Hi, i have written several emails to street style store to return the item purchased. It's been so many days but all i keep getting is an automated response to the ticket raised and resolved without anyone answering my concern. I placed a return request for my order the same day i received the items but no one seems to respond. They are not processing the replacement order past 3 years. Even money is not refunded and nor product is delivered. They provide totally different article as shown in website. It was ordered in month of july and every time for different articles they have different sizes. I bought 38 size which is perfect to me. But seems they are not providing the exact one. Now i am not sure which size will fit me as there sizes are so indifferent.

    I have been trying to get in touch since the past 3 days since my order was delivered.
    I would like to return the shoes as they do not fit me and no body is responding to me. I am aware that you guys do not have a return policy, however, i tried on the shoes and the back of the shoe hurts my feet and they do not fit right.
    Please please get back to me, i know there is a 7 day period to inform, but it has already been 3 days and nobody has gotten back to me.
    I am happy to exchange these 2 shoes with 2 boots of the correct size. I am not even asking for money back.

    I do not want my money to go to a waste. These shoes do not even fit me, they will just be sitting unused. I am not asking for money back, simply a credit note would be fine. I can shop for shoes that actually fit me. There is no phone # provided for customer care, it is very hard to get in touch.

      I have also placed a order on 07/29/2017 on sss for a dress. After ordering i have also raised several tickets on my account on sss and recieved response that i will get my orders soon.
      But now for me, this is really disappointing and this behaviour is not allowing me to order again from sss.

        I have received the order and still it shows that it is undelivered on the website. I want to exchange it. It's not my size. It's written 38 but is 36 actually in size. Please exchange it as soon as possible. Also i've raised a query of whose reference no is 153277. And atleast there should be one reply from their side there is nothing. And also the incorrect status on their website which shows undelivered due to which i cannot return the product!!!

              Hi,
              I have ordered 2 products from Street Style Store on 5th Aug 2017 and payed the money online. According to them, for delivery maximum 21 days will take. Now it is going to be 2 months.
              I have sent several emails requesting them to dispatch it soon since I will be travelling this week and no response is received. Tried to call help desk but no response.
              Please make sure to deliver it in a week (before Saturday) or refund the payment that I have made.

                I had placed an order with this site one month back
                And the shoes very pretty but wrongly a smaller size was ordered for which i placed exchange request of one size above the ordered one
                Now it's been more than a month and shoes have not been even dispatched from their end
                And i have mailed them so many time they don't provide with concrete solution

                        This is with order reference #1697487. I placed an order on 4th august, 2017 for 2 pairs of shoes with an estimated delivery time of 25th august, 2017. After i placed the order, just received the invoice and no further communication on packing, shipping etc. These shoes were purchased for a specific travel. There is no way you can contact them. They do not respond to calls, facebook, instagram etc at all. I finally received my order on 11th september, 2017. By then, i already bought 3 pairs of same shoes from outside and do not need them now. The site does not allow you to exchange good with anything else neither do they have an option of credit. How can you expect a customer to place an order and pay upfront and keep waiting indefinitely for the order and send it as per your own wish.

                        I need a refund or a credit to use it for any other shoe. Would request someone to contact me on my number. Order details already given. Really bad experience.

                                The order of a wedge sandal was canceled due to a wrong size selection the order was canceled long back been more than 7 days yet the credit note is not refunded. Tried calling them several times but it's of no use. Kindly refund me that credit note. Tried calling them several times but it's of no use. Kindly refund me that credit note. That credit note is the for the order which i paid but was never delivered to me, while placing the order and at the time of exchange you collect your products asap but at the time of delivery what is the type of difficulty you are facing please explain that too. Please refund me that amount or inclusive of the shipping charges which incurred

                                    I ordered 2 pair of wedges/heels. Payment has been done via debit card but order is not placed yet and amount has been deducted from my account.in this what happened the payment page gets dead and my payment was deducted from account and also order was not placed soo please anyway help me in this case and refund my money back or place my order plz take fast action this as i have trusted this sss site for shopping and it will not be good for you to make your image down

                                      I ordered two pair of wedges from your site on 11aug 2017 but i have not got my order till now and now i have to move from my address so please refund my amount back in my account i total paid 1258rs by debit card so. Plz refund back in my card as soon as possible.. My order id is usustinnu... I have mailed to street style store so many times but did not get any response from their site.. I have called so many times on given number but never got response.. I have waited for my order from last 1 and half month but now i have to move from bangalore to pune so no more options i have to wait so kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible and refund back my amount in my account with in 2-3 days..
