I’ve lodged many complaints regarding this issue. The order was placed on 6th of October and i still haven’t received it after over 2 months. Every time i contact them i get the same reply in between the lines of ‘we will deliver your order in 10 days’.

    Order no # 6884371. I placed my order around a month ago and there is no movement in my order. I've been Continuously contacting you but no human reply from you guys, NONE. I want my order to be shipped and delivered by next week or I am gonna take it legal to you guys. I don't want automated replies from you guys.

      I placed an order on the month November.. Order number 7001694.. And i got the products on December. They delivered the wrong itens.. All three of them.. Spon after that i tried to connect with them through phone for straight 3 days and finally they picked up and they arranged the exchange because there was nothing return policy. Scam no: 1.. Again they delivered the wrong item and now they aren't even picking up the calls.. Its been 2 weeks im trying to reach them through different numbers.. They just wont pick up.. Ita a huge scam. Company i believe now.. Making money by cheating people. I wouldn't suggest anyone to use this website infact should sue them for cheating people. Tried to mail them too.. But its showing that. Mail doesnt exist. Scam no: 2.. I need either my refund or the right product. And please stop scamming people and making money by cheating them..

        I needed my order to be delivered by 14th December to wear it on birthday but it's been so many days and still order is not even in shipment process. I need it fast and I am getting no response.

          I'm complaining about it because its beyond the limit . It's been Two month today ! I have ordered pair of boots for winter and how funny winters are ending in a month and it was pre paid order ! And not dilverd yet after 2 months I'm complaining about it ! I want my pair of boots !

              Hi as I have place the ordered in the wrong location and currently no one is residing there.
              So it will be helpful you have the option to change the address . And I have raised many tickets in your site but no one have replied. Kindly do the needful asap...

                  I ordered boots worth rs 799 around 9:45 today from Punjab, my money was deducted from the account but didn't receive any order confirmation mail ord sms, even order placed isn't reflecting in my account.

                    I order from them in the month of September and it was a pre paid order it’s been 2 months already and I still didn’t recieve my order, also the customer care never responded in the course of these two months despite me calling them 1000 of times

                          Hi I'm sneha, I wanted to change my address. I ordered some stuff from street style store but now I want to update my address as my order is not yet dispatched i tried to send them email but i got a message that "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces".

                            Why is the store's email ID not mentioned anywhere? I've been searching for it to mail them about my issue. Since i couldn't get the email ID, i was left with the only option that is to complain here.

                                My order 6899073 was ordered on Nov 2nd 2022, yet the order has not been discharged even after 21 days which is the max time according to their website..The order status was not even updated, except for the automated replies to query their customer care hasn't yet contacted me, even though i requested that about 6 times !!! This is ridiculous there's no cancel option too for me to get my money back!

                                    I have placed an order on November 3, 2022, order no. 6905881. When I click on track order it still says product not dispatch whereas the Dispatch date shows 22 November 2022. I am not getting any mail for the ticket that is created for my issue. No contacts have been made for the order. The customer support number says it's always busy. This behaviour is not acceptable. I will be forced to take legal actions if I don't get a response within 24 hours.
