I have order 2 shoes in combo. But i have get only one that's was also wrong have i have order pink and nevy blue sneakers and i have got black sneakers. I want to return contact as soon as possible. You are satisfying the customer... I have order first time in first time you are unable to satisfies custimer need. I want myy shoes which i have order as soon as possible.

    This is to bring into your notice that i, sagarika das have been trying to contact street style store regarding delivery of the exchanged item but couldnt connect with them. I had placed a return request on 26th oct 2017 and handed over my package on 27th oct 2017 but it has been 10 days i have not received and information regarding my package sent nor have received the exchanged material (Pink sneaker shoes). Please look into the matter or pay back the required amount.

      I ordered a pant and those pants are very transparent. Can you please change at least the colour of my pants so that i can wear it? The pants which i have ordered is see through and i can't wear those and go out anywhere. The policy which you have is very bad. You should have mentioned in the description that those pants are transparent. Orelse i wouldn't have ordered it itself.

        Hi, this is me again.
        I am really pissed off with you guys. If this is your service then i surely won’t recommend anyone to buy anything from sss. It’s just pathetic. My order 1794624, order reference wxymyatqe, placed on 19/09/2017 which was split has not been shipped yet. It’s been more than 1 month now. You said you have marked it as a priority but i don’t think you guys know the meaning of priority.
        If you don’t have the shoes then simply return my money. Becoz now this is too much. I won’t accept this now. Or ship my shoes right away.

              Invoice no. - 1792397
              Order - kpteydleh placed on 9th october 2017. Its been a month since i have placed the order but its not yet delivered. The payment is already done and it was supposed to get delivered by 31.10.17. The service is pathetic. No proper tracking option is available and no proper status of the order is given by them. I have called numerous time no one picks the call. I have mailed them but it does not get delivered. Completely no response from their side. I either want my money back or the product delivered as soon aspossible. I request you to please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

              As per your mail and availability of products, we have split your order. The order #1827516 having the product "Take your kick Platform Heels" is shipped from our end on 7th of November. You will receive the products within next 3-5 days.

              Regarding the product "Simple Aesthetic heels Black" in the order #1880808, Clearly, we have upset you, and I want you to know that getting to the bottom of this is just as important to me as it is to you.

              Please accept my apology for the time involved and unsatisfactory experience with one of the executives.

              I am escalating the issue to the higher authorities and the executive responsible for such behaviour shall be taken to the task.

                  I placed my order on 29th september, worth rs 1154, and i have not got any confirmation or assurance about when it'll be delivered.

                  I have written to them several times asking about this, and have got no reply from anybody. There is no contact number provided either for me to call.

                    I ordered shoes from sss which was one size bigger to me so i applied for exchange. Shadowfax company guy came and took my shoes for exchange but now i'm not getting any reply neither from shadowfax, nor from sss. It's showing no exchange applied. How much time will it take? I have already paid the amount of my shoes. I want an immediate reply from sss. Or i want my cash back!

                      My order id is: 1829812
                      I ordered an item "cozy meets chic flat" footwear. However, it does not fit me properly. The shoe size is correct but the ankle strap is not. It is way loose and the only thing that can hold my foot is that ankle strap but unfortunately it is not correct as per my foot size. My foot keeps on slipping through it.
                      And i am unable to find any source through which i could contact them and inform them about the issue i'm facing.
                      Sss please fix the item. I had to place an exchange for this item so that you can provide me another piece which fits perfectly. Else the product is a complete waste for me and i'm never buying anything else from your website nor am i gonna refer to anyone.

                          I received my order on 30 october 2017 since then i’m trying to place a replacement or exchange but in ‘my account’ section it shows that the product is still under process and there is no replacement option. I tried contacting sss through mails since then but haven’t received a single response from their side. The product i received are in such bad condition with horrible finishing and feels like its from a really old stock. It doesn’t even match with the description provided. I would like to exchange the product with some better produch of similar cost. Or else i’m never going to buy from sss in future ever again.

                                I have ordered the shoes on 06/10/17. And it is shipped from your site on 26/10/17 today is 03/11/17 around 1 month i have placed the order. And the order has not been deliverd yet. So its a request that please reply to my text and place my order to my home as soon as possible or else i need to make a refund from you. I have payed the transiction amount thorugh a debit card. And its a request from you to resolve my problem as soon as possible. I have sent them 3 emails and they are not respoding to it not even for a single time. The delivery date that was given was 27/10/17 and today the date is 03/11/17 i was waiting for order till today because i got the text of shipment only on26/10/2017 but my order hasn't delivered till yet. And their is no contact no. On that side we can only contact them through emails and they don't even respond it. So if possible tell them to give me a exact date of delivery or else i will opt.                                   However, i have had some recent disappointment through your customer service/ support team, two orders:

                                  Request you to resolve the same through a refund as the excitement and keenness to get the product has completely died down.

                                    I am posting this complaint after close to two months of follow ups with sss..
                                    This came as a shocker to me cause i have been a regular customer for over 2 years now, and yet you would do such a thing..

                                    It all started in september when i decided to buy 4 pairs of shoes on sss, and placed a prepaid order..
                                    It is now november, and despite multiple follow ups, i have no information about the first order (2 pairs), whereas the second order (Other 2 pairs) was wrongly sent as cash on delivery, and despite multiple emails with screenshots attached proving the payment is complete, no attempt was made by sss to rectify the error..

                                    Initially, i atleast got an email response assuring me the issue is being looked into, and now, all i get are delivery failure notifications..

                                    I have even tried to reach out to all the phone numbers mentioned on google, including rimjin deka's (Ceo) mobile number.. Either they are not reachable, or noone answers..

                                    It is indeed very wrong to treat a regular customer who has been frequently purchasing shoes in this manner..
                                    Please provide a refund, or deliver the shoes within the next week

                                      I had done order a few days ago streetstylestore order reference no. 1864655 and paytm cc avenue order #[protected] and cc avenue order no. Is [protected]-5126521 is unsuccessfully and i did it from paytm but you cut off my money from my paytm wallet and after some day order canceled now i want my money. And your customer service too poor no one pickup the call then why are give the number of customer care number when dint pickup and seriously i had many orders from your website on cpd mode but this is my first online payment but you guys are disappointing me

                                        I ordered a pair of boots on 25th october 2017 and when it got delivered i was'nt happy with the product as it does not fit me properly. I know there is no money refund policy in your company. But can it be possible to exchange them with another boots of the same price. So that atleast my money does not get wasted. I ordered those to wear on my birthday and i was really excited. I have already raised a query more than once but still received no reply to them. Atleast reply something as it is really urgent and important.
