I opted to exchange a product and by mistake I have given the wrong address. What should I do now?...

I've ordered 3 sandals from SSS on November.I was not available during the delivery so the product was not delivered. I contacted SSS many times and they told me that refund will be done in few days but It's been many weeks there is no sign of refund.I request you to kindly take action against this and please make arrangements to return my money....

the products are horrible like no words to describe, cheap, roadside market even sell better products than them.

the Co ord set i received looks such low quality.

They don't have refund policy which they hid amazingly through manipulation of words on web.

they don't even give you chance...
