I recently a placed a order of a back cover and pop holder, amounts 269/-... I made my paymnt through upi then i got the payment successful email from razor pay... But till not i do not get the order id/order confirmation email from the site. Really pathetic service... I tried contacting customer care but no response... They just cheated there customer

Order total =199/- Rs.
Payment method = debit card

I ordered 1 case and after successfully payment they showed on website as payment failed. But money is debited from my bank account.

Please solve issue.

please dont post such sensitive details on this website ...i lost 4000 rupees through a fraud call ...claiming that he is from customer complaints, n will initiate a refund as my stayclassy product is out of stock ...plz be aware . be safe ... delete this post asap

my payment was done and i didnot get any information of my product.

my order was showing failed and payment was done.
