to cdc cppc mumbai on 9th may. No response received. The error in tds has continued for the 3rd successive time in the pension credited today for may 2018. The calculation of gross income, the income tax and surcharge / cess leviable appear to have been erroneously calculated. Deductions under sec 80c have not been made from gross income, nor the standard deduction of rs 40, 000.

                        My balance debited with my permission, I SAW my statement they given reason is "atm cash dis" . i don't know what it is ?. So please i need a proper reason for that.Why they debited amount.

                          I had book train tickets on paytm it was not successful for some net issue and they had rule pf refunding money to the costumer if the process is failed then i call to paytm costumer care they told that thet had refunded the money they told to talk in the bank as sometimes they return the money due to some reason the money would be transition stuck so they told to go to the bank to solve the issue

                          Order[protected] was cancelled by AMAZON on 10.08.17 but SBI statement shows transfer of Rs 2370 to AMAZON, who replied that it has not received money from SBI. SBI refuses to return my amount in my account. I have complained SBI 4 times. But SBI closed all my complains without solution. Kindly instruct SBI to return Rs 2370 in my account.

                            Even though i have valid pan card with name after marriage bank officer of sbi jambhali branch is saying their system still showing old name before marriage. I contacted bank officials they are saying it is not their issue it is pan card bankend database issue. Whereas when i contacted uti, my new name i. E. After marriage name is reflecting in their database.

                            As being genuine & old customer of sbi since last 10 years, banks officers are not treating this request seriously & just throwing ball from one court to other, eventually as being customer i am suffering as i am holding high value cheque since last 15 days but bank is not ready to clear it simply saying your record
                            Name on pan differs.

                            As i have given proof from uti as well that their record also shows my correct name as after marriage, please assist me to get this issue resolve on priority as this has really disappointed me

                              My name is ashish singh and earlier have sbi credit card gold and more. On 31/05/2017 all the over due amount i. E rs. 31816/- has been paid by me and in this connection copy of noc (Copy enclosed) provided by sbi credit card. But the problem started when i got a mail from sbi credit card still i have over due amount and my cbil shows negative by this over due payment. How is it possible when i already paid all the over due amount and still have over due amount. Sir please help me as my case seems to be very urgent. Please look into the matter and provide me solution as early as possible.

                                Sir this is sub inspector gaurav tyagi again complaining about my sbi credit card not received yet applied on 10 feb 2018. On 10 may 2018 an installment of rs. 1700 (Round figure) has been deducted but my card not yet reached to me.
                                Sir i have complaint about it to sbi card customer care centre they are not helping me properly. I am feeling very helpless nobody is listening to me.
                                Sir i am a reputed para military (Itbp) personnel. Here in our organisation almost all personnel's have thier salary account in sbi but the way of dealing of sbi card is not that much good.
                                Help me out to short out this problem.

                                  I have use the sbi credit card since 4 years.in my account fraud transaction rs. 53 thousands held in december 2017, immediately i have submitted dispute form to bank and also i have done fir process and also inform to crime branch ahmedabad city and same copy send to bank. But till date bank has calling me 4 to 5 times in a day for pending amounts. I have first aid and haressment from the bank since 5 to 6 months about this issue. I have small job, than how to pay this big amount. I have no more mony to pay this big value. Bank is not secure and not liable. I am not liable and responsible to pay this amount. Bank is not favorable to customers.

                                    I have taken car loan from sbi nerul branch in december 2016.

                                    There are two debits added incorrectly in my car loan account without my knowledge/approval.

                                    1) loan care insurance - rs.2932/-
                                    2) recovery of processing fee - rs.2818/-

                                    1) i have not opted for any loan care.

                                    2) processing fee : i have paid the full processing fee at the time of loan processing. Still it is added.

                                    I called the branch regarding the same, one of the bank employee said that due to audit in the branch, debits were added and it would be credited soon. Hence i waited thinking it would be credited back. But till now it did not happen.

                                    I dropped a mail to branch about the same. Bank manager responded with apologies and said it would be credited back to my account. It has been more than a month. No one responded yet.

                                      Due to lightning and thunder on[protected], heavy damage occured to my home and electronic appliances. One part of my home got slanted too. I have informed about this to sbi general insurance at thrissur and a person named anil kumar. V. Came for survey. He asked us to submit our claim f copy, copy of buiding permit, copy of buiding plan, press report form, report from village officer and materiological report. He told us that materiological report fee is rs. 4000. Our panchayat member has already verified my home and given the witness certificate. I enquired about the report from village officer in village office, they are telling that there is no govt rule for issuing such report. I dont know that press report is needed for this purpose so i have not given any newspaper ad. From all this i understood that sbi have no idea in providing the insurance amount. That's why we were asked to provide such unnecessary documents. I am from a middle class family, i will take debt or pledge something and will do my home renewal works. I will not take such general insurance policy from sbi in my lifetime herafter and will not suggest to others too. Please dont do such fraudulant works to others also. Its my kind request. Atleast have some courtesy to pay my initial insurance amount that i have given.
