I paid to iciciprulife premium of rs 10226 on dated 17 june 2019 through sbi credit card. Amt did not paid to merchant although amt deducted from my credit card. My card no is [protected]. I registered complain against it as complain no is[protected] on 02 july 2019. Sbi card care donot provide to me any strong proof like txns id or any other document for this txns. Pls help me.

Amazon has been initiated my refund but not received in my account number [protected].
Refund transaction reference number is 387125.refund has been initiated on 24/06/2019.i have also contact with Amazon customer care services they told that it's bank problem.

I have recharge my jio card through yono sbi on 29.6.2019. Amount is debited but my recharge is not done till now.pls refund my money. The plan in jio is about Rs.149 plan. I am not recharged till now. What can i do.i want my amount immediately .pls refund it.
