I placed order of two covers and paid money via mobikwik on 17 november 2018.. Its been 7 days and i don't have any info about them and their site is not showing any tracking details of my order. When i am submitting my email id and order no. It is showing order id and email does not match... I have order mobile cover for my samsung m31 .but not getting any response mail that order is been successfully or not able to track my order using mobile number and orderid, it show order not available.
