I have ordered a dress form the online website of street style store at www.streetstylestore.com on 9th of september 2017 and it's been a month since the order is placed and i can't track the order details, i've mailed and contacted them many a times through their customer support but no response yet, they've provided tracking no. On the website but we can't find any data on it. So help me with that order details as i want it very urgent. The order id is #1772583.

Updated by Ruz Beh Yes we have received a call from the name of the Street style store saying the product can't be delivered and we are refunding your money back so for the sake of it. They asked our Card details and took the amount of ₹734/- from the card. So kindly please resolve this or else I'll lodge a complaint in Police.

I have placed the order on 26th of september and haven't received my order yet. This is night irresponsible of y'all and very disappointed. It's over 21 days and i need the order urgently. The site should be banned coz not meeting the wants and needs of a customer. If this would have been the case i wouldn't have order at the first place. The delivery days are given 3-21 days it has past the deadline if you do not do something about it a grievous action would be taken against the website

My order number #1825850 which i placed on the 9th october worth 1888 is still not dispatched even though its been showing "priority dispatch" the past 10 days. You people don't even have a customer care number to contact you on. Also, i've sent you four mails and i haven't got a reply to a single one of them. Please update me on my order. If you can't deliver it please refund my money. Its basic courtesy to update the customer on the status of their order.

My order #1794624 ref no.- wxymyatqe has not been shipped yet and my delivery was due on 10/10/2017. They also split my order and then canceled it. I don’t know what type of site is it. They are not even replying to my queries. It’s a prepaid order i can’t even cancle the order. And they are not even giving me any answer. I want my money back. And i don’t want any shoes. I had made advance payment for this product in above reference number and attached above are the details, but did not receive the product nor the refund money. No one is responding to my query since long as to when was the payment done.
I have checked my account and no payment is done. This looks like a fraud activity from this website as they have not given any refund details. Please can i get a revert on this on asap basis or i would like to file a complaint against them.

This is to inform you that we don't have a refund policy and it is clearly mentioned on our website - this is the response i am receiving from streetstylestore.

They are not giving me the product and now they refused to give the refund also. This is so shameful. They are not ready to accept there mistake. I am not afraid to file a suit against them for fraud. This is not about money, this is about trust on online websites. If i will not get a refund i will directly reach out to consumer forum of india.

Updated by ssingh43 I have not received the product and after so much discussion the fraud website streetstylestore is saying that they don't have refund policy. They don't have the product also and they have taken my money also. I have received emails regarding refund so don't you dare to tell me about the damn policy. I don't care about your # policy. I want my refund asap or get ready to face the consequences. Also if your # senses are working fine than check screenshots. I already mentioned the amount (â¹480) to be refunded. Don't tell me that you have already given the credit note. I am not begging here that's my money which i want back and do hell with you policy.

I placed an order on the site 20 days back. I paid the amount of rs 2203 in advance. However, the order status has not changed since the first day and still says 'payment accepted'. It has been 20 days and today was the expected delivery date but they haven't shipped or even prepared the order yet. They do not have a contact no. I can contact them on. Firstly it's very unprofessional to switch off the customer care no.
I sent my item to streetstylestore for an exchange its been more than 3 weeks the item is still in your warehouse and it's not yet delivered to me. if you don't want to send please refund RS 499 back to me or else I have no other option but to complain about your site

Till today i have not received the products. When i check in the website i see only the order number. No tracking number. There is no phone number as well.

The order was placed on 28th july, 2017, vide ref. No. 1683361. It is been almost 3 months and there is no update on delivery. Every time i raise a query, they give a standard reply saying the concern has been forwarded to the department and it is worth waiting. There is no contact number where we can call and take the update. Almost rs.2000/- is stuck in this order with no update. They are not even bothered to revert back later on the status through email.

Earlier i had a placed an order and they did not deliver the item for 2 months and then credited the amount back into my streetstylestore account. I had no option but to order again another product to use the money lying in that account.

I have not got delievry for my order no 1827018 & 1820985. And it is being shown that it has been delievered and i dint get any call regarding that. This is highly irresponsible attitude towards the customers. Please do refund my money or deliver my order at the earliest. Or else i will sue your online shopping.
