I have did two payment from amazon but it due to some technical issue I am unable to do so so I supposed to got 2 refund 0f 1747 but I received only 1 date was 30 and 31 march I am enclosing the screenshot of bank statment I do ask from amazon they told me it was initited from our side contact bank customer care no one is helping me there please resolve my concern early and revert my account no is [protected] ifsc sbin00006563

    I was having Instrument loan account SBI JALNA shivaji putala br AC number [protected] under doctor plus scheme very regularly paid and cleared much ahead of schedule.We accept your right to visit premises but no one has visited the hospital and charged every year the Inspection charges the sum total is of RS 19, 305/- The chief manager has not replied my letter in this matter and my issue is no one has visited premises still charges are debited and more over not one single installment was over due not even for one single day and re payment is way ahead of schedule, as for us cibil score building is more important than to be defaulter like few giant corporate since we value our name.
    The zonal office has also not replied my letter

      On 30.03.2019 i tried to withdraw rs. 10000/- from sbi atm in bungal, pathankot from my yes bank atm card. All the transaction was done but when the machine was dispensing cash, suddenly electricity switched off and cash did not dispensed from atm but my yes bank account was debited. It's been 10 days but my cash has not reverted back. I have already submitted a complain with yes bank but i have not received any satisfactory reply from them yet.

        A Sum of Rs 50.00 and 115.00 is Deducted as DOM surcharge/tips/rate from my account. what is the Plus Point of Going CashLess when Bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. no where is Mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so Its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving then any notice or Proper Information why a certain amount is Deducted.

          Please help me..

          On dated 4th march'19:
          Sbi cc team has confirm me on email (Interaction id: 1-[protected]) that my sbi card account has closed and as on date there no dues payable to sbi.
          Noc related: sbi team inform me noc letter will be send my mailing address next 10 days. (Ref no:[protected].

          On dated 20th march'19:
          After 10+ days i had follow up twice (Ref no:[protected], when i called sbi customer care for regarding noc, every time they are promise me that noc letter will be reached to my mailing address next 10 days.

          Till now i did not receive such letter or communication from their end. It became very difficult thing for me.

            I am working in para-military force in ssb (Mha) as assistant sub-inspector (Ministerial). I have a saving salary account i. E. Para military salary package account (Pmsp) a/c no.[protected] in sbi chaukhandi, tilak nagar, new delhi since 2008.

            As per govt. Guidelines / instructions pmsp account holder is entitled to avail 02 atm card i. E. One para military atm card and another one additional atm card, hence, my additional atm card was blocked last few months ago due to not digital chip.

            In this regard, i have submitted an application form on 06.04.2019 duly filled in all respect to manager sbi chaukhandi for issue me new atm card in place of my block atm card.in response to my application the manager told me that i will call you in the evening in this regard, but no response i have been received so far.

            The dealing assistant of sbi chaukhandi his name is mr. Sachin has told me that this is a fraud and i am not entitled to avail another atm card of the same account (Pmsp) as per sbi guidelines /instructions i am entitlement for an additional debit card of para military salary package (Pmsp). You are requested short out my matter in this regard please.

                My complain no is : 364833 .I had done complaint regarding Point not updated for long time . Customer care are not solving my concern & every time i called them for update but problem not solved . Their timeline for solving my concern has been passed multiple time.I want consumer complaints forum to take strict action against it.Many months has been passed after complain to sbi rewardz customer care but my complaint has not been solved.

                  I am SBI customer and using my account for online transactions. One of the executives told me that there is no charged if transactions are made for online payments only. I do not use the account for physical transactions like by cheques or ATM. But, today I got an SMS from the bank as Account deboted by Rs. 241for excessive withdrawals.
                  I want the bank to return the amount back as I am a small business doer.

                    I was directed by naukriGo.com to transact Rs 2832.00 on 19th Feb 2019 (online purchase for MODERN TECHNOLOGIES ( POS MACHINE NAME ) through SBI card ending 2148, account no [protected] with SBI Srinagar and again Rs 7670.00 for my job process in HDFC Bank . Again on 20th Feb 2019 I was asked to transact Rs 14160.00 for interview and job process in Kotak Mahindra Bank job in Srinagar.
                    but as Kotak Mahindra Bank has no branch in Srinagar, I immediately asked for refund. Since then the fraudester company has nor called for any interview or job process nor have refunded my money . My ATM got debitted without rendering any services from naikrigo.com .Sir Please refund my money

                      Dear Service Provider,
                      I own a sbi Irctc credit card ( [protected]) . I am not using the card from last 4 Years and paying the interest amount every month amounting 4500 . Three months back i requested for full and final settlement. There was an executive Miss Preeti Sharma at Delhi office who called me at that time and said that sir this is the last month you make the interest payment f, next month we will settle this amount with your settlement amount and issue me the settlement letter . . I paid the amount again forcefully, next month i again got a call from the same lady asking for the interest amount . I reminded her that she promised me to settle my account for which she denied . I told her to make me speak to her reporting manager . Then i spoke to Mr . Nazir at Delhi Branch office . He promised me the same thing again and i again paid the interest amount last month forcefully . This month i got a call saying my letter has been approved and will be issued in a week's time . This time i decided i will wait for the settlement letter and then i will pay anything as i was feeling cheated every month .Till date i haven't received and settlement letter . Meanwhile this girl preeti have been calling and torturing me and today it was a extreme situation where i got a call from her and she started abusing me saying " Saale tu teri aukat nahi hai pay karni ki" i cant write what she said i kept on cutting her call but she kept on calling as i was telling her to make me talk to the manager on which she said " ab tujhe koi manager kasie call karta hai main dekhti hun and all ". I only wanted to ask that where is my settlement letter . I really felt embarrassed and felt what was the movement when i applied for this card and why did i do so . i have always been requesting for my right of getting the account settled . I want to ask can we talk like this to a customer asking for his own right .
                      This sounds like doing Gundagardi and acting as a dictator where for them you are their servants and nothing else .
                      How can a normal man takes so much of mental pressure . Or rather he will prefer to die without any reason .

