Ordered a product received a different size more than 1 month not yet replaced such a poor service assigning complaint again and again but not a single reply at all no phone numbers nothing given a wrong number 2 product price more than 1000 at least they can give a reply but giving a automated reply such a poor services showing many things but no reply fed up with the product : (: (: (More than 1000 rs product : (
I made an exchange of my flats to different size a week ago..But still I did not get the delivery yet .My order Id #1773750.. I exchanged my size from 42 to 39 size..
Please send the product r else turn the money back...It's been so long time making a exchange

    I ordered this product n 4th august and when i entered the pin code to check for delivery it showed 7-21 days for which i was okay with. I received this order after 49 days and i was not even updated with any reason. By the time i had already bought a new product, a white shoes (Thinking that there must have been some problem in my order). After 49 days now one fine day i receive this order which i had even forgot. Your replacement policy says that you can replace size in the same product but that makes no sense. I would like to replace order with same size but different product so that i can use it. I would appreciate if you help me out with this. I would have not complaint it the product would have reached me on time or probably took one month. I would request you to exchange it with some other product with same amount or higher.

    A good note for you as with this mail your exchange process starts for order #1696661. Before we proceed, some technical information for you here.

    With the end of this mail, we will initiate your pick up of the products. The pick-up will take "2-4" working days. Once product is picked up from your address, you may revert us on the '[protected]@streetstylestore.com' confirming that the pick-up is done.

    “Sugam", this is how the whole process will go and we understand this is little complex. Please be patient and we will do our best to conclude it smoothly.

    Note: Since the courier used for reverse pick-ups is a third party service we request you to collect proof of acceptance slip from the courier guy. This will serve as evidence that the goods were picked from you.

      I have placed an order for a sandal on 07/10/2017 ad my order reference is #1645972. Its 24th of september 2017, and i haven received my order yet.
      And when i have filed a ticket for that on there customer care they are saying my order is delivered, where as there is no tracking number or any details of the delivery mode.
      They everytime have issues in delivery and how can they lie that the product s delivered where as they dont have any delivery details too.
      I want my order or i want my money refund, they have charged delivery amount also, and they are faking up everything.

        I have ordered 3 heels on 1 august 2017 and it’s 24 september 2017 now and i haven’t received my products yet! When i messaged sss, i received mails saying it will be get delivered in 3-5 days and it’s been ages to that now as well. Just let me know are you going to deliver my products or not?           Exchange request submitted and pickup done more than a month ago. Still have not received my shoes.
          No revert on facebook page query messages and email complaints.
          Only response i got from them was "we have registered your complaint, please don't raise more complaints".
          I hope someone will revert here atleast.

          I have raised multiple complaints on their website and facebook page in the last 3 weeks. Still no response.

          Even after 6 weeks, literally nothing received from your end. I am not even informed about whether the product has been shipped or not, moreover will it ever be shipped. Please cancel the order and refund my money. You can keep the shoes with yourself only (anyway you have kept it for 6 weeks).

              The product which we ordered is totally different from which we get. We request you to proceed our request as soon as possible.The product is totally different and it looks like second hand product.We need our money back or the exchange of it.                 I had purchased three pairs of shoes from this website which promises an exchange in case the size ordered is incorrect. Instead of ordering my usual size, i trusted the website's size chart and ordered accordingly, which turned out to be completely wrong and the shoes were one size smaller. As per the website's instructions, there is supposed to be an exchange option on the orders page after the order has been shipped. But in reality, there is no such option.in fact, there is no exchange option anywhere on the website. When i wrote to the customer care, they gave me the same incorrect instructions. After pointing it out to them, i got no reply. After following up multiple times, they still haven't responded. The exchange window is already complete and it seems that my rs. 1, 099 has gone down the drain, as it doesn't appear that this company values its customers. Please help.

                As mentioned in the above comment, I wanted to exchange only two pairs of shoes, but the delivery man had been given instructions for three pairs, due to which he refused to take the reverse pickup. Kindly communicate the same to them and arrange for a reverse pickup at the earliest.

