Its yet not delivered.
I have complained a number of times at its official site, but it seems that they don't care about the complaints of its customers.
I need to know the delivery status of my order
and also the expected date of delivery.

    This store seems to be a scam. I placed an order of one pair shoe almost couple of months back. They not just ignored my messages and esquires but also have switched of one mobile number that i had the access of. The number is - [protected].

    This store is a scam in the day light i would like people to be aware of these guys. They might deliver sometimes but that's only an eye wash, majorly to keep from being referred as a scam. This is an engineered con site. Please be aware. I lost my money so might you.

      My order-hqbnvwgjo. Its been days together i've no idea about my order. I tried contacting the customer, but they only have mail option and still there's no reply from the company. What kind of online shopping company is this!?? No sense of responsibility absolutely and they dont support the customers in any manner. Such a fake company i've never come across. I tried cancelling my order, but i can't seem to do that either. I'm moving out in two days time from the specified shipping address as i'm getting married, hence please cancel my order!!! Or get it delivered within two days. I needed this for my wedding collection and this company was a total disappointment!! Please revert back!!! Don't continue being that irresponsible company!!!

But still i didn't receive my order. Didn't even got a response after making multiple queries and emails. You (Sss) people are disgusting... Either deliver my order or else refund my money.

          On date 20/09/2016 as i was placing my order on street style store my net connection suddenly went off where the amount was already deducted but when i check on my street style store account the order was not there and so on the same day i placed two more orders and was placed successfully and i got those two orders too but the one failed order was not been monitored or did they gave me any information about it so i called my bank several times but they were also unable to satisfy my complain and also i wrote email to street style store regarding the issue but got no reply which got me really disappointed. Here is a screen shot of my message where it shows 3 payments made on 20/09/2016 as a prove and there are only two orders displayed on my street style store order list i. E made on 20/09/2016. So please check and resolve my issue asap.

            I placed an order on 25th sept. 2017 and made an online payment of rs. 1998/- for 3 products. My expected delivery date was 6th oct. 2017 and today is 14th oct. And i haven't heard anything from them. Funny thins is they do not have any customer service phone numbers and can only raise a query by sending them an email which i did multiple times and have got not even a single response from them. It's funny that they have crossed their delivery date but haven't bothered to update me about the order. The order reference number is amxoupnrj and the order number is 1785226.

            I recieved a revert on an email on 14th apologising and ensuring that the product would be delivered on priority and it is 21st today and I haven't heard a single thing form you guys yet. I'm seriously done now. If you can't deliver the product then refund my money. I have no patience to wait for you guys any longer. Is this a joke that you don't driver product for over a month and that too in Delhi?
            I posted a complain on 14th and today is 21st and I still have no update on my ordered items. It has been over a month that the order was placed and the payment was done. I just want to know as to when would I get my product if not then please credit my money back.

              Hello,

              This is regarding non delivery of goods that i had ordered on 4th september 2017. I have already paid for the order and yet have not received any parcel neither there is any communication regarding time and status.

              This is very irresponsible behavior against prepaid orders as my colleagues have ordered post my order and selected as cod have received the order. This is so unacceptable that a prepaid order is not been attended and nor any communication.

              I would like to take my money back or send me the order. Neither of that is done i will fine a case in consumer forum as inspite of raising multiple tickets neither support team responds nor there is update in delivery status.

              I got a call from Mr. Rahul Kumar Sharma. He mentioned he is calling from SSS and asked me to share card details so that my amount would be refunded and also my order will be cancelled. I shared card details so 2 times he deducted amount from my card Rs.1049 and Rs.865 on basis that this is to verify genuine card. Later he mentioned that transaction could be completed as there is some system error.

              Later he went to ask other bank's card details so that the amount could be transferred to it. I did not gave him further details as found it phishy.

              But now Rs.1049 was already stuck in SSS against my order and now after this call Rs.1049 and Rs.865 so in total Rs.2963 is been deducted from my card. Can anybody help to know the genuineness of this call.

              On that I got a mail from Mr. Navdeep Singh that my oder will be delivered.

                My order # is 1813671!!! I placed an order for buy 2 shoes @ 999 on 1st of oct it’s been 15 days till today i have not received any update on same, neither am able to track and also no one answers the call on customer care number.. What bloody job r u guys doing is it just to fake ppl n make money or to deliver the service.. If you # in can’t give the delivery better refund my money..                             Today i have received 2 shoes out of 5 shoes i have ordered.. This will be a big issue if you don't improve your service because i got my order after i have submitted a complaint and that too i received only 2 shoes.. If your site is to play around with the customer than you better close down because this is really disappointing. You better fix it fast because it's gonna be 1 month after i placed the order

I have received shoes whose id is 1789891 and still 3 shoes yet to receive whose id is 1789881 and i have ordered all this shoes at one time.                               I placed an order on 1 june, 2017 but received it after one month. The quality of the shoes was really bad not worth spending the money i had to. The size did not fit me so i initiated return request which again took many days to process. So i kept waiting and waiting for long 3 months when one day i receive a call from one courier guy saying whether i still have to replace. I said yes that's what i was waiting for. So i kept calling him for 2 weeks and he finally showed up so i returned the product. Now on 26th september i received a mail saying, "we have received the product you have returned back in our warehouse, we will now proceed as per the request you made at the time of initiating exchange". And guess what i am still waiting. Have raised complaints after that several times but not a single effort from your side. Such a shame first time in my life i have to go through this. All thanks to your poor services.

                                    I have place my order on 19th sep, i have even paid my money online, delivery was to be expected on 10th october, i have not recieved a single call/mail or any kind of communication from your team in regards to the delivery. This is highly unprofessional and pathetic service by sss, if i don't get any communication from sss in next 2 days i will take a legal action against sss stating you guys are just sitting here to rob people money. I need a damn call back on priority.
