Wanted to exchange the the product but the webiste is still showing reattempt to dilevery. And i have received the order. There is now way of contacting customer care. I have not received any response from them through email. Please help me out not the product to be changed as soon as possible.

Streetstylestore has been cheating me from last one year, they have my amount but no products delivered. Nobody replies to the mails, they have deleted all their email ids, so basically we cannot contact them other than their website's contacting form, which is useless, as i have not received any reply. I am giving my email id only on your website because if phone numbers are given, we receive calls from some fraud people which only ask for bank detais and want to do transaction from those details, they take these numbers from your website.

I have raised request to exchange product. But it has been one month more, but i didn't get any prompt about my product. I have raised many queries but no satisfactory answer i got. Your service is very pathetic and i am very disappointed too. Return my money or deliver my product with in a week. My product invoice is attached here.

I order for "different for girls beige - shoe size: 39 and knotty or nice wedges (Black) - shoe size: 39" on 13/07/2017 they said they will send the product before or on 03/08/2017.

Today is 12/09/2017 after i read so many complaints about their website about many problems, i am very afraid that i won't get my product or money back, i paid them through my debit card and they also accepted it, but now they didn't send the product on time, it make me really scared, plz at least give me a tracking number for my product, or plz let me know when will i receive my product. I am not even asking for a refund, plz at least sends the good product to me. Or give me the option of ordering something else which is available.

Today i posted a complaint regarding not dispatching my product, they send a mail that "your query has been submitted in our system and your case id is [case 146523]". But i want to know the status of my product and the date when will i receive it. Plzz help me to come out of this problem. Atleast send the product plz. Because everyone earns money with such efforts, don't play with their money
Every time i email a query to them they reply same to me. One time they said u got ur product within 4-5 working days but no product delivered. Plz, help me. I attested their emails to it. Please do something.

I have ordered 2 shoes worth 1258/- on sept 07 2017. And there is no tracking details mentioned in the order history. There is no way i can get any info regarding the order status. Please let me know the status of my order and when i can receive my orders.

I ordered ladies footwear on dt.[protected] from www.streetstylestore.com i already paid 845- using online payment method to this company my order no: fvjbhwrva and invoice no: #1659797. Yet they didn’t delivered my product at my doorstep and they didn’t give me any single answer regarding refund or delivery i often done too many mail & phone calls and didn’t get single answer of my calls so i request you all never buy any single item from this company they are big cheaters and please grahak suraksha get me out of this cheaters.
Also they give me wrong status of my delivery wrong tracking number and wrong order reference too

Hi i bought a shoe from sss and the quality is really poor. Very bad. Looks different frm what i say n nw thy hv a new suppprt system in which we can only raise tickets and wait fr thm to rply for days. There is no specifiv time. They dont reply for so many days. Thr is no phone no. To contact thm. There is a phone no. Which i found from google it is never answered. There is no live assistance its a very poor working operation. Hi have ordered three pairs of flats @ 999/- offer. On 21st august'17.in total i have paid 1049/-. The order id is 1733677. Order invoice no : 1700717. The payment method : mobikwikwallet. I was supposed to receive the product within 21 days, maximum. Till today i have not received the products. When i check in the website i see only the order number. No tracking number. There is no phone number as well.

These guys are cheats. They just flick money. I am taking this to all the public forums as well. Either return my money or send me my ordered products.

Order was placed on 17th aug 2017, but till date not received any response. They provided the coupon code yesterday, but it is also not working. There is not contact with any of the support team. And, got a number of the owner for some source, but no one is interested to hear the concern.

I had placed an order for a pair of shoes on streetstylestore.com on aug 5th, and made payment via credit card. The payment was confirmed and i received order confirmation note. However, till date, the website does not even mention the tracking number of the order, nor do they answer my repeated queries on status. There is no link to refund the amount. I have got my order with order id order id #1697039. But the size doesn't fit and i want to exchange it how do i do that, i don't find anything on the site.

How do i proceed with the return or exchange request, as there is no customer care phone number to contact.

There should be a feasibility, first i had to follow up for delivery and now for the return. Is this the way things work on your store.

Shoes that i received were of small size. I placed an exchange request on 14.06.2017. But did not received my shoes of correct size yet. I've been asking for a refund since a month. No updates.
Return my money or deliver the product.

I ordered my shoes on 26august. Its been a month, my order number #144821; #143129, is placed and no one is bothered to reply to my query about where is my order, they are ready to take away the money from customer before the order is placed how ever after several queries there is no reponse from the team where is the order.
Pathetic part is there is no customer care number to call and check even, where you can only email and that is even not monitored.. Been a month where i have not got any replies to email!

At first they will attract you with low prices shoes and dresses and assure you with quality and after sale service thing and once you place the orderbaaamm you are no one to them.

I had placed an order for a shoe. I got the wrong size. I put an exchange request. They replied in 2 months saying the product is out of stock. They gave me a voucher. I ordered another shoe. They were damaged. I had to put a exchange request again. Again they gave me a voucher, this time after 3 months. So after all this drama, i thought i'll just call for mugs. The order was placed on 12/5/2017 and till date i haven't received the product. I have raised thousands of queries, theyjust dont bother.

Sss is fraud. Please do not order anything from them!
