State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund related issue for my myntra order

I ordered in myntra for 804rs by 15th aug, and I cancelled it on the same day. But I didn't get my refund yet. When I asked to myntra they said that they Initiated the amount to my bank, and they asked me to contact my bank customer care with reference ID[protected]. When i used to contact my bank with given reference id, they said "no information is there as u said, and we won't do any kind of processing like this, we are 3rd party, u should ask with myntra only, we cannot do anything for this". Like this they replying. And I contacted again with myntra, " They telling the same that they initiated the amount and u should ask ur bank, if it is not working u can register a complaint to sbi. So i need to raise a complaint, and I attached my bank statement below.

A refund has been initiated from myntra but is not reflecting in my bank passbook they have provided me this refund reference number[protected] my a/c no. is [protected] savings bank ifsc code SBIN0001800 in state bank of india please locate my refund of rs 859

I have made a shopping in myntra and returned the product, they have initiated the refund for that order on 6th May and I haven't received any refund yet. When I called myntra they informed that they have processed the refund, let me know the status of refund why it is not reflected into my account.
