I'm unable to see/view Cancel option in "My order" section. Please cancel my order for me. I wanted to order only 6 items and in my cart there were 11 items. I want cancel and reorder again but that's not possible as not able to see the option.

Hi,
I bought couple of footwear from your site however the size of the shoes was big for me ( did not match the standard shoes size) & one pair was defective . The items have been picked up from me however, I do not see a coupon for the same nor have the shoes been exchanged & sent back . Have called your customer care number a zillion times but can never connect.

I recently returned one of my purchase because of the bad size fit and courier boy received it from my end on the very next day, one the same day I received voucher on the site of 599 rupees, I thought o[censored]sing it for the new purchase but have'nt been able to do so, I have tried like 100 times to place order but I can't.

I initiated a return request for my product 2 days before the last date of return and exchange. however, there wasn't any confirmation given about the return therefore a tried to request again. then it displayed that the exchange has already been started and if any messages aren't received, it will be received soon. then the last date is over and now it shows that the return window is closed. I tried to mail them 3 times but the mail isn't delivered showing that the mail is not found. I tried reaching them through their customer care number multiple times but they never attended the call. they are giving the worst service.

I had purchased the product with order# 7424214 & 7433251 on 24.03.2023 and 25.03.2023 .

I have made payment twice due to technical fault and twice the amt deducted for amt 1797/- Rps With transaction id[protected]
[protected].

Also i have contacted the ICICI Bank and they have also confirmed via MAIL that, amt has been debited twice from my A/c and credited to their A/c which is also lying with ICICI Bank dtd 24.03.2023 and 25.03.2023.

And same also i have informed to SSS via mail, and their website but they are not responding to any of my calls, mails etc.

i have requested many times and have been following up with them since MARCH 2023. but till date- no response i have received.

As the days are passing by the dispatch date is getting delayed for every day.i no more need this order but the cancellation option is not available either
Also the order says that the shipping status has not been assigned which clearly means that the order isn't shipped yet therefore according to their policy I still need to have to option for cancellation
Anyways I no more need this order because I tried to contact them every way possible and the customer service says always busy please cancel my order and refund the amount of 799 back to my account as soon as possible

Its very frustrating now my ORDER # 7645156 was placed on 18/05/2023 00:23 and now its 28 june more than one month they didn't give my exchange order and took the payment from my side its a fraud company and i want my money back as soon as possible.

I ordered my product on 12th June'23. It was showing to be dispatched on 1st July, but now it is showing 8th July. I need my product by 5th July. Since it takes 3-21 days to dispatch and ship I ordered early. But now the dates are exceeding. Please help in some way so that I can get my product by 5th July.
