I called the toll free number of SBI customer care. I enquired about the debit card expiry. But he was talking very rudely and didn't give any proper information. I feel very angry and unsatisfied with their service. Worst customer care I have ever talked. I will not even give 0 rating. Atleast he must have given me suggested me to contact the branch directly. But his tone was like shouting at me and telling me as fool. I hate SBI now

    Sbi e. City branch bengaluru is one of d worst ever branch of sbi... There is no bank person whom customer could inquiry, r take assistance from... And today i had a worst experience with counter no 6 lady of that branch. She is pathetic... Though she is not yet done with the present customer transactions she is already calling d next token n making them wait in line... N saying that she can give only 10 mnts to one customer... On top she is complaining about one customer to another customer... Hope bank will take necessary action about such rude staffs...

        3 fd accounts of amnt rs. 25000/- each in the name of achu chena, mannem chena & nemman chena was openned during 1990's (Exact year not recollected by parents) by our parents (Sri. B. K. Chena and smti. Inchan chena). Matured amount is again deposited to continue with the same fd account. N now the amount is more than a lakh. Unfortunately the my parents lost the certificate issued by the bank and the bank manager is not willing to help us out in tracing the same. Very dissapointing...

            Today bank officials closed my savings bank account but I was surprised to see that they have charged Rs. 575/- for closing the account. My name is Mayur Raikundalia and my SB account number is [protected], I had applied for closing the account on 31/3/17 but they deliberately closed the account after 18 days so that they can levy the charges as per the new rules and policy coming into effect from new financial year. Secondly I met one more customer in the bank who had come to close her SB account but the concerned bank officer told him that the charges for closing the saving bank account is only Rs. 100/-. I don't understand how can the charges for closing the account vary from person to person and how can the charges be so exorbitant. I feel cheated by this blue colored soffisticated robbers who are unfairly looting us to cover up their losses arising out of bad loans abruptly given by them to defaulters who are hands in glove with them. Trust me friends I think nowadays banks are no more reliable and I feel unsafe in keeping my money in bank. I want to take strict legal action against them so I would request others who also feel cheated to come together and form an union and fight against them. Any lawyer who can help me out to recover my money can contact me on [protected].

                This complaint is regarding sbi rawat bhata branch manager mr. Jain, from march 31-2017 the bank printer is not working till now and the manager is not giving response, and says that when
                The printer will come after repairing you will get the statements.
                From the past one month we are going to the bank but still now
                The printer has not come sir such a reputed bank (Sbi) and such
                Iregularites happining in the bank sir kindly look towards the matter immediately as the manager does not behave properly with the coustmers.

                        I closed our savings account with one of the SBI branches in Chennai, the account of which my wife was holding for over 40 years individually and jointly for around 25 years.

                        To our shock, about 25% of the balance in the account was recovered as account closure charges.

                        On enquiry, I was told that they have done according to the latest service charges applicable with effect from 01/04 /2017. As a pensioner, this amount of recovery of around Rs. 576/-is really a very high and I request the bank people to reverse the same at the earliest.

                        It is like a daylight robbery that loss making banks try to squeeze the customer by way of service charges when crores of their money is locked up as NPA.The big industrial houses simply refuse to pay loan or even interest but pay donation to political parties and banks will be orally instructed not to take action to recover dues.This loss is made up by more and more service charges. The govt also turns a blind eye.
                        sbi have a hidden closing charge which they do not tell to there customer. if we know n ask at when our account is close at that time only they say that might be there is a charge on it. I request the sbi to revised it n tell all their manager to tell all the customers who want to close their account before.
                        maine meri putra vadhu and putra ka joint account is liye bandh kiya ki vaha service charge ke nam per lootam patti chalu ho gayi hai, aur yah lootam patti cloging ke time bhi hui S.B.I. ne account close ka bhi R/s 575/- kat liya lagta hai ki bank kangal ho gai hai tabhi es tarah ki loot kar rahi hai.
                        As per my knowledge and mentioned in schedule of charges of SBI bank, bank can charged closure of account, if account closed in 14 days of account opening. In short if your account is old more then 14 days bank can’t charges any amount for account closing.Please protest for these illegal charges.

