Dear sir/madam,

I am a sbi credit card holder and today i requested for add on card. Today at 5.45pm i received a call [protected] from girl, she told me she is calling from customer care and she told my all details and after she offers a gift voucher on my add on card and she asking me otp and i told her otp for rs.4996/- then that amount deducted from my accounts. So i request you to please do not settle this transaction.
My credit card ending with 0445
Trn date 23/04/2017 time 17:35

Sir. I know the rate of interest in my personnel loan against my account no- [protected]
Immediately block card by sending email to [protected]@sbicard.com and calling customer care number mentioned in card back.

Immediately Dispute the transaction and request for reversal of amout by sending email to [protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com.

Ask sbi card about trasaction details like Merchant Name contact details etc and lodge complain with Merchant also.

Lodge FIR against [protected] at local police station atleast email to Cyber Crime Investigation Cell of maharashtra.

      Yesterday I have got my credit card and today I went to sbicard.com to register
      I entered my card number then CVV and than DOB as per my document and when I submit getting the same page to fill the same thing again
      and when I calling on IVR and enter my DOB it says not correct while I have given my correct so I am not able to register and create PIN also my card get locked so please resolve my problem I don't know what DOB you updated in your record so please help me as soon as possible.

          I have used the sbi card no [protected] for purchase in titan
          Industries ltd, (Tanishq), adajan, surat, gujarat but for rs. 11851 date
          20.12.2016 but transaction failed and amount deducted from my account no
          [protected]. I have complain and my complain no po[protected]. I have received massage on date08.02.201 that your transaction successful and hence the cms complain closed. But as per titan detail report of tid : t5970001 (Copy attached) payment not received.

          So please do need full for return of my amount. I submit herewith transaction failed document (1 no) and dispute form duly signed by me.

          But still i have not received back in my account

                  I need to talk to customer support.. Have been trying since a week.. But i was unable to do so since my date of birth in your records is incorrect and the ivr doesnt accept my correct date of birth.. Pls do something about it.. You can reach me at [protected]@gmail.com. You are making it very difficult for a customer to get in touch with you.. This is not the case with other banks.. Usually they set card details as verification to connect to an agent.. And then they verify our details to proceed further.. Sbi should do the same to make it easy for us and not to eat our time

                    Dear sir,
                    I am vishal gandhi, i was having a savings account in your tollygunge branch at kolkata. Just 3 days back i submitted an application to close my account. Next day i received a message that my account is deactivated and is close, and rs. 575/- was deducted from my account for closure of the account. So today i visited bank to talk to the service manager for this problem and she told that a new rule has applied for the closure. So i told her that you should have informed us before taking the application that if you close the account a closure fee will be apply. She told that you should have ask first if their are any charges or not. As we earlier know that there were no charges for the closure so i told her that you should have print the thing and put at the notice board so customers would be able know whats going on. So i went to the branch manager mr. Tridib mukherjee to talk about the matter but he was so rude that i was not able to clear my doubts. As i started my conversation he was like i am not god that i will know whats happening and all. So i told you should have put a letter on the notice board so everyone should come to know. Then he was like ki you should have asked first ki if there are any charges for the closure or not, i will not go to each and every one and say ki whats happening or not. So i told ki i am not telling you to go to each and everyone, i was asking you to put on the notice board.. Den he fired up and started talking non sense ki i am not the branch manager because of your money and you are at branch manager room so talk according to that. Pointing finger and behaviour of the person was very wrong and very disappointing.
                    As a customer of the bank, i have the full right to know about the details.
                    I will ask the concern to look into the matter very carefully and take the necessary step.

                      I am nitin dahiphale, regular customer of your bank. Today, 21/04/2017, i visited to your kamothe branch. I simply asked to mr brijmohan kashyap that i want to complain about poor service of the branch therfore i wanted name of respective authority where i can complain. To my surprise he answered me "main kyun batau" (Why should i tell).
                      So i visited to the manager of the branch, she assured me that she will see the matter and i am sure that she will not take any action, as she was taking it so lightly.
                      I hope your bank might have some guidelines related to how to talk to customer.
                      Kindly take necessary action against this rude behavior.

