I have ordered a dress form the online website of street style store at www.streetstylestore.com on 9th of september 2017 and it's been a month since the order is placed and i can't track the order details, i've mailed and contacted them many a times through their customer support but no response yet, they've provided tracking no. On the website but we can't find any data on it. So help me with that order details as i want it very urgent....

Can u please tell me wen am going to get the product..It's been so long since I have exchanged the size 42 to 39 of my flats .I didn't get any response from your side... its SSS flats order no: 1830459. .Status is showing as priority dispatch .But there is no exact information .Am waiting for the product .Please convey it soon .....

I have placed the order on 26th of september and haven't received my order yet. This is night irresponsible of y'all and very disappointed. It's over 21 days and i need the order urgently. The site should be banned coz not meeting the wants and needs of a customer. If this would have been the case i wouldn't have order at the first place. My order number #1825850 which i placed on the 9th october worth 1888 is still not dispatched even though its been showing "priority dispatch" the past 10 days. I ordered 2 shoes on 27/09/2017 and the order is prepaid from mobikwik wallet.
It's been over 21 days and it's still showing "payment accepted" and the product is not delivered. I like the products and that is why ordered again from this site but this is ridiculous.
I would like you to kindly reply urgently and tell me when would the product be actually delivered.

I had ordered for 2 pair of shoes from sss on 15th september 3017 its been more then a month

I did complain and they changed the delivery status to priority dispatch its been for then a week for this status and till now i have received my order or any intimation when is my order going to dispatch
Also i require a customer care no to contact sss

My order #1794624 ref no.- wxymyatqe has not been shipped yet and my delivery was due on 10/10/2017. They also split my order and then canceled it. I don’t know what type of site is it. They are not even replying to my queries. It’s a prepaid order i can’t even cancle the order. And they are not even giving me any answer. I want my money back. And i don’t want any shoes. Just return my money now....

I have ordered 2 pair of shoes with order number 1800730. Its been over 25 days that i havent recieved my order. Plus i cannot track the order or contact sss for details of my order. I have already paid for the order. Please send the order asap or return my money. If i dont get a response in the next 5 days im going to have to report this as a spam to police....

This is to inform you that we don't have a refund policy and it is clearly mentioned on our website - this is the response i am receiving from streetstylestore.

They are not giving me the product and now they refused to give the refund also. This is so shameful. They are not ready to accept there mistake. I am not afraid to file a suit against them for fraud. This is not about money, this is about trust on online websites....

My order has been placed any it has been paid it is 1month and my order has not yet benn delivered.. My order no is 1793702. I ordered two pairs of shoes from streetstylestore on 23rd sep, 2017 and made the payment immediately. It has been 23 days now and i have no clue where my order is if it has been dispatched or not as this company does not have proper order tracking system. I tried to contact on customer care for so many times but nobody responded. My order refrence number is #1801630. Please try to resolve my complaint as soon as possible....

I had ordered 3 pair of shoes for rs.999...i paid rs.1189 including shipping...i recieved the order but i gave it for replacement of a smaller size.since 1 month i havnt recieved my replaced product...either give my money back or send me the replacement...highly disappointed...no customer care service...disgusting...

Hi have ordered 2 pairs of shoes @ 999/- offer. On 25th september'17.in total i have paid 944. I was supposed to receive the product within 21 days, maximum. Till today i have not received the products. When i check in the website i see only the order number. No tracking number. There is no phone number as well.

Either return my money or send me my ordered products....

The order was placed on 28th july, 2017, vide ref. No. 1683361. It is been almost 3 months and there is no update on delivery. Every time i raise a query, they give a standard reply saying the concern has been forwarded to the department and it is worth waiting. There is no contact number where we can call and take the update. Almost rs.2000/- is stuck in this order with no update. They are not even bothered to revert back later on the status...

I have not got delievry for my order no 1827018 & 1820985. And it is being shown that it has been delievered and i dint get any call regarding that. This is highly irresponsible attitude towards the customers. Please do refund my money or deliver my order at the earliest. Or else i will sue your online shopping. Get it resolved at the earliest without any fail....
