[Resolved]  Stayclassy.in — iphone 5s phone cover return and refund required

Order# - 1286654

I had ordered 4, iphone 5s covers for rs.596/- on 27th feb 2019. Received the same on 11th mar 2019. When i received the product itself, the covers were bent and it is not possible to fit in the phone. Also i am not satisfied with the quality of the product.

Now i want to request a return and refund for the product. I called up the customer care number [protected] and i am told that i cannot return the product since it crossed 7 days after delivery. I am not aware of the number of days restriction as it is not mentioned anywhere in the return and refund policy page in the website.

Can you please let me know how to initiate the return and refund policy.

Updated by aneejam I am attaching gif file to see the issue. Phone is not fitting in the cover.
Also the color on the corners of 1 case is blurred.

Updated by aneejam I had sent the mail with the issues for all the 4 covers as you had asked for the same on Friday. After which i did not get any reply. Can you respond to the mail?

I ordered back cover, i recieved yesterday it late than Delievery time, but this is not my Complaint, my complaint is cover is bigger in size than the phone size this cover is useless for plz tell me what i can do now, contact me please[protected].

If there is any fitting problem, then please provide your order id and video evidence of fitting problem with your mobile phone.
I have ordered 2 Poco f1 back covers my order I'd is :- 1416207 the amount has been deducted from my account can i know the status of my order because when i tried to reach you customer care it's busy every time could you tell me when can i expect my order drop a mail to me...

I had ordered one iphone 5s case cover on 16 march 2019. I received on 26 march 2019. The product i got was bend over and was not fixed to my iphone. There were no grip at all.Worst buying. please assist me to replace .

If there is any bending issue, then please provide your order id and picture of both the side of received case.
My order number is #1379632. It has a cover for honor 9 lite and a cover for honor 8x.I am not able to track my order. I shows that the order ID and email does not match. Kindly solve this problem and deliver as soon as possible.
