I have ordered the shoes on 06/10/17. And it is shipped from your site on 26/10/17 today is 03/11/17 around 1 month i have placed the order. And the order has not been deliverd yet. So its a request that please reply to my text and place my order to my home as soon as possible or else i need to make a refund from you. I have payed the transiction amount thorugh a debit card. And its a request from you to resolve my problem as soon as possible. I have sent them 3 emails and they are not respoding to it not even for a single time. The delivery date that was given was 27/10/17 and today the date is 03/11/17 i was waiting for order till today because i got the text of shipment only on26/10/2017 but my order hasn't delivered till yet. And their is no contact no. On that side we can only contact them through emails and they don't even respond it. So if possible tell them to give me a exact date of delivery or else i will opt. For refund option because i dont have any other option than that. I have attached the photos too.. One is shoes and one is boots

    Hello team,

    I have been an avid e shopper with streetstylestore for some time now.

    However, i have had some recent disappointment through your customer service/ support team, two orders:
    Order ref #1804383 for inr 994 and #1804385 for inr 994 dated[protected] both pre-paid, have not been delivered and even after numerous attempts through your support email and other channels have not yielded any results.

    Request you to resolve the same through a refund as the excitement and keenness to get the product has completely died down.

      I am posting this complaint after close to two months of follow ups with sss..
      This came as a shocker to me cause i have been a regular customer for over 2 years now, and yet you would do such a thing..

      It all started in september when i decided to buy 4 pairs of shoes on sss, and placed a prepaid order..
      It is now november, and despite multiple follow ups, i have no information about the first order (2 pairs), whereas the second order (Other 2 pairs) was wrongly sent as cash on delivery, and despite multiple emails with screenshots attached proving the payment is complete, no attempt was made by sss to rectify the error..

      Initially, i atleast got an email response assuring me the issue is being looked into, and now, all i get are delivery failure notifications..

      I have even tried to reach out to all the phone numbers mentioned on google, including rimjin deka's (Ceo) mobile number.. Either they are not reachable, or noone answers..

      It is indeed very wrong to treat a regular customer who has been frequently purchasing shoes in this manner..
      Please provide a refund, or deliver the shoes within the next week

        I had done order a few days ago streetstylestore order reference no. 1864655 and paytm cc avenue order #[protected] and cc avenue order no. Is [protected]-5126521 is unsuccessfully and i did it from paytm but you cut off my money from my paytm wallet and after some day order canceled now i want my money. And your customer service too poor no one pickup the call then why are give the number of customer care number when dint pickup and seriously i had many orders from your website on cpd mode but this is my first online payment but you guys are disappointing me

          I ordered a pair of boots on 25th october 2017 and when it got delivered i was'nt happy with the product as it does not fit me properly. I know there is no money refund policy in your company. But can it be possible to exchange them with another boots of the same price. So that atleast my money does not get wasted. I ordered those to wear on my birthday and i was really excited. I have already raised a query more than once but still received no reply to them. Atleast reply something as it is really urgent and important.

            Dear sir / madam

            Re : order reference no.#1695543

            I have purchased clothes through street style stores website.
            Please find attached image for the product on site at the time of purchase and images for the actual product received. You can see that product on site at the time of purchase and the product which i have received is much different in colour, quality, shape and appearance. When i have refer the website i found products are of very good quality and reasonable price, but regret to say my first purchase experience was too bad.

            For 2nd image, please see both as the image as per your site was too fresh and feel good quality, but the product received material was too cheap and dull.

            I have ordered on 3rd august, 2017 and they shipment scheduled within 21 days. But regret the order shipment delayed and even split in 2 parts and i have received 1 item out of 3 on 22nd august. For my balance 2 items i have followed them and finally i got pending 2 items on 9th september, 2017. The first complaint that their shipment time was not as agreed at the time of purchase. Secondly i have received both the items of very bad and cheap quality. So i have sent complaints many times for the exchange but every time i have just received auto reply for revert back but in actual no response. But i have still sent various complaints and finally on 27th october they revert back that "i understand that you eager to get your money back after noticing a flaw in material of the product. But we regret to say that our company doesn’t have refund policy. The best we can do for you is we can issue you a credit slip/note of that particular amount which you can utilize in your next purchase." according to their mail i have tried to return back both the items but it shows exchange can be only possible within days from date of shipment. If i did not get any reply from the company, how can i return the same within 15 days??

