I placed an order today and paid through cc avenue amount of rs.1049 through debit card. The amount got deducted from the bank account but the products are still in the cart.

The order placed was for 3 flats:

Buckle accent flat sandals size 36
Coffee with the beauty size 36
The flower girl size 40

Please resolve this issue either provide the refund or place the order for this properly.

I'd like to know what's the status of my orders #1709307 and #1791538?

It's been over 4 months since i placed an order and haven't received it yet. One of the two orders is a prepaid order which means the money has been charged but the product is still not delivered. It feels like a fraudulent company that's taking money from customers and not returning.

I have ordered 4 shoes on 28th sep 2017. Its been more than 20 days and i haven't received my order yet. It is so disgusting and irritating for me waiting so long even though the order was prepaid.
I can only see the following statements "order accepted and"order split" from last 1 month?
And i am being raising so many tickets from last 5 days. No one is responding this issue. Is this the way you treat to your customers though the order was prepaid.
If you are not able to deliver the product, at least refund the money.

I didn't receive my product of id number #1748424 it's been 3 months. Actually it was a gift for my sister from my first salary. This is really too much guys. If you didn't have enough stock you should have informed prior not after payment. Please deliver the product or just give back the money.

Hi, pooja sharma here. Order number 1833982. There are 3 tops in my order. 2 of them are good and i got the one product wrong. I hv ordered marsala black open shoulder top and got black cutout cold shoulder top. I was searching it on streetstylestore website bt couldn't get it. There is a marsala open shoulder top and is available on maroon colour only so if there is no black colour then i am ok with maroon. So please collect this black cutout cold shoulder top. I had ordered 2 pairs of heels from sss online and i had done online payment itself about more than 1 month ago i. E. Sept 21, 2017

There service is really very bad. I had mailed them many times but there is no response from there side, infact i had called on there toll free number and complaint number but no one ever receives my call.
I want my rupees refund
This is a worst experience from this site. I will not recommend anyone to go onto this site.

I have ordered products - pack of 3 tops from the store a month back, later i received a mail, to reorder for delivery.
Then after that 2 days, i got call from delivery company that due to some reason the package was not delivered, but will be delivered in a day or two.
Its been 2 weeks after that call, i haven't received any parcel yet.
I again ordered fro delivery and it was a pre-paid order.

I have place order on 21st september 2017, its more then a month now and i have mail them regarding the product delaying there was no updates on the product status nor they have taken any initiative to reply my mail.
If they are taking so much time to delivery products they should mention stating it will take more then months (Not 3-21days) for delivery so the customers don’t wait like stupid for their products to delivery. And its not worth wait!!

I purchased a pair of shoe on the 21st september. It was supposed to be delivered by the 12th october and since then it’s been more than a month, they don’t respond to my calls and mails.
I have sent them number of mails but unresponsive. Major problem is i had paid it online.
Please look into the matter on urgent basis. Online payment was made.

It has been over 27 days now and I haven't received any notification regarding shipment or delivery.

I am not getting any response on customer care numbers.
Disappointed.

I received my last order after complaining soo much time and that too i got worst quality products.. I m waiting for this one from past 1 week. You should have understand your costumers' situation. Its your duty to provide them there order on time.. First your service is worst, i get none of order on time.. Second, the quality of the products are also not satisfactory.

I am not satisfied at all. I want money back.

In my account order history am not able to see my order details. So returned option is not thr.

Because of above mentioned problem i am not able to return that product.

Product quality is worst. Very disappointed.

I talked with customer care they said drop mail. We will refund you.
