This matter is NOT resolved. SBI sends an automated email saying it has been resolved! As per the email, my phone number on your records is the OLD number that I already informed the bank as 'changed.' I gave a written statement to this effect about 3-4 years ago. SBI sends OTP to access my online account to this old/irrelevant number! And sends me an email that the matter is resolved????
August 6th. Matter still not resolved. Otp not coming to the correct phone number. Bank sent an automated message that matter had been resolved. Their rationale for that unbelievably lame email is that they otp has been sent to a 98... Number. That number is Not my number. I even gave a written note to this effect three to four years ago. How long does sbi needs to update their system?
