This is with order reference #1697487. I placed an order on 4th august, 2017 for 2 pairs of shoes with an estimated delivery time of 25th august, 2017. After i placed the order, just received the invoice and no further communication on packing, shipping etc. These shoes were purchased for a specific travel. There is no way you can contact them. They do not respond to calls, facebook, instagram etc at all. I finally received my order on 11th september, 2017. By then, i already bought 3 pairs of same shoes from outside and do not need them now. The site does not allow you to exchange good with anything else neither do they have an option of credit. How can you expect a customer to place an order and pay upfront and keep waiting indefinitely for the order and send it as per your own wish.
I need a refund or a credit to use it for any other shoe. Would request someone to contact me on my number. Order details already given. Really bad experience.
