The product I ordered was different from what I received and when i asked about it they didn’t give any proper response and blocked me in the handle too. I need a refund immediately. I have attached the image of the product and the actual product I received.

I opted to exchange a product and by mistake I have given the wrong address. What should I do now?

I've ordered 3 sandals from SSS on November.I was not available during the delivery so the product was not delivered. I contacted SSS many times and they told me that refund will be done in few days but It's been many weeks there is no sign of refund.I request you to kindly take action against this and please make arrangements to return my money.

the products are horrible like no words to describe, cheap, roadside market even sell better products than them.

the Co ord set i received looks such low quality.

They don't have refund policy which they hid amazingly through manipulation of words on web.

they don't even give you chance to even replace and try another product.

All you can do is exchange ### product in different size.

apart from this, their website don't mention any description for any product like what material or fit they used to make these products. they don't use real picture for product, they use some image from different brands and make copy of it and sell it.

they CUSTOMER SUPPORT give template replies on every damn query you raise
their calling representative are always busy, never answer or return the call.
Emails they don't answer.

As a buyer, i am being cheated with false advertisement and CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THE web is loaded with bad reviews and worst service ever.

now its not about some 2000 rupees but about stopping the cheating and looting.

I recently purchased an item worth INR 1099 (vide Order No 7254499).

Background :- When I received the order it was not upto good quality and was not fitable to my feet . But since it can only be replaced and not refunded as per the policy, I raised an query and tried calling customer care multiple times but even after my multiple attempts my query was not answered and customer car did'nt picked up the call. Last time when i ordered in December, i faced an issue with boots that time customer care answered immediately and customer executive suggested to me that I shall raise the replacement of the order with a bigger size and I did the same and for which credit was being issued on my wallet. I thought team is very supportive and SSS is good company serving there customers so well. So just to utilize my credit of 599 I ordered 1099 products but this time nobody helped me and answered my call so I did same procedure which was suggested by customer executive.

When I received the replaced item, it was too big and not fitable to my length. I raised query not to send that size as its too big and I have done that because of my issue but nobody answered and sent me big size. When I again discussed the matter, and started chasing on Insta, they replied in 3-4 days answered that too being rude that you ordered bigger size . Again back to back I called and suddenly my call got connected to customer care, the Customer executive cut the call with rude behaviour and no satisfactory response was provided. Furthermore, while chatting on Instagram the customer executive mentioned that there is no second exchange policy. However, it can easily be seen on the website that a second exchange policy is available on a charge of INR 200. (Screenshots are attached). It seems that executives are not clear with the policy being followed within the organization. Further I was blocked from Instagram as well.

My money is debited from my bank account but my order is not placed and does not reflect on the company website,
I am not happy with such service and hence I want my money back.

Its almost 6-7 days i didn't receive my order but my money of rupee's 5000 is already deducted and Please deliver my order or else update any message regarding my order.please

I ordered from Sss on 20 november now it is 30 i haven't recieved the order i have tracked the order it is showing that RTO have been applied i am very disappointed with sss.its have been three four times I have raised the query in your site and you claimed your coustomer care will get back to you within 24-48 hours i haven't recieved any clarification even after the 48 hours

I exchanged a product last year for which I got a voucher worth 802 in SSS but it's showing that the voucher has been disabled though the validity is till March 2023. Please check it.

I want to return the pair of boots as the size doesn't fit and the product quality doesn't match my expectations. The packaging was horrible and crushed. Furthermore, the delivery takes weeks and is absolutely unacceptable. I'm willing to return it for money to be credited to my source account/a credit for the store itself.

I have ordered a pair of boots on 21st November for Rs. 999 which I had to return (returned on 12th Dec) because of size issue for which I got a voucher as they do not have refund policy but now when I'm trying to redeem my voucher it's not working and I'm not able to process the order.
I'm trying to get customer support but there is no response for any of my complaint tickets. As they have clearly mentioned on their website that the response time is 24-48 Hours but it's been more than a week that I'm trying to contact them on all platforms possible (like Instagram page, mail, call) from 19 January.

I have placed an order and returned it also due to size issue but now when I am trying to place another order with the voucher received I can use only 10% of my own money? How come this is fare
I am obliged to spend so much to use my own voucher completely????

I order 1 jumpsuit from street style store on 6/1/23 charged me 649 rupees…i make payment from gpay…money has been deducted from my account but my order didn’t placed yet…even my complaint isn’t uploading on their site

I had placed an order on 12.12.2022. The order is yet to be delivered. It's taking way too much time. I'm frustrated with the service. Moreover, the app doesn't show any order details. The money for the order is already paid.