                The delivery person arrived today at my residence for a reverse pickup of the two pairs of shoes that I want to exchange. But he refused to furnish a receipt acknowledging the pickup. What kind of a company is this? When I asked for one, he said the company does not provide receipts, which is obviously a lie, since I confirmed with the company myself, and they agreed to providing a receipt. In such a case, I would obviously hesitate to hand over the products to the delivery person. I request you to look into this matter and arrange a legitimate reverse pickup. Thanks.

                      This is one of the useless websites i have seen. I have ordered a product on this website and i have still not received the product. It is been a month.                           I placed an order on 1st september. So far it hasn’t even been dispatched and these guys neither revert to messages nor pick up calls. Worst site ever! I want my refund as soon as possible.
                          Even though i put this complaint 2 days back i still haven’t received any reply regarding my compaint from the same site. I want my refund asap and i need this to be looked upon.

                          Your site has also mentioned that the product will be delivered by 22nd september 2017. Since clearly the product still hasn’t been dispatched, it is a violation of whatever is written on your site
                          So I don’t care if your site shows that you have a refund policy or not, i need my refund as soon as possible. I do not care about your products and i do not wish to receive your product anymore.
                          Pls pls... Put an cash on delivery option... I dont have debit cards... I like all ur product most of them I want to buy bt can't... Plz

                              I wish to replace order no #1752625, but your site doesn't seem to be allowing me to click on the button "replace" and it has been 2 days already and you people follow a 7 days return policy. Is this a way of cheating people. Also, your site never replies to messages. The number given is also unresponsive. As an online shopping site, i would request you to at least provide a customer service number or maybe an email id. It becomes difficult to trust sites which do not respond on time. Also, you site takes over 15 days to update the tracking number, which again raises eyebrows. I hope my shoes get replaced soon, else i will not hesitate to sue streetstylestore.

                                  I ordered twice for the first order i rec confirmation as well as the shipped email but now till now i did not rec the parcel n i need to change my contact no for the shipping how to change it? I have tried contacting but all provided no are fake. Give me my money back plz help me to chsnge my contact no and recieve both my orders safly without any further delay

                                  Yesterday i placed order for 2 heels at rs 899 and my money got deducyed but till now i havent got any update about my lroduct.please refund my money back as i have placed another order on COD
                                  i have placed an order on 8/8/17. My expected delivery date was 14/9/17 but still not delivered. I complained 3 times but got no response in return.You people should have atleast that much courtesy to revert back to your customers.I am very disappointed with sss online.Careless people

                                    I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in the month of june.. You 1 it after 20 days. And at that time i was not available in the city so your representative made itrefused to recieve. I have selected it for redispatch but it hasnt arrived yet. And no show from your side. I havr paid online. I want refund of my money for that. Otherwise i will sue you soon.

                                    I have ordered items on[protected] done online payment, order no NVLJHRXSR but till now my status is payment accepted only, they have not shipped and I tried contacting them through mail there is no reply I don't know wats wrong with the service, I didn't had issues in my previous orders but something is wrong now, please help if you can

                                      I ordered a pair of sandals from this website they delivered it in almost 15 days but the product was small in size so i tried to replace it with a bigger size!! They took the product back but its more than a month now i haven't received my order. Infact i emailed them about fifteen days back they said they have priority dispatched it but then also i still havn't received it!! Now i keep emailing and getting no replies.. If you don't want to send the product ok but aleast return my money!!! Plus they don't even have a customer care number to call also.. So stuck with this stupid website. Will definitely file for consumer forum of i don't get my product in the coming ten days!!

                                        Order reference rrkmtzcop - placed on 08/21/2017
                                        I have paid rs 1049/- through mobikwik wallet. I have not yet received the product yet. When i login to my sss account i do not find any tracking number as well. Regularly raising query in their website. No response. No phone is there in the website.
                                        Surprisingly, on 19th september i received an email that my product has been delivered successfully.
                                        These people are cheaters. They are minting money from the innocent customers in india.