            Its not only question of money back, but if we trust such website and choose for purchase then they should be reliable and give us good service and product which actually we seen on their website. They even do not have courtesy to make a call and help to return the same. I want indian consumer complaints forum to look into the matter and help to banned such shopping websites.

            Kindly look into the matter and i trust forum will help to take strong actions against such fraud shopping online companies.

              I had booked a pair of flats in this online shopping store. I received but they are not my size and i replace another size. After that they are not responding to phone calls and emails also. I had called them so many times but they are not responding to my calls and messages too. I had paid the money 1100 to them but up to now i didn't receive any parcel from them. Is this the way they treat the customer. Please tell refund my money or give me the exchange product ill go to court if you didn't send me the parcel.

                I had ordered 3 dresses from streetstylestore. However the sizes were not in order, which was my misjudgment, and i ordered an exchange. I have not yet received my product that i had sent out for exchange. I received no notification about the pick up for the exchange. Nor has the company contacted me again despite my repeated attempts to contact them. Also, there is no phone number provided to talk to some executive at the store. It has been a real displeasure to have ordered from this store, which was my first time. I am definitely discrediting this store. I'll not recommend anybody to order anything from here. Pathetic. Really.

                              These people don't have a customer support number, they do not answer calls or respond to the mails. The deliver fake products and do not bother solving the issue once they get the money!
                              I have ordered online on 20th October 2017. Still I have not received any dispatch mail of my product nor about the delivery of the product. I have mailed them so many times but it seems they are not interested to reply on my mail. My order number is DFMEUMMER

                                  I had ordered 3 pairs of sandals from which 1 of the sandal size didn't fitted properly. So i exchanged the product as ordered 38 size i need 40 size even the executive from your end picked up the product from my residence.

                                  But i not yet received my product and even i have raised the complaint on your website no revert from your end. Its very unprofessional.

                                  Kindly help me with the product.

                                    Hi, i placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes on the 18th of september (Order id : 1792014). It has been a month and a half now, however my order hasn't been delivered till date. Even after writing innumerable emails and posting queries on the website, there has been no sign of the said products. I have tried calling up on the customer care number +[protected] but there has been no answer.

                                    I am extremely disappointed with the service and hence would like a refund of the entire amount paid.

                                      So i have been a regular customer of streetstylestore for the longest time now and to be honest i haven't been disappointed with their products (Shoes mostly) yet and considering the fact that i know delivery takes atleast a month, i have always been okay with that too.
                                      However, this time when i purchased a few clothes my experience turned into a nightmare. Firstly, the clothes that i received are quite substandard. I have received a white dress which is made out of the same material that road side rs. 100 cotton petticoats are made out of. It is a total shock, because there seems to be no quality analysis that is being done at their end. The pictures are heavily misleading. When i wanted to return the items, i saw that wasn't allowed. Which technically means that they expect us to pay for substandard items and its almost like they are forcing it on me. I have written to them and have received a complaint no (183854) but no follow up mail has come from their end. Their landline no. Is a joke, because they never receive calls. Its been a while and i am stuck with these items. I don't know if they will even reply/return/exchange my items ever.
                                      They have now not only lost a loyal customer but i will ensure that i spread the word about their terrible service. Extremely disappointed. I will also take all necessary steps on social media/legally to ensure that they are sued for their conduct.

                                      Please check the link before you post a response. The link redirects me to your delivery policies (screenshot attached) which clearly states that I can only exchange my item with another SIZE of the same product. I DO NOT want those hideous substandard products AT ALL, and there is no way to exchange it with any other item (screenshot attached).

                                      If it is not possible to exchange that item with another product then I am okay with a credit note. Also, next time please check the case no. (which I have mentioned in my first post) before responding and it would be better if you can directly respond to your customers without having to use a consumer complaints forum. Is this the only way to contact SSS, then it is ridiculous.

                                      I have asked for a refund of 3 items (guest house getaway, flirty proclivity and stay sweet stripeline) in total amounting Rs1997, I hope to see the credit note at the earliest.

                                        I have returned 2 items from this order and STILL not received my credit. I need someone to contact me at the earliest as this is ridiculous customer service.
                                        I am supposed to receive a credit of 499+499 Rupees and no body seems to answer the phone or care about the customers. No point of posting tickets as no one even responds.
