Hi i ordered clothes for my friend in chandigarh mistakenly later i reordered in amritsar address.

Now i applied for cancellation chandigarh order but there is no response from sss.
Order for amritsar no update till and delivery hasn't been done till date.

It's been 2 weeks no update and it is really a pathetic service and really not sure is this a genuine or fraud company.

It is my humble request that please return my money as soon as possible.

IT'S A BIG FRAUD INSTEAD OF REFUND THEY HAVE ROBBED AMOUNT OF 13000 IN 3 DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS. WE HAVE A CASE ON THEM IN LOCAL POLICE STATION AND WE WILL SURELY CATCH THE PERSON AND PUNISH THEM ACCORDINGLY.

    I have received a phone call from the customer care telling that the stock is not available. But when i order the heels it had shown me that those heels are in stock.

        I hav ordered two shoes and hav alredy done the payment bt there is no response on order status. This kind of behaviour is so unproffesional. I[censored] gays keep doing this then no body will buy anything from your store and sevre action will be taken against u guys because what u gays are doing is a fraud. I will file a complaint against this company if they dont refund my money or deliver my shoes within 2 days.

I have not even received a tracking number. I am also not receiving any response by the customer care. I would like you to deliver the product within a week or refund the entire amount.

Please note that your replacement order will be shipped only after the products that need to be exchanged are received in our warehouse.                 I placed an order on sss on 9th september till now and forget delivery, i have not even received tracking number. Nobody is even replying on their instagram, i even posted a complaint on sss website, no response again. On facebook, again, there is no response.                     I miss. Asmita bhattacharjee ordered a pair of shoe from the online shopping site streetstylestore on 09.10.2017. They were suppose to deliver the order within 3 to 21days but till today i havn't recieved any delivery. The payment was accepted via online payment method.
                    The order id 1773025 and size 38 with toal amount of rs 634.
                    Even after several emails no information or guest tracking was provided. Please take step against this otherwise we will be bound to take legal steps against this.

                          This is the most horrible website i have come accross. They have no business ethics.                           I want to return one of the product bought from sss..but they are not replying to my emails n phone is constantly going busy..
                          They have given me the wrong size and they're not changing my order status from "wrong address" although I have received the order and PAID for it. Now I can't get the itrm replaced because it is of wrong size and the material is also very cheap.
                          Worst return policy...sorry no return policy at all...the product I ordered doesn't look like the picture at all ...n now they don't have any return policy, i can only exchange the product for diff size. Which I think is not fare at all as a customer, I m paying the money n not getting the product I want, i now feel product is forced on me, even if I don't like it.
                          I knew about the money refund policy is not there, but I thought there will be a point system, n I will get points in my acc n I could buy another product with that. But it doesn't seem like that now. The experience is really pathetic with this site. If you say you are a small company n you don't have funding from big players, so that is why you can't return money back, but atleast give ppl chance to choose another product if they don't like what they got. As you care so much about ur money n effort being wasted please learn to understand value of other ppl's money. We also don't get funding from big players, we also earn it.

                            I had ordered a product from sss on september, 3.. I don't know what has happened to my order, can anyone explain what's happening? The delivery executive called me and when i received the call, he just disconnected.. After that i have called the delivery executive nearly 20 to 30 times but he is not receiving the call.
                            Is this the service which you provide.. After waiting for one month for the product to be delivered then you people do this to us. Just deliver my product..

                                Streetstylestore has been cheating me from last one year, they have my amount but no products delivered. Nobody replies to the mails, they have deleted all their email ids, so basically we cannot contact them other than their website's contacting form, which is useless, as i have not received any reply. I am giving my email id only on your website because if phone numbers are given, we receive calls from some fraud people which only ask for bank detais and want to do transaction from those details, they take these numbers from your website.
                                This was my earlier complain copied and pasted, i forwarded details on email id given by sss on consumercomplaints.in, but there is no contact on my phone number. And no resolution of the issue.

                                  Before it was showing 28 sep is expected date of delivery.
                                  I have not received this yet kindly let me know when i will be getting it. Now it just showing dispatch priority.

                                  I am a regular customer and i would not want this experience to leave a bad taste in my mouth.

                                    My order no. Is #3241. I have received defected products. This is high level of cheating with the customers. Very low quality products. I am not able to reach out to any customer care. I have tried to send mail to the mailid i have got order confirmation but it is not working. I am not able to login to the portal also with my login credentials. Kindly help me return this products and i want a refund. Kindly prioritize this complain and respond asap.

                                      I had ordered wedges (Purly perky wedges) [earlier on 17th the price was 699 it changed to 899 on 18th and shifted to boots section]
                                      The issue is it got cancelled twice without notifying me and the reason was courier not available for cod
                                      I've ordered for the 3rd time along with another pair of boots plzz i need those desperately

                                        I need the shoes by 14th October plzz look into tha matter since there is a function in our college
                                        I had order 5 shoes but only one shoe has been delivered yet.Its been one month I haven't received any messages or emails yet!! I've already paid for the shoes and there's no way I can talk to the customer service!!!
