Frustated with the use of state bank of india online services. Neither getting otp for any transaction nor recieving balance details as per their misscall message services. Their otp app also requires otp which also i am not getting. Sometimes i m recieving 4 to 5 messages of balance at night which i had called in the morning. Sometimes i am getting otp for transaction which is by luck. Until now i had no problems with sbi online but from a month its very frustating to use its online services.
Thank you for the problems you have given state bank of india.

      What a [censored]load of a website you have made!!! You claim that your's is the best net banking website, other banks are way behind you, but your website is not even secure man!!! The first warning my browser gives on opening your website is "this site is not safe, the information you enter here is not secure", this is banking for god's sake! Information not secure on a banking website, are u #ing kidding me!!! This is the worst banking website i have used. Bob website is far better than your. Improve the security. Also the dob field on set profile password page is blocked, therefore i cannot set my profile password and hence cannot use net banking facilities. I saw that the same complaint was filed by another customer also on 6th july but you havent corrected the bug yet!! How do u expect me to use my net banking if its an emergency. Please correct this bug or do whatever so that i can use net banking. There are other bugs also like you switch to mlvk then disenable it and enable it again, now the mlvk doesnt show any keys, also there is no '@' in the virtual keyboard. If there are so many bugs in your website how do u expect us to trust you.

        I have applied for convocation on 15/72017. I have done payment. But due to your technical problems my payment is not completed i called consumercare they told your amount is not sent to the university. Still it is there in sbi it is nt processed due to the technical problems. Last date for convocation is 20/7/2017. Tel me what is the solution. Refund my amount immediately please

        On dated 10/07/2017 a net-banking kit has been issued for my account, which is not working even after 30 hrs. What is the way out to recollect the same without visiting branch? its too much difficult to take leave for the same purpose. requesting you to re validate the same on urgent basis.

          My complaint is about my pension loan. I am unhappy and i am not confortable with the state bank of india in idukki (Peruvanthanam branch).
          I was visit many times for this loan purpose. The branch manager cannot give the loan. The pension is from the central government, as the family pension. He always said to me come to next month we will help you but no help provided by the state bank of india (Idukki, peruvanthanam branch).

            I am trying to get the internet banking for the past 6 months in sbi pallavaram branch, chennai. I have personally gone to the branch more than 7 times to register mobile, get the password kit etc... I have got the password kit 3 times but it is not working. Last time i visited the branch on 15th july 2017 (Saturday).

            Because i have opened ppf & done lic investment through this bank i have to maintain this a/c. I am really very disappointed by the bank response on providing the solution. I think this issue open for 6 months and a customer visiting the branch 7 times is a real shame. Please do needful.

            Sbi( market yard branch sangli) has deducted 118/- from my account on[protected] stating as fee excess drs but my debit card transactions have not exceeded the max limit. Then how come they can deduct amount. Every now and then sbi will deduct money with some or the other reason. The will provide int at lower rate but charge at a hefty rate.

              Sir,
              I deposit rs - 1000/- at the cdm in the ground floor of the sbi branch 12.46 pm nearest ksrtc bus stant adoor on 09/07/2017. But the amount has not been transferred to the a/c no - [protected] of mr. Thomas cs. The machine showed out of service when i tried to deposit money. The amount has not been refunded by the machine. I again deposited rs-1, 000/- in the same a/c no at 1.30 pm on 10/07/2017 at the same cdm machine and it was not transferred to the a/c indicating out of service. Again i deposit rs-1, 000/- in the same a/c no at 1.45 pm on 10/07/2017 it was transferred to the a/c.
              I submitted a complaint at sbi branch adoor near ksrtc bus stant at 12 pm on 11/07/2017. They have take any action to my complaint. I have lost totally rs-2, 000/- and i want it back.

              My number get stolen in a trainjourney .And another I got my new ATM, so ihave to activate my password of ATM .So, you now that it always ask a OTP no. so It gives a message on that no. you know its so difficult to activate an ATM without a genied phone No. .               I swipe card and enter pin and select deposit oppsen and enter when open Sutter I put tha cash 5500 rupe 500's 11 notes and enter.and just shutdown a cdm machine. Cash was not return out from cdm machi. And there was no security guards for helping or sefty

                I visit several times at sbi branch makrana to get kcc but branch manager b. L. Meena every time denied and tell me to come back 1months, 2montha else. I am regularly going branch and also meet to b. L. Meena sir but he every time misguided me and delaying. Me. He also rude behave me. Please take appropriate actions and help me to get kcc (Kishan credit card).

                  I was cheated by your executive while applying for the card. They assured by again and again that this is a free card for one year, hence i went for the same. I already have other cards and i use the same while are life time free card, then why should i go for paid card?

                      I received a mail on 20/04/2017 at 5, 34 who mentioned to have forwarded this matter to concerned department.
                      I have complained to sbi mehrauli road branch and lodged my complaint.
                      I went again to my branch and gave an application to resolve the matter asking for cctv footage.
                      Sir till date nothing postive has happenned.
                      Please get my issue sorted out i want my short amount of rs eleven thousand back in my account,

The amount was deducted from my primary account. Further got a sms for successful transaction vide tid=uh15264915. But i didn't get any balance in my mobile account. On 15th july 2017.                           Sir, i am maintaining a savings banks account no [protected] opened in the erstwhile state bank of patiala now merged with the state bank of india, this month because of the merger and its technicalities, my monthly emi of rs 7777/- with bajaj finance limited was not debited in my account against which i had issued a pdc cheque no 299137. On the request of the bajaj finance executive, i issued another cheque no 578327 for rs. 7777/- on the 15th july for which as per my calculations rs. 7600 were required. I received an online transfer of rs. 7650/- which was sufficient to clear the cheque of rs. 7777/-. But to my surprise, i now find that my cheque of rs. 7777/- has bounced because of rs. 115.00 being debited on account of non-maintenance of avg monthly balance in the month of june. This deduction of rs. 115/- on the 14th led to balance being short by rs. 26 for a cheque of rs. 7777/- against which you have debited rs. 590.00 as service charges.
                          I now request you to kindly reverse the 590 rupees debited on account of returning of the bajaj finance cheque immediately since your bank has been deficient in rendering the services by not sending the required sms against which you deduct quarterly sms charges.

Non-maintainance of mab will attract charges details of which are available in our website bank.                                 Dear sir

                                A refund of 4399 rupees was successfully processed on 6th july 2017 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by 11th july itself, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is taken

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                    Hi i am skm naveen to day morning i got a call from [protected] she told that i am calling from sbi your account will block if you don't maintenance minimum balance of 1000 your atm card will be blocked and she was asked our atm card number and details why your asking this details if you don't know about me how can you called me my mobile number was not registered in bank how can you know my number these questions asked by me if it's true what she said this is call is regarding from sbi bank is that you mr so and so and your ac num is this but she use unparliamentary language icant tell you i need explanation on this

                                      I hv take personal loan in 2011 from sbp phillaur bank had seducted all my 48 installments from my sb account and loan finished. Last installment deducted feb 2014. And now after 3 year bank deducted rs. 5500/- from my account saying that loan balanced in your a/c. It is wrong with me. Why bank had not deduct that money within 6 or 12 months. Please help me in this matter and refund my money otherwise i will go to consumer court for this negligency of state bank of patiala now state bank of india. Acoount no; [protected].
