My order id no. Is 1833209, placed on 13/10/2017. Both my shoes have been delivered to me but in my order details, its not updated to delivered. There is no option of exchanging. So now whn i need to exchange one of the product (Knowing the world heels) with a smaller size, coz the size is too big for me, i cldn't do it. I hav received it 5days back, thn y it is not updated yet. How would i wear such a big size. I have already lodged a complaint in sss website but no respond at all.. Pls do help me with the problem, i'l never ever order from sss again if exchanging is that difficult. Solve this as soon as possible.

When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 2- 4 working days.
Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.