                        Please ignore my post. SBI can recover charges for account closing.
                        SBI has to reverse the rules on account closing charges. Ridiculous to charge ₹575 + service charges and cess. They made loans to various businesses and industry who were their buddies without proper security. Now that those loans have gone bad instead of recovering it from corporate borrowers. They are being imposed on Savings Bank account holders which is immortal. I wonder why RBI is silent on this. They must be hand in glove with them.
                        Getting a legitimate loan have always been a huge problem To clients who have financial problem and need solution to it. The issue of credit and collateral are something that clients are always worried about when seeking a loan from a legitimate lender. But.. we have made that difference in the lending industry.                           I did an imps transaction on 17/4/17 10.30am.
                          The amount got deducted but i received a msg that transaction declined.
                          Message:
                          "Your fund transfer request for Rs. 6000.00 on 17-04-17 has been declined. Please refer to the beneficiary (IMPS Ref no.[protected]."
                          I m trying to raise a complaint since morning but i have been told that system data is not updated.
                          I have called 14 times since morning.
                          Is it the way to deal with customer?
                          I am not sure if this is its going to be, so i would be able to continue with sbi anymore.
                          Currently it was a small amount but if it was big amount then what would have happened, i have called customer care regurly but getting same answer.

                          Someone tried to access my sbi account and I got a message saying that the account was locked due to 3 incorrect password attempts.

                            I am 1st year FASHON DESIGNING student and my father is a simple country farmer and unable to pay my college fee. i applied for education loan last year in september. i contacted Mr PAWAN [field officer BRANCH:SBI BAGHRA], i submitted all required documents he was supposed to help me instead he's been putting me off ever since by making irrelevent excuses. me and my dad we have visited his office like a thousand times sometimes we get answers like "its a long term process it takes time" and sometimes he makes us wait for like 2 or more hours still never gave up on trying. Now that it has been more than 7 years and i am about to enter in my 2nd year he straight up told my father " unfortunately he can not pass our loan". Somehow my father managed to pay my first year's fee but now he is helpless { my father's income per year is somewhere around 2lakh and my college fees is 170000 excluding stationary and accommodation expenses. please help me out here . for further enquiry i'm leaving my email address here: [protected]@gmail.com

                              If feel it is unethical to levy account closing charges for a sb account which is more than 5 years old since opened. Today i had closed my sb account due to many fold increase of monthly average balance by the sbi bank. And bank did not send me sms nor email to inform that the above
                              Banks are doing this silently to prey as many customers to penalize
                              The bank deducted rs 500 from my balance after account closure as account closing charges. Which is unethical for 5 year old account
                              My account number ends with *617 and is at haliyal branch sbin0002594
                              Rbi has given too much power to banks to levy this kind of charges on to customer
                              I am also afraid if other banks follow this
                              When in future like this account maintaining becomes difficult how people will follow digital india
                              When all banks are computerized and work load on bank staff has come down drastically then why banks are sucking customers

                                Iam ajay. I have a account in state bank of hyderabad vittal nagar branch which is located in godavarikhani with the account number [protected]. Today i tried a imps payment worth 33, 920 rupees to my friend icici account. The money was deducted from my account. But the imps transaction is showing pending. The transaction reference no. Is imps[protected]mo[protected]Imps[protected]). I contacetd the customer care also. They were not responding to my issue. So please refund my money into my bank account. Otherwise transfer the money into my bank account.

                                  I, N.D.Sharma, retired from Government Boys Sr.Sec.School, Janakpuri, D Block, New Delhi in 1981. Since then I am drawing pension from SBI, Hari Nagar, Clock Tower Branch. Sir, I am unable to move as I am completely bed-ridden due to illness and therefore it is only then, when an officer from SBI visited my home to get the life certificate signed, I came to know that in my life certificate, the name of my spouse is written as Rukmani Devi but in actual it is Smt.Roop Kumari Sharma which can be confirmed from my all other records like Aadhaar Card, Bank KYC etc. where it is Roop Kumari Sharma. Unfortunately, I lost my personal copy of PPO Certificate bearing No.998. Now it has become quite impossible for me to locate whether this inadvertent mistake has been committed by the bank or the Pension deptt. I, therefore, kindly request you to rectify it if it is on the part of the Bank or the Pension deptt so that I could pursue my case with them.

                                    Actually today 17th April morning someone called my wife from mobile no [protected] and took some debit card details by saying he is calling from SBI headquarter and it is mandatory to update Aadhar Card details.

                                    Unfortunately he did 5 unauthorized transcations without any consent. All transactions are fraud.
                                    All transasctions happened from my wife Saving account[protected] CHINAR PARK, RAJARHAT Kolkata Branch) as fraud.

                                    Debit card has been blocked through customer care.
                                    please look into this matter urgently and refund the money, please refer first five transactions for today, below is screen shot

                                    I have written mail to report.[protected]@sbi.co.in but awaiting for their feedback.

                                        I have deposited idbi bank cheque no.208928 of amount rs.5000 on 10/04/17. It was cleared and debited from my account. But I saw that my representative is written wrong account no. [protected] instead of [protected].
                                        So I want recovery of my amount. Because this is a mistake from my side. But this is the mistake of state bank of India also. How they cleared the cheque without marching the beneficiary name and account number.
                                        So this is my kilns request from state bank of India to refund my amount asap.
