Dear sir/ma'am,

I had placed an order of 3 flats for 999 on 4/9/17 with you, but i haven't yet received any updates on the tracking of my order. My order number is :[protected]-4740186

The order status hasn't changed since 4th; it is "payment accepted". It is under your clause that the product will be dispatched within 3-21 days, but it has been 25 days since i'd ordered. No tracking id has been provided.

I had sent a mail previously on helpdesk to which i received the ip address of complaint portal. But inspite of complaining twice, i haven't yet received any heads up yet.

Please look into this matter urgently as this is the fourth time i'm complaining.
Hoping for an immediate action and a quick delivery.

      I have ordered 3 tops on 9th september and now it's 28th september and i haven't got any information about my order delivery. L haven't gotten any order confirmation email also it's taking so long to get delivered. I have not any idea about my order. I just want my order deliver as soon as possible. Otherwise it will be impossible for me to order anything from this site.

        This submission of mine is not a complain.
        Reason being, i've never had any difficulties with this site. I've started ordering from this site two years back, and its been an incredible encounter. Never have i ever experienced, any cheap quality products, be it shoes or clothes, no delays in delivery. And if any one knew anything about online shopping sites, they would know that this site provide, comparatively cheaper products and in good quality. Didn't found any other way to appreciate them.

          It's my humble request to street style stores please provide an appropriate contact number. I don't know what this site is all about not having contact numbers and when dialed it comes either switch off or not resonding. At least provide it so that the customer can make their queries.
          And please deliver all what i have ordered from u on time by 1 october. Lastly i m requesting deliver it by 1 oct or keep it with yourself. And the one which was for exchange should be delivered before it. U have timespan of 2 days. Deliver it or suffer badly.

            Street style stores' support system is worst. No query has been resolved yet and they keep sending that yr query is submitted.
            Last time i m asking for my product u will wait for 2 more days and if it will be fulfilled i will definitely take a legal action against u and then u see what will happen. You will definitely suffer badly.
            Is this the way u took it long back and now not delivering it. I want all what have i ordered old as well as new one

            What about my second order which I placef on 25 Oct . When I placed my first order it was delivered within 4days and that's why I placed second order 2boots for 999 and I haven't received any order confirmation mail please tell me what is being done is the order placed appropriately or not
            Or guide should I cancel the order placed what to do I keep sending emails by this absurd site has not seen any . Please let me know the thing .

              I have placed an order on 3rd september 2017 but i have not received my order yet not even shipped information. It is showing payment accepted on 4th september 2017 but after that no updates on that.in instruction it was showing that my order will be delivered in 3-21 days but it is been 24 days now and no updates on that. I have complained on website as well and complain number is 163311. I am very disappointed with this online website service. This was my first and worst experience.

              To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. However, we are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon.

              I ordered my 3 tops on August 23, 2018. one of them got delivered in time. the rest two are unheard of. I have mailed them quite a few times and raised the ticket twice. They don't pick up the number provided online. A partial product from the order was delivered but there isn't any news of the remaining 2 pieces.

                Placed on 4th of august is not yet dispatched.
                I have already placed a complaint for which they replied that it will be dispatched asap. But it has been a week since they said that and it is not yet dispatched. I have sent more mails after that to the contact addresses in the website also but i havent received any shippping information.

                I want a refund for the order and not the product anymore.

                  My order number #1765584 and i had purchases 3 footwears for 999 rs. I requested for exchange of footwears as all of them did not fit me and i requested smaller size. Exchanged footwears were taken immediately and i was about to get another pairs after 3-4 working days. Its been around 2 weeks and not received my footwears yet.

                  Do send as soon as possible otherwise i need to take some legal action as i have already made the payment and i tried even mailing them every single day but they don’t even respond me. This is even more annoying if the size is not available atleast notify that but this is really not done.

                  i ordered a pair of shoes from street styles stores and the size doesn't fit me. i requested for exchange as they do not have money refund policy and the shoes were so absurd didn't looked the same as in the pic .
                  the shoes were taken long back and all my money gone waste
                  i want my pair of shoes as early as possible as i have to eave the town . if it will not be initiated as soon as possible i do have to take a legal action which the cmpany may suffer badly.

                      I ordered 3 products. Order reference vymkbdseg - placed on 08/12/2017.
                      Order no. #1714824. It has been more than 1.5 months and i have received only 1 of the item and that too was defective. I raised a ticket for its exchange and the delivery of other 2 pending items. But it has been of no use. Raised numerous tickets to get my issue resolved. But no luck. Very disappointed. I dont have much time otherwise i would have dragged sss into consumer court and make them pay for the harassment caused to me. I have already done the same wit paytm and they had to pay. I am getting out of patience and really frustrated.

                        I feel like a fool to have ordered from this site after reading reviews about products not been delivered or delayed delivery... I've ordered 4 pairs of shoes on sep 9th n its a prepaid order... I'm really tensed if i'm gonna get my products or i'm going to be one of the victims of your website... Please this is a request...                           I have raised the queries so many times and got no reply.

                            I have placed an order on 24 august. It arrived on 9 september. But i was not satisfied with the size so i placed a replacement request. Product has been sent back since then i havent received any message regarding the status of my product. I was trying to contact street style store but there no. Is always coming busy. I have sent so many emails to them but they are not replying. It has been more than 2 weeks. Either refund my money or deliever my product as soon as possible.

                                  I ordered this product n 4th august and when i entered the pin code to check for delivery it showed 7-21 days for which i was okay with. I received this order after 49 days and i was not even updated with any reason. By the time i had already bought a new product, a white shoes (Thinking that there must have been some problem in my order). After 49 days now one fine day i receive this order which i had even forgot. Your replacement policy says that you can replace size in the same product but that makes no sense. I would like to replace order with same size but different product so that i can use it. I would appreciate if you help me out with this. I would have not complaint it the product would have reached me on time or probably took one month. I would request you to exchange it with some other product with same amount or higher.

                                    I have placed an order for a sandal on 07/10/2017 ad my order reference is #1645972. Its 24th of september 2017, and i haven received my order yet.
                                    And when i have filed a ticket for that on there customer care they are saying my order is delivered, where as there is no tracking number or any details of the delivery mode.
                                    They everytime have issues in delivery and how can they lie that the product s delivered where as they dont have any delivery details too.
                                    I want my order or i want my money refund, they have charged delivery amount also, and they are faking up everything.

                                      I have ordered 3 heels on 1 august 2017 and it’s 24 september 2017 now and i haven’t received my products yet! When i messaged sss, i received mails saying it will be get delivered in 3-5 days and it’s been ages to that now as well. Just let me know are you going to deliver my products or not?                                         Exchange request submitted and pickup done more than a month ago. Still have not received my shoes.
                                        No revert on facebook page query messages and email complaints.
                                        Only response i got from them was "we have registered your complaint, please don't raise more complaints".
                                        I hope someone will revert here atleast.

                                        I have raised multiple complaints on their website and facebook page in the last 3 weeks. Still no response.

                                        Even after 6 weeks, literally nothing received from your end. I am not even informed about whether the product has been shipped or not, moreover will it ever be shipped. Please cancel the order and refund my money. You can keep the shoes with yourself only (anyway you have kept it for 6 weeks).