                        Due to repeated request made by sbi credit card service agent at big bazar, kolkata, i have signed his application for fbb credit card. And i submitted all the documents on whatsapp without my sign on doc. And secondly i insisted for making delivery at my office address and they assured me that it will be delivered at your office address. But i got the message that it attempted for delivery several times at my residence add, and failed. After few days more i got the statement of credit card on my mail, and subsequently i received message for due payment and due date. How i will make payment without having the card. I have tried to contact, but every time they ask card no., which not i have. I have mailed and got interaction id1-[protected], but not resolved after a repeated follow up. I am unable to resolve this.

                        I have suddenly started receiving messages from VM- CBSSBI stating Your A/C XXXXX764149 Credited INR 3, 500.00 on 03/04/19 -Deposited by Cash by SELF . A/C Bal INR 3, 500.00. I do not have any account with SBI and I am receiving these messages unecessarily. Please assist in stopping these messages as it seems like some sort of a scam.

                          As a bank you should attend the calls from the valued customers. If there is any complaints or information required for the financial trading issues facing we are trying to approach you by phone since we are abroad and needs to resolve immediately.
                          If your bank doesn't have responsibility of such i will withdraw all the business with you.

                          The Online Submission of 15G/15H is not available. After you choose CIF no and branch, It says sorry unable to process request.It keeps coming no matter how many times you try Please correct this error immediately. This is very important because the Manually submitting these forms is very time consuming if there are many FDs
                          On 2nd April 2019 ii used Axis bank ATM at Kapilash hotel lane, rayagada.at that tym of withdrawal of rs8000 transaction failed...we go to different SBI ATM, and that time we see mini statement in which amount of rs8000 debited from my account shows...but we did not received any amount...plz solve it asap

                            This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my mother's debit card of inr 9999 twice. She never use card online and never share card details to anybody.. Please give me a solution. She had compliant to her bank but they did not give any satisfaction answer so i request please provide me a solution.
                            The narration in bank online statement says by debit card othpg[protected]freecharge mumbai in one transaction and in another by debit card othpg[protected]freecharge mumbai. Kindly process this issue and give us a satisfaction solution. Waiting for your reply. Kindly refund my mother's amount.
                            This transaction happened on 28/03/2019. We came to know in april 1st week when she checked online summary. She did not get any message about this transaction.

                              I had approached your linking road branch to update my s/b passbook although i have account in your khar branch.
                              The request was denied

                              Secondly i had requested in last financial year to give me statement of a/c for the period april 2017 to 31st. March 2018. It was provided with a charge of rs.118.

                                On 2nd march2019 i bought 600 rupees petrol nd pay with atm three times all transaction fail. I paid then by cash and complaint sbi branch faridpur ifs code sbin0000637. Branch said i should complaint on line then i complaint on line, the complaint ticket no is[protected]. After few days on14 march customer care told me that my complaint closed and my amount 600 rs soon would be recoverd.
                                But my 600rs not recovered yet. I contact branch after complaint closed then cashier said to complaint again.

                                On Jan 23rd, 2019 using SBI anywhere app upi transfer had been done (Rs10000). The amount got deducted from my account and is not credited to my brothers account. It's been 2½ months the amount is still not credited. Several complaints have been filed but there is no proper response either from my bank or customer support team .

                                    I have already requested many times to close my card in 2017. I have also
                                    visited to SBI Card branch in Bhawani Mall Bhubaneswar in 2018. The
                                    personnel said that he closed my card and I don’t have to pay anything. But
                                    now I am getting call al most everyday that my credit card payment pending,
                                    and it is in increasing mode. How come it is possible. You people are
                                    harassing a woman as after requesting you, visiting your beach also you
                                    have not closed the card I stopped using since 2017 and increasing my
                                    balance to pay.

                                    I am really sorry about the false customer care of SBI Card and am not
                                    going to pay anything as I went to branch and said to close it

                                        I retired on superannuation on 31.1.2019 from Railway. My PPO NO.[protected] 29.1.2019. My complaint NO is [protected] dated 27.3.19 was replied that pension will be paid on next pension processing date. The next processing date 1.4.2019 gone and no pension is credited to my SBI Account No[protected].

                                        As all my colleges retired with me having account is different banks had regularly obtained pension in the next month.

                                        It is learnt that only SBI is not handling the pensioners within time. It is shameful on the part of SBI, when other Banks are able to provide service timely.
                                        If nothing has been heard satisfactorily within 5 days, matter will be field in the Consumer forum. SBI Branch code 3828

                                        Local SBI Bank code 3828 responded but they are depend on Gandhinagar-Gujarat H.O.
                                        In the time where every transaction are achieved immediately, Where SBI is going.
                                        On of customer of SBI told me that he received pension after lapse of 5 month, though retired on superannuation.
                                        I retired on 31.1.2019 on superannuation, PPO NO [protected]. SBI A/C NO [protected], Bank code 3828 MORVI-Gujarat. Pension not credited till date.
                                        The other Banks are credited in the next month without obtaining any documents, Why SBI not?
