Order reference rrkmtzcop - placed on 08/21/2017
I have paid rs 1049/- through mobikwik wallet. I have not yet received the product yet. When i login to my sss account i do not find any tracking number as well. Regularly raising query in their website. No response. No phone is there in the website.
Surprisingly, on 19th september i received an email that my product has been delivered successfully.
These people are cheaters. They are minting money from the innocent customers in india.

    I am also writing this for the second time because there is no reply or call/text/mail from the online site streetstylestore.com
    Neither they have sent me the ordered products nor have they sent me the refund amount of rs1100
    Can you please look in to the matter
    They have been clearly cheating the customers by doing this type of business, it has taken more than 10 days to resolve this

      I had raised a request for exchange which itselef took more than 10 days to. After so many days, the product was picked up on 13th sept for which i have the return slip, return id. The exchanged product has not been delivered since then. The money is also not returned. One in a blue moon the company employee replies on instagram page that i should share the pick up slip. This happened when i had already shared the return message and the return id with the employee already. Still i went ahead, mailed as well as messaged the return slip image. Now all they did is un-followed me on instagram, not responding to the mails, not responding to the calls i make. I again followed the sss page, and messaged the employee on instagram. Still no response from their end.

        I ordered 3 pairs of flat footwear on 21st sep and paid amount online. Amount got deducted from my account. However, i haven't received any confirmation on mail or msgs. Neither i can see any order id generated for same.

        I sent mail thrice registering complain but haven't received any response. I have used this site for the first site and having horrible experience.

        Can i have my money back asap.

          I have returned the products for order id order id #1697039 for exchange. It has been almost 10 days but i have not got any intimation or message and neither the order is delivered.               Hi, i have written several emails to street style store to return the item purchased. It's been so many days but all i keep getting is an automated response to the ticket raised and resolved without anyone answering my concern. I placed a return request for my order the same day i received the items but no one seems to respond. The order is still intact with the same package and i intend to return it because i didn't like the quality. Can someone help me, please? The customer care number doesn't work and is not reachable or either busy.

              A good note for you as with this mail your exchange process starts for order #1692651. Before we proceed, some technical information for you here.

              With the end of this mail, we will initiate your pick up of the products. The pick-up will take "2-4" working days. Once product is picked up from your address, you may revert us on the same email confirming that the pick-up is done.

              “Nandita Gurung", this is how the whole process will go and we understand this is little complex. Please be patient and we will do our best to conclude it smoothly.

              Note: Since the courier used for reverse pick-ups is a third party service we request you to collect proof of acceptance slip from the courier guy. This will serve as evidence that the goods were picked from you.

                They are not processing the replacement order past 3 years. Even money is not refunded and nor product is delivered. They provide totally different article as shown in website. It was ordered in month of july and every time for different articles they have different sizes. I bought 38 size which is perfect to me. But seems they are not providing the exact one. Now i am not sure which size will fit me as there sizes are so indifferent.

                  I have been trying to get in touch since the past 3 days since my order was delivered.
                  I would like to return the shoes as they do not fit me and no body is responding to me. I am aware that you guys do not have a return policy, however, i tried on the shoes and the back of the shoe hurts my feet and they do not fit right.
                  Please please get back to me, i know there is a 7 day period to inform, but it has already been 3 days and nobody has gotten back to me.
                  I am happy to exchange these 2 shoes with 2 boots of the correct size. I am not even asking for money back.

                    I have also placed a order on 07/29/2017 on sss for a dress. After ordering i have also raised several tickets on my account on sss and recieved response that i will get my orders soon.
                    But now for me, this is really disappointing and this behaviour is not allowing me to order again from sss.

                      I have received the order and still it shows that it is undelivered on the website. I want to exchange it. It's not my size. It's written 38 but is 36 actually in size.                             I have ordered 2 products from Street Style Store on 5th Aug 2017 and payed the money online. According to them, for delivery maximum 21 days will take. Now it is going to be 2 months.
                            I have sent several emails requesting them to dispatch it soon since I will be travelling this week and no response is received. Tried to call help desk but no response.
                            Please make sure to deliver it in a week (before Saturday) or refund the payment that I have made.

                              I had placed an order with this site one month back
                              And the shoes very pretty but wrongly a smaller size was ordered for which i placed exchange request of one size above the ordered one
                              Now it's been more than a month and shoes have not been even dispatched from their end

                                  We would like to update you regarding your order query, we are really sorry for the delay in your shipment, but we will definitely do our level best to deliver your order as soon as we can.

                                  To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. However, we are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon

                                  We are equally disappointed here as you are. Accept our sincere apologies and we hope you will give us one more opportunity to serve you with best of products and at best possible time.

                                      This is with order reference #1697487. I placed an order on 4th august, 2017 for 2 pairs of shoes with an estimated delivery time of 25th august, 2017. After i placed the order, just received the invoice and no further communication on packing, shipping etc. These shoes were purchased for a specific travel. There is no way you can contact them. They do not respond to calls, facebook, instagram etc at all. I finally received my order on 11th september, 2017. By then, i already bought 3 pairs of same shoes from outside and do not need them now. The site does not allow you to exchange good with anything else neither do they have an option of credit. How can you expect a customer to place an order and pay upfront and keep waiting indefinitely for the order and send it as per your own wish.

                                      I need a refund or a credit to use it for any other shoe. Would request someone to contact me on my number. Order details already given. Really bad experience.
