श्री मान,
मैं RITURAJ PRABHAT जो आपके अधीनस्थ sbi मे account holder हू,
मैंने अपने mob. No [protected] में sms alert के लिए कई बार आवेदन किया था किन्तु अभितक कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई है! पहले तो accounts सम्बंधित sms आते थे पर अब कुछ महीनों से नहीं आ रहा है जिसकी वजह से मैं बहुत परेशान हू!
अतः श्री मान से निवेदन है कि मेरे number पर sms alert चालू किया जाए जिसके लिए मैं आपका आभार रहुंगा!

I submit the atm card form for duplicate on 9.3.2017 at railway colony branch bilaspur but till date i cant received card because form not processed .But forms entry is done in front of me by the bank dealer.So please check what is the falt and please solve my problem
