State Bank Of India [SBI] — Stick of payment | |||||
Sir, i had done a transaction on 7-4-2017 regarding filling an online form. Transaction was done through union bank of india in which my account is there, transaction done through state bank of india gateway and transaction was sucessful also as payment was credited from my account but the payment was not made by sbi to the online form i was filling i. E jipmer form for mbbs. When i had opened my jipmer id it was showing payment was due i was thinking may be the transaction take time for processing but when continuosly i had checked my jipmer id for 5-7 days it was showing payment due then i complaint to my bank regarding this and had given a written letter regarding stuck of payment. As jipmer exam is done online limited seats are left in dehradun and also the last date for submission of form was coming so i had done payment from another account regarding the same. More than 30 days have been passed but still i had not received payment no help is done from both banks. I have a number that has shown in my passbook for sucessful transaction mopsothorcard/sbipg/[protected]. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I deposited Rs 19500/- in cdm machine but before transaction complete, it showed encounter hardware error. Now the money is not credited in my account...Please help me.
