Sir, i deepak kumar das would like to draw attention that my salary account (Pmsp salay accountbeing a force member) is maintained at sbi, kandsar branch, angul. During the year 2017, i have been sanctioned personal loan of rs. 7, 00, 000 and the rate of interest is 14%. But it is learnt that the rate of interest imposing against personal loan is high (Being a force person & having pmsp account). Further my colleagues having pmsp accounts and have sanctioned personal loan, the rate of interest is less than 14 %, which is varry at sbi branch from one location to other location.in this regard i have already submit my complaint but no fruitful reply has been received. Request to pass the necessary direction under intimation to me.

      A refund of 2577 rupees was successfully processed on 25 february 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by 4 march 2018, but i have not received the refund till now.
      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india complain branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken
      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.
      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

        I, ritabrata nag choudhury, am holding a savings account (No#[protected]) with sbi bank. Till yesterday i have around inr 2.6 lakhs balance in my account and the account is in active condition (I made atm withdrawal of inr 300 on 18.03.2018). Today, 19.03.2018 evening i received an sms from sbi bank (No#[protected]) that “ hold for inr 10, 00, 000.00 created in your ac xxxxx239867 on 19/03/18….”. After checking my account online i can see that i have no amount left in my account and a lien amount of inr 10 lakhs has been created against my account.

        I have no relationship (Loan, mortgage, demat account, credit card etc.) with sbi other than this savings account. I assume that this must be a mistake.

        I would request you to investigate the issue with immediate priority and resolve the same.

            We 40 Defence Employee have salary account in above bank. Govt have provided us with DSP facility in account. In this regard our office has written a letter alongwith govt order to convert our account to DSP account in Oct 2017. But till date no action has been taken by the Bank. Several visit and request has been made but all are useless. You are requested to do needful so that same facility should be provided.

              My Complaint is that Today l have withdrawal some money from SBI ATM at Tikamgarh (M.P.) But, l didn't get the full money it was 4000 rupees less form it . Also we didnt get the slip from it but the message has came that the money I want to withdrawl has been withdrawal form the atm !

                I have returned an item which i ordered from myntra. but i didn't get the refund related to that order. myntra customer care said that they already finished refund procedure and successfully completed the refund to the bank .bank they gave me a reference number for this refund that is attaching here. refer no: 74766518066809478658714 amount-789.36 . order id[protected]-9545503. please give me an appropriate solution to this problem and do needful . it is already 12 days i returned my item

                The case has solved
                I ordered in myntra for 804rs by 15th aug, and I cancelled it on the same day. But I didn't get my refund yet. When I asked to myntra they said that they Initiated the amount to my bank, and they asked me to contact my bank customer care with reference ID[protected]. When i used to contact my bank with given reference id, they said "no information is there as u said, and we won't do any kind of processing like this, we are 3rd party, u should ask with myntra only, we cannot do anything for this". Like this they replying. And I contacted again with myntra, " They telling the same that they initiated the amount and u should ask ur bank, if it is not working u can register a complaint to sbi. So i need to raise a complaint, and I attached my bank statement below.

                  Hi Team,

                  I tried to do 2 transactions on 14th Mar, But failed both the times.Third time i tried it succeeded.But my money got debited for first 2 transactions(10500 + 10500).I did the following steps to get my money Bank.

                  If i go to Bank.they are unable to track .Below is the steps i did for far.
                  1.Visited Bank as per the Message, Bank is unable fetch and asked me to call Customer Care
                  2.Customer care is unable to Fetch and asked me to raise Online Complaint
                  3.In Online form i see TXN IDUTR NO, in the message i see only IMPS reference Number.Wen asked Customer care about this.They asked me to update the Passbook, in the these details will be there
                  4.PassBook is printed but still unable to see TXDID\UTR NO:

                    I am a customer of state bank of india, rajbir market charkhi dadri and my account no. is [protected]. In June 2016 I met Sh. Parsson prasad then branch manager of this bank and discussed about mudra loan scheme. He advised me complete the file of said loan and to deposit necessary margin money in my account. accordingly i complete my file for mudra loan and the same was deposited with bank in the month of june 2016 and margin money amounting to rs. 30000/- was deposited. After that I met several time with the then manager mr. parsoon prasad but he delay the procedure for sanctionin loan for one plea or another.
                    In last December another manager joined here named sh. devender singh. I also met him and request him to sanction my loan. But as the same former manage he also not give me any satisfactory reply regarding my loan.
                    After some time Sh. Devender Singh also got transferred and Sh. Vinay Kumar Jha joined here as Branch Manager. I again met him and again requested to him to sanction my loan and he assured me to get sanctioned my loan early. But after some time he also refused to sanction my loan without giving any satisfactory reason. He also blamed me to misbehave with the concerned loan manager Ms Kajal Kumari. I request him to called upon loan manager and enquired amout any misbehave with her. but the branch manager does not called the loan manager and refused to sanction my loan.
                    when I again met to Ms Kajal Kumar loan officer and asked her to give back my loan file with the remarks that on which ground my loan can not be sanctioned. I astonished with her reply that she has given my loan file back to me. This is a matter of hardship and unnecessary financial burden upon me.

