I ordered mi max2 mobile phone back cover on 16 April 2019 and I pay amount through Mobiwik wallet and I still not received any order confirmation details from you. And payment reference ID number is[protected]. Your executive says that we are not receiving any amount from Mobiwik. At 3.30 pm one of your customer care executive calling me and asking my bank details and my ATM card details. Please confirm my order status Was this information helpful? | |||

I had ordered a mobile cover for model Samsung Galaxy A7 2018, order no.-1390450. The only notification I got was on 23rd March 2019 which said that the order had been placed and would be delivered in 5-9 days. After that I have not received any notification from you guys. I hope to get my order asap or the refund. Thank you.
