I tried calling in the given contact number but nobody picks up the call. It is very important for me to receive the order before 31st october 2017. I want to change the size i have xl size and i want l size but they are not giving than size in option. There are only 2 sizes xl and xs. I want only l size. I dialed their contact no. money deducted from my debit but order not placed and not provided with order details

I placed an order for model show sneakers white in the size 38 and made the payment using my debit card.
However, the payment was successful and an amount of rs. 624 was deducted but the order did not get placed. The pair of sneakers was still showing in my cart. I did not get any confirmation email nor any order id details are provided to me.

Have raised ticket on the app - but no response. There is no number available to talk to company executive. Very poor services and seems like they do not want to return money. No one from the company approached to confirm the money would be refunded....

delayed delivery issue

I have placed two orders on 10th and 16th of october and haven't received them. Hence i reordered both the orders on 21st of october and no updates on the order delivery yet. The tracking status is always 'preparation in progress '. I want the delivery to be quick. Its been high time now. After 1 week or so i won't be needing the products even if i get them. Someone respond quickly to this issue....
