I had purchased three pairs of shoes from this website which promises an exchange in case the size ordered is incorrect. Instead of ordering my usual size, i trusted the website's size chart and ordered accordingly, which turned out to be completely wrong and the shoes were one size smaller. As per the website's instructions, there is supposed to be an exchange option on the orders page after the order has been shipped. But in reality, there is no such option.in fact, there is no exchange option anywhere on the website. When i wrote to the customer care, they gave me the same incorrect instructions. After pointing it out to them, i got no reply. After following up multiple times, they still haven't responded. The exchange window is already complete and it seems that my rs. 1, 099 has gone down the drain, as it doesn't appear that this company values its customers. Please help.

As mentioned in the above comment, I wanted to exchange only two pairs of shoes, but the delivery man had been given instructions for three pairs, due to which he refused to take the reverse pickup. Kindly communicate the same to them and arrange for a reverse pickup at the earliest.

Updated by Feyha The delivery person arrived today at my residence for a reverse pickup of the two pairs of shoes that I want to exchange. But he refused to furnish a receipt acknowledging the pickup. What kind of a company is this? When I asked for one, he said the company does not provide receipts, which is obviously a lie, since I confirmed with the company myself, and they agreed to providing a receipt. In such a case, I would obviously hesitate to hand over the products to the delivery person. I request you to look into this matter and arrange a legitimate reverse pickup. Thanks.
