Today, 27.12.17 went to sbi branch, galsi adb (Sbin0005704) at 11:00am to open a ppf accnt of my wife with all document of her. So took a form, getiing not understand clearly, asked about 4 staffs to help me fill out but they just pointed to one another. Help less, then i filled it myself only those field which i know. So now ques, after half an hour i got to counter no 7 and he showed me fill some more. So after filling again ques, again after some half an hour we reached to same counter. Now he transferred her to counter no 5. Again big ques. After one hour she reached to him, she submitted all the signed xerox copy of her along with a form, where nominee details were filled (Nominee was me) now again sent to cn 7. Same ques. So half hour more. She met, then again to cn 5, 2nd time. Same, big que, after waiting till 2:00pm in the que, its their lunch time. So again 30mnts. Appx 3 pm she met to cn 5. Now he sent her with a form to be filled and submit to cn 4 with money. Again que. After appx 30mnts reaching their he told her that the form is wrong, please fill another form. So out of que. Coming back to him after 30mnts of que filling the new form, he took the money and sent her to cn 7. Now it is about 4pm, big que, after requesting hard they provide her passbook with the accnt holder name, sk sainuddin, s/o sk badrudozza (Mithu), cif no-[protected], the fatal mistake was done by cn 5, i think. Now they took saving accnt no of her and opened the ppf accnt with same cif-[protected]. So on 4:20 again after reqesting hard, she managed to go to update the new book. But found money she deposited, was not sent to new ppf. Accnt. So they told her finally to come back again next day.
Now,
My accnt is already having problem for last 6 month they are unable to change my phn no. Submitted docs 4 time. There is also complaint to sbi, no is-[protected], called customer care, no is-[protected], went to atm to solve but all go in vein. Now they added new problem. They created ppf accnt with my cif no. Now how to remove god knows. We left branch at 4:30pm without eating, bathing, just staying in the que the whole day like many others.

As there are no staff to talk to us for assist as they are very busy,
I wrote this after really getting too much harassed and mistakes done by them and this this is not only happening me, if some one take customer feedback for this branch then only they know. I dont know about other branches though.
What i need-
1. Saving accnt along with ppf accnt of her need to be deactivated.
2. Today's deposited money to be returned.
3. Remove the ppf accnt of mine, which they have created wrongly.
4. My net banking no to be replaced.
If any one can help please, i am going visit the branch tomorrow again.
