Hi,
I ordered two items order number #7461726 from sss one month back. I ordered it in maximum size. Somehow the size was small and it was not fitting me properly. I raised consumer forum complaint and they asked me to return product and they will initiate credit note for that.

I have followed up almost 100 times via call and query. They dont respond to anything. I feel they robbed me and they are wasting my time and effort since 4 weeks. I am frustrated and depressed by calling and reaching out to consumer forum. They are not reliable. I want fine of 10 lakhs for all the effort and time I wasted. I want to sue SSS because their consumer support i pathetic.

    Hi I have ordered 3 dresses for my college fest almost before. The dispatch date was 20/04/23 at first. Then when 20th April arrived, it changed to 01/05/23, and now again after 5 days today it's showing 05/05/23. Like what's wrong with y'all. We place orders before events to wear it on the event just by seeing the last date of delivery than is shown. Why are you doing stuffs like this. Please deliver my order as soon as possible. My order number is 7491390 .

      Hi my order id is-7482459
      It’s been 21 days since I have ordered my product and it’s still not delivered on time. As sss store says your parcel will get delivered to you in 3-21 days but they aren’t upto their words.
      I have tried messaging them they are just saying they will get back to you but there is no response. They are just rescheduling the dates of the product.

        I have ordered a dress from This website but my payment deducted order not placed so I applied for refund I got message that we will refund the amount share bank details or transaction id so I have shared it many times but no action taken its been more than 2-3 weeks but no response tried to connect with customer care but no positive response fade up of this I need my refund of 899/- Rs ASAP.

          I ordered 3 products from SSS online and prepaid whole amount. Now when it was delivered, I found even the XS which I ordered was large enough for me and their products do not have size smaller than XS. Hence I tried returning the clothes but there WAS NO OPTION TO RETURN. ONLY EXCHANGE OPTION WAS THERE. THIS IS SO PATHETIC. AND I tried using exchange option once now. And still they delivered again said cannot be refunded. I HAVE NOT EVEN USED ANY CLOTHES THEY ARE PACKED LIKE THAT AND THEN IT'S PREPAID . SO PATHETIC THAT YOU GUYS ARE NOT EVEN REFUNDING MY MONEY WHICH I PREPAID FOR YOUR ORDER. I WANT MY REFUND ASAP. I'LL USE NEGATIVE WORD OF MOUTH FOR SURE FOR ALL MY RELATED PEOPLE WHO USE YOUR APP AND ORDER IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED.

            I’ve tried ordering two pair of heels and combo set of shirt and pant . I have done the payment and money has been deducted from my account as well but no order id has been created neither any orders can be seen in my profile. I have raised a query as well yet no action has been taken yet. Please look into my matter.

                I orderd form street style store and my payment was deducted but my order was not made I successfully done with payment from phone pay and when I backed to site my orders were still in the cart and saying proceed to payment but i already made payment and my payment was deducted but in the order's category my order was not showing

                  I ordered footwears from this site and made payment through gpay. Order was not created and the tickets i am raising on the issue are showing closed. I have sent them the screenshot of payment made. Customer Care is not there.

                    I ordered the largest size on 24th March 2023, 3:51pm but it still doesn't fit me
                    It's small for me
                    I can't even exchange because there is no bigger size available
                    Also the stitching is unflattering
                    I've tried contacting them in every way possible but have got no response as such
                    I want to return the product and get possible refund even a gift voucher in the website will work but please do as soon as possible

I have ordered a golden texture detailed flats on 13th of March, 2023 and i have paid rs 499/- by Google pay on same day i.e 13th of March, 2023, but i haven't received my order yet. I called them many times but neither they receive my call nor they call me back. This is not the right behaviour of their side as I am waiting for my product. Please help me out of this matter

                                  I feel like a fool to have ordered from this site after reading reviews about products not been delivered or delayed delivery...
