I have paid mahavitaran electricity bill payment of Rs 320.00 on 28.10.16 Through Atm visa debit card. the transaction id is[protected] mahavitaran is not reflecting the paid amount But my account has been debited the above amount 320 .l have received the massage from sbi and mahavitaran both.But mahavitaran has neither given me the receipt nor the payment is reflecting in the Mahavitaran. Sir, I am recharge my cell no [protected] but deducted 128 rupees in my account. Recharge amount not show in message and balance using state bank net banking but recharge not done. Kindly refund my money.

The new ATM cum debit card of Mumbai metro global card xxx7866newly issued on my name is partially wrong. the same is informed and blocked. However I request you to issue me a fresh one with correct name.

I am not liable to pay for the fault of your staff imprinting the wrong (old) name. please take note of it.
