On 12/05/2017, i attempted to withdraw rs. 17000/- from my account through sbi atm sbi 1bj[protected], situated at seetam peta of rajahmahendravaram of east godavari district, but transaction failed, amount not generated but my balance shown as wihdrawn and debited rs. 17000/-from my account. My account no: [protected]. So far amount not remitted into my account.. My mail address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in, and mobile no. S [protected]. So kindly take action immediately

Updated by Aravapalli Ramu As soon as i posted a complaint in this site, i received a call from[protected] which is a toll free no of sbi and asked sweetly the details of complaint and also asked the debit card number which i used at atm and also asked the exp. Date and cvv no. And assured to credit the amount differed at atm. This is clearly cheating and asking otp for which they planned to withdraw the amount.. Cheaters are ready to avail the panic situation of the customers.. So dont reveal the details to the b# and rogues. Fradulent phones i received are [protected] and [protected]

Updated by Aravapalli Ramu I have posted a complaint against the atm withdrawl which was not dispensed cash but shown debited from my account for rs. 17000/-.in spite of taking action, the fausdsters used the given details and withdrawn rs. 10000/- from my sbi sb account [protected]on 17th may i. E., totday. The phone numbers i received are one exatly is number notified as toll free i. E.,[protected] and another one is [protected]. They withdrawn 10000 from my account and paid to ola cabs. Please do justice.

If your money debited so contact to merchant which merchant fraudster used to deduct money like Ola money paytm etc. Provide all the transaction details through mail on merchant support team and demand all the details regarding fraudster.

Thank u anguraj and one thing I tell u that as soon as i posted this complaint I received a call from sbi toll free number and asked my every detail to remit back the amount. but it is a fake call from the same toll free no. and i was deceived by them. what a panic situation?

Don't disclose the details like Card number, ATM Pin, OTP to anyone who called you through phone calls. Also complaint your concern through SBI ATM card customer care and find solutions.