                      Sir due to change of exam dates i want to change my exam center state for both tire 1 and 2. Please help me.
                      My name is Lakshmi Mondal, address – 28/ 2B, Harekrishna seth lane, kolkata – 700050, WB. Savings Bank account holder of SBI( Branch code – 1895) Northern AV (dum dum). My A/c no. – [protected]. Due to RRB Examination frees, I have made transaction from Sbi bank ATM card and amount has been deducted 2 times, total Rs.500 but transaction is not successful.                           This is to inform you that my sbi credit card no.4377 xxxx xxxx 4937 was used for fraudulent transaction on 2 of october 2017
                          All the 4 otps were obtained by hacking my mail (Evidence attached) and illegal sign in to my mail by unauthorized person (From delhi at 1.26 am on 2nd oct 2017) which led to success of the transactions.
                          Please find attached the evidence from google security check of the unauthorized sign in to my mail from delhi which was used to obtain the otps (From my mail) to process these four transactions. Apparently, i have not shared the otp for any of the four transactions. Therefore, i am not responsible for the following transactions which were carried on illegally by an unauthorized person.

                          I have already filed fir in cyber crime (Hyderabad) c. No 2905/ccp3/cyb/2017 dated 2nd oct. 2017.
                          However every day the sbi officials are calling and asking me to pay. How can i afford to pay such a huge amount that too the transaction is carried on by unauthorized during mid night hour ie., 1.26 am
                          The official say that the transactions has been done in secured way. There is no doubt about it but since the otp for all the 4 transaction were sent to phone (Which i did not share) and mail also; the miscreant has taken the 4 otps from my mail by hacking it.
                          Then why i should be responsible to pay.

                          Thank you for considering my request and I expect fair justice. I am mailing the details as instructed by you. Here are few lines I wan to bring to our kind attention.

                          The following linesIN Brackets has be mentioned in the reply letter by the SBI officials which I would like to clarify

                          (We would like to share that we have completed the investigation for the said transaction. It has been observed that the transaction has been performed in a secured manner as the same has been validated by your card CVV and dynamic One Time Password (OTP) over the Internet/ IVR.

                          Further, we wish to confirm that as per our records, the dynamic One Time Password (OTP) was successfully delivered at your registered mobile number. Transaction alert SMS regarding the aforesaid transaction was also delivered at your registered mobile number. Considering all of the above, the liability of transaction in such cases lies with the cardholder.

                          My clarification

                          In reply to above lines of your reply I would like to remind you that OTP was delivered to my Mail also and to moblie. My mail was hacked (in DELHI) and OTP was taken illeally which means that I have not shared the OTP. I have already shared with you the Evidence from GOOGLE SECURITY that there was an illegal login from another device by an unauthorised person from Delhi at 1.26 am on 2nd of October 2017.Therefore I am not resonsible for the fradulent transaction done on 2nd OCT 2017.

                          Furtherore I have not replied or answered any call on 2nd of October.2017. I have a copy of the calls and messsages which states that No call or Mesaages has been made from my number/phone. I think you need to more justicable which should free the innocent people punish the culprit.

                          Huge amount(98, 100) has been transferred to MOBILE WALLENT and I am sure you will have the details of the numberof culprit . Why don't you track the culprit instead of Harassing the innocent customers?

                          From my side I have lodged A CYBER CRIME ON the same day when the fradulent transaction has taken place ie 2nd of OCt. 2018.

                            I have changed my registered mobile number in sbi online and it has been updated sucesfully but the problem is that otps for my platinum debit mastercard are being sent to my old registered mobile number with sbi. So i need to update that as well. Please help me asap because i am been stuck in this problem since a long time. As i have also registered a request for mobile number update in my home branch

                            I have already updated my mobile number through internet banking and it has successfully been updated but i am still receiving OTPs for my debit card payment on my old mobile number. I have registered a complaint 2 times but no use.
                            Please help me out with it as soon as possible as it has been a long time struggling.

                              What is this hell service of sbi.. Everytime there is a debit.. Why the hell service is i dnt understand... For withdraw 2000 they will deduct 33 rs same for 1000 rs also. Then balance enquiry also 12 rs... I dont know whether they r giving money to us free... Disgusting service of sbi.. I dont know why this typ of service is going on sbi atm service. Same like cheating on customer.

                              Make sure the refund has been credited to my account asap
                              Mere ac me se galati se payment cut gya he bank me application karne k bavjut payment jama na hi hua he bank me jate he to bolte he bank ki galti se kata he jama ho jayega application kardo app.ki lekin jama hua nahi he .
                              Date of order of product was 9 Feb 2018 and refund was processed on 21 Feb 2018 also reference number was generated which is 187619. Please pay attention to the issue and do make sure to credit it in my account.

                                I am a card holder of sbi. My credit card no. Is [protected] and the card saying is your sbi card ending no. Xxx8226 was decline for securty reason. Kindly activate my credit card urgently. I had transection of rs300 at freecharge whenever i tried to use my card the response code is 'your card is blocked for security reasons'.                                   I keep getting emails from state bank of india and citi bank stating my credit card is ready and i should submit the further details. They even provide a credit card number. I dont even hold account with them, neither have i applied for any credit cards. Yet it scares me, in the modern era where banking frauds are plenty as such... What this could be?

                                    Since 2-3 months i have been getting deuction in my balance as od pnl interest... What does it mean i didn`t know... A sudden increse of inspection rate had also hurted me... It should be 3000 and it deducted 8000 rupees... I am very unhappy about the service provided...

                                        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.590/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.
