I haven't received any product yet. I purchased 8 items. I have to leave for an urgent meeting to mumbai too. There is no valid contact no. Of this website. And customer care mail ids dont even reply. If i didnt receive my orders, i have to take a strict action against them...!...

I still didn't got my order. You people should understand the situations of your costumers. I have ordered these to wear in some important function, that is why i ordered it soo early. Its been more than a month now. This is soo irresponsible of you. It was my biggest mistake to relay on you guys. I could have purchased it from another site. I have ordered 3 slippers in street style store on october 3rd.. I have done the payment and my order is been placed.. But after that i didn't receive any updates about my order.. I have submitted query many times. But no one is responding me.. I need to talk to the customer care regarding it.. And i called the number provided in this website but they didn't pickup...

Its more than one month i did not receive my proudct whats your delivery procedure if your are not able to deliver the product then why you run this website listen if i didnot receive my product i will make a complaint in consumer court as they misguide their costumers...

Money was added and then paid from mobikwik acc but order was not placed. It shows “no orders” in my orders and if i try to replace the order, first it says that this form is unsafe and then if i still try to re-order it redirects me saying “cart cannot be loaded or the order has already been placed from this cart”. I miss krishna, ordered two shoes for 999 nd paid the money through debit card and i havent received any mail regarding order conformation nor the status. Nd u guys are not even answering the customer care calls. I donno how u do ur bussiness but i was a regular customer to this website and now too many complaints to this website! This is not professional.. Making the customers wait for months after we pay the money. Pls let me know my order...

I have placed and order no :pxjvthjky order reference #1824290 dated 10/8/2018... The shipping address i choose was something else and when after placing the order i check my shipping address was something else... My order is placed today... Plz change my shipping address to the 1 i have selected while placing the order...
Problem is in short i have selected some other shipping address and when i have seen order status then it is showing...

On 28 th september 2017 i had returned my products for the exchange of size and its been 10 days i have not received my products yet...
And it was written that the priducts would be returned within three to five working days.
I need my products as soon as possible or i want my money back which i had paid at d first delivery of products before i returned for the exchange.
Please help me out for my problem....

They are saying refund done but no refund details given as to when or which account have they given the refund.

They are not even reverting now after raising a query also. I want a reply on this asap as its been too long now...

My order no. Is 1784522. I ordered my a pair of boots on 15th of september 2017 and still i haven't received my order. I paid the amount online through ccavenue method. This is the worst website. Never ever pay online through this. They don't answer your calls and emails. I tried calling them whole day but they are not responding. Neither they are answering on mails....

Order no. 1786543 i have order this on 9sep.. Nd didn't received it yet, it's high time now i m waiting for it, nd i m not able to recognize what's the problem behind it, i have ordered 2 footwears.. Payment is also done by debit card... It's been very long now i m waiting... Kindly resolve this as faster as possible... And i required them at this time... So kindly help me with this!!...

Na ssa ko taraf se koi response mil raha h reference id order above mention hai.. Ye samjh nai aata customer ko pareshaan kyu kar rahe ho ya amount return karo ya product deliver karo.. Response ni. Karne per consumer form complaint ki jaayegi

I had ordered 2 shoes and it's been more than 21 days i hadn't received my order. I love the products but don't like the service. I order something for some occasion but it never comes on time so there is no sense of receiving after soo long... I just want to know am i going to get my order or not?
Please let me know soo according to that i will order next time...

I had placed an order for my white shoes size 39 on 07/0717 via reference number 1771718 and then i received my order but due to size issue i returned it and put request for size exchange and still i have not received my replacement order. Its about 2.5 months delay.
Nobody is picking the phone or many many times i put queries but nobody is replying the answer......

Its been more than a week since my footwear has been picked up for exchange but there is no status on the delivery. and also there is no reply on the customer service number. i hope this complain makes some difference in the service that youll provide. extremly poor delivery service and no gaurantee on the date/status for it ....
