It's been a month and till now i haven't receive my parcel. U even extended your time duration and still u don't bother to inform me once. N neither did u care to reply on your fb page, insta or your sss support system. And why do you guys send fake mails that my order will be shipped in 24hrs it's packed and all.
Stop buzzing off

You guys really need to buckle up and i[censored] can't den please shut down your store if it cannot cater the demands of customers.

My order id is 1803934. I need it on urgent basis before 24th oct as i have my sister's engagement to attend.
Do send my parcel else initiate my refund.

Updated by Ruz Beh Yes we have received a call from the name of the Street style store saying the product can't be delivered and we are refunding your money back so for the sake of it. They asked our Card details and took the amount of â‚¹734/- from the card. So kindly please resolve this or else I'll lodge a complaint in Police.

I have placed the order on 26th of september and haven't received my order yet. This is night irresponsible of y'all and very disappointed. It's over 21 days and i need the order urgently. The site should be banned coz not meeting the wants and needs of a customer. If this would have been the case i wouldn't have order at the first place. The delivery days are given 3-21 days it has past the deadline if you do not do something about it a grievous action would be taken against the website

My order number #1825850 which i placed on the 9th october worth 1888 is still not dispatched even though its been showing "priority dispatch" the past 10 days. You people don't even have a customer care number to contact you on. Also, i've sent you four mails and i haven't got a reply to a single one of them. Please update me on my order. They are not giving me the product and now they refused to give the refund also. This is so shameful. They are not ready to accept there mistake. They don't have the product also and they have taken my money also. I have received emails regarding refund so don't you dare to tell me about the damn policy. I don't care about your # policy. I want my refund asap or get ready to face the consequences. Also if your # senses are working fine than check screenshots. I already mentioned the amount (âÂ‚¹480) to be refunded. Don't tell me that you have already given the credit note. I am not begging here that's my money which i want back and do hell with you policy.

The order was placed on 28th july, 2017, vide ref. No. 1683361. It is been almost 3 months and there is no update on delivery. Every time i raise a query, they give a standard reply saying the concern has been forwarded to the department and it is worth waiting. There is no contact number where we can call and take the update. Almost rs.2000/- is stuck in this order with no update. They are not even bothered to revert back later on the status through email.

Earlier i had a placed an order and they did not deliver the item for 2 months and then credited the amount back into my streetstylestore account. I had no option but to order again another product to use the money lying in that account.
