    I have placed an order for three tops on 14/09/2017 worth rs.1154.
    I have done the payment through mobikwik wallet.
    My order number is ddjsbwbvv.
    Its been 21 days. Still i have not got any tracking number or any update from sss. I have raised 3 tickets regarding that but they have not responded on that as well.

    I have exhausted lots of time in this unnecessary follow up. If sss does not respond now, then i will be forced to take some strict actions against it.

      After a fight of 4 months I got the credit note. As I did not had any option I purchased a product from this useless website again(Order ID[protected].These shameless people accepted the payment and the status of the product has not changed to even confirmation of order. When I tried to raise this issue through website it says the estimated delivery time is 12-October. How it will get delivered if it has not shipped also. I ordered the product on 21/9/201, 14 days have been passed and there is no update. I am getting intuition that again I will have to fight with these shameless people for the refund. Either you deliver the product before 12-october or refund my money on the same day.

      I cannot see any movement in the status of the product. As the delivery date is 12-October and it's already 10-October I don't thik that you will be able to deliver the product on time. It's better you refund my money.

        I placed an order with streetstylestore.com (Order: svkowynhc) placed on 07/23/2017 23:29:11. It has been over two months and i have not received the order. The only communication i received from them was in form of an email which provided me incorrect tracking details.

        Later when i asked them for proper tracking details, this is what i recived as reply :
        //as per our records your order has been shipped from our end. You might have also received the order. We hope you have liked our products.

        Your feed back is most welcome.//

        Its been a horrible experience also because they dont respond to their helplines.
        I want to cancel my order and want my money back.

          I placed 4 orders with streetstylestore on the 14th of september, paid by card already. I still haven't received my orders. This is very disappointing as i have been waiting for my order for so long. Your customer care is a joke. No one answers the customer care number and i sent repeated emails and never got a reply back. I have bought stuff from you in the past that i had delivered to me within a week. But this appalling.
          How can you run a business while you're slacking so much?

          I'll be sure to warn others against ordering from this store if this is the kind of service that you provide. I am actually worried about my hard-earned money spent as well.

          This is no way to treat customers. Either you refund my amount or have it delivered to me with due updates. Please fix your website as well if your products are out of stock.

          I hope i hear from your executives soon. If not so then you've definitely lost a customer in me.

            Hi i ordered clothes for my friend in chandigarh mistakenly later i reordered in amritsar address.

            Now i applied for cancellation chandigarh order but there is no response from sss.
            Order for amritsar no update till and delivery hasn't been done till date.

            It's been 2 weeks no update and it is really a pathetic service and really not sure is this a genuine or fraud company.

            It is my humble request that please return my money as soon as possible.

                  I hav ordered two shoes and hav alredy done the payment bt there is no response on order status. This kind of behaviour is so unproffesional.                           I placed an order on sss on 9th september till now and forget delivery, i have not even received tracking number. Nobody is even replying on their instagram, i even posted a complaint on sss website, no response again. On facebook, again, there is no response.                               I miss. Asmita bhattacharjee ordered a pair of shoe from the online shopping site streetstylestore on 09.10.2017. They were suppose to deliver the order within 3 to 21days but till today i havn't recieved any delivery. The payment was accepted via online payment method.
                              The order id 1773025 and size 38 with toal amount of rs 634.
                              Even after several emails no information or guest tracking was provided. Please take step against this otherwise we will be bound to take legal steps against this.

                                    This is the most horrible website i have come accross. They have no business ethics. Its been 1 and half month i have placed my order after replacement but yet they have not given any response. Neither theres any customer care number which can be helpfull. All they know is to cheat on our money
                                    Pls help to solve our problem

                                    I want to return one of the product bought from sss..but they are not replying to my emails n phone is constantly going busy..
                                    They have given me the wrong size and they're not changing my order status from "wrong address" although I have received the order and PAID for it. Now I can't get the itrm replaced because it is of wrong size and the material is also very cheap.
                                    Worst return policy...sorry no return policy at all...the product I ordered doesn't look like the picture at all ...n now they don't have any return policy, i can only exchange the product for diff size. Which I think is not fare at all as a customer, I m paying the money n not getting the product I want, i now feel product is forced on me, even if I don't like it.
                                    I knew about the money refund policy is not there, but I thought there will be a point system, n I will get points in my acc n I could buy another product with that. But it doesn't seem like that now. The experience is really pathetic with this site. If you say you are a small company n you don't have funding from big players, so that is why you can't return money back, but atleast give ppl chance to choose another product if they don't like what they got. As you care so much about ur money n effort being wasted please learn to understand value of other ppl's money. We also don't get funding from big players, we also earn it.

                                      I had ordered a product from sss on september, 3.. I don't know what has happened to my order, can anyone explain what's happening? The delivery executive called me and when i received the call, he just disconnected.. After that i have called the delivery executive nearly 20 to 30 times but he is not receiving the call.
                                      Is this the service which you provide.. After waiting for one month for the product to be delivered then you people do this to us. Just deliver my product..

                                        Had placed an order for my white heels size 37 on 07/0717 via reference number 1639988 and then i received my order but due to size issue i returned it and put request for size exchange and still i have not received my replacement order. Its about 2.5 months delay.
                                        Nobody is picking the phone or many many times i put queries but nobody is replying the answer...