                        If someone is depositing amount in any account why they are charging from their account also in which the money is deposited.
                        This is not the good way of banking.
                        Plz i want my 25 rupees back in my account of which my friend has transferred the amount of 3500, they have charge 25 rupees for that from my account.

                            I tried to pay a sum of 2999 rupees online to an educational institute on 3/4/17 amount is deducted from my account and not deposited to institute. I lodged a complaint in sbi, they closed it without solving the problem, the branch manager also I contacted, he told that he cannot solve the problem, where is the money and why such things are happening is not known. I want my money at the earliest back, please help.

                            I TK ghosh SBI credit card holder.The statement of 24 March was Rs 9217. I was paid the amount through SBI debit card on 11th April.In 13 the April the same amount was deducted from my account through auto debit process.It is for your information.
                            SIR/MAM, Please change my mobile number because I lost my mobile some where my old number [protected] n my new number [protected] thank you
                            I have recharged my Tata sky on 12th April 2017 with rs 500 two times but only balance deduction of 1000rupees takes place and recharge was unsuccessful. Please refund my balance of 1000 rupee.

                              In last week when i check balance in my account it shows 7000/- Rs. but when i try to withdraw money, it shows error for account Balance is on Hold.

                              It happens 3 times in this week. I have to take leave from office for resolved this issue in this week for 3 time. I really disappointed for this facility from bank to customer.br...

                                Amazon had initiated a refund on 30th March, and provided me a reference number 240337 but the money is not debited in my account. I am unable to reach your customer service through phone also.

                                    My name is surya prakash having sbi account number: [protected]), i am son of late s. V. A raju having sbi account number:[protected]).
                                    I have an education load with your branch which was availed during my[protected].

                                    My dad expired on 10 sept 2012, at that time he had 35, 000 amount in his account.
                                    After his expiry i arrived to branch on 10 oct 2012 to close my loan account by transferring his amount and paying the rest of amount.
                                    However me and my mom were humiliated by asking multiple documents at that time like pension documents, id card documents, legal heir documents etc.
                                    That behavior brought me in pain and i never went to branch again.
                                    Also i want to understand when a pensioner has opened his account why my mom or me is not the beneficiary?

                                    Recently i got a call from sattenapalli sbi deputy manager (Naga malleswari) at 19:24 hours informing that the loan account has become “npa”.
                                    In that conversion her tone was again harassing and humiliating.
                                    I gave her an option to settle the loan amount by paying in emi, however she was aggressive and didn’t agreed to my opinion.
                                    Few of her statements during the conversation are “you are causing shame to your dad”, ”you don’t deserve to be his son” etc.

                                    Now i came to know that sbi sattenapalli has kept lien on my mom’s account ([protected]) with an amount of 1 lakh.
                                    And she (Sattenapalli sbi deputy manager naga malleswari) want me to meet her apologies her even with or without paying the loan amount.

                                    Hence i want to escalate this issue about the inconvenient harassing and humiliating behavior caused by the branch and its deputy manager.
                                    Also i would request you to be provided with an option to pay the loan after debiting the amount from my father’s account.
                                    Also kindly don’t consider the interest accumulated from 2012 till now as i was trying to pay the amount at that time itself and the bank didn’t co-operate.

                                    If i am not getting a proper response, then i would bring this point into social media by tagging all of the responsible government authorities.

                                      Sir/Madam.
                                      We have an account with state bank of india s 4 branches of jamshedpur.We are satisfied with all branch services but sakchi branch is pathetic.
                                      Its been 2 months we are chasing them to activate saral for our account but they are unable to.While have ant account with main branch bistupur got it very same day for other account.They are not trained & have very casual attitude.Branch manager says its ok if you want to close account this is her statement.They are unable to activate saral so i complained after 2 months of waiting because we complained they are more rude & want us to close account.Heights o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from a bank like state bank of india.
                                      Kindly look into this matter we really need to activate saral for our corporate account.
