Street Style Store Complaints & Reviews

I ordered 3 items from street style store website 3 flats from the '3 flats for 999' category on 3rd of august 2017 at 7:08pm. A total of ₹1049(Total amount of order including the shipping charges) has been debited from my bank account for the same. I have not received any confirmation email or order id. The order is not visible in 'my account' even after refreshing and re logging in.
There new customer support system lets you ask...

I have initiated exchange the day of delivery. I have send dozens of messages emails to sss but have failed as there comes absolutely no response from them. I have tried my best to contact them. They just don't respond. Please help me with my exchange issue. I have send my message regarding the pick up service available for my order exchange. They have not responded yet after multiple messages. Help me with it kindly....

Today i placed an order, did online payment money got deducted (1265/-) and it did not show any confirmation page. I checked in my sss account in my history order has not been placed and no message or mail from sss, tried contacting through customer care but i did not get any response,

I have booked order on this street style store.com on 11th of july. But i have not recieved of product delivery till now. And i tried their customer care no so many times but number is always switched off. So kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and take a strict decision against these site or store. Because i think they are making people fool.

I have received the product which is not up to the mark. There is rust on the shoes. And the website is having no helpline number. Is that a fake site. Kindly take the required action against that website i. E... Streetstylestore.com. Courier company manager (Delhivery) and they provided me the number which was switched off... Kindly do the needful. I placed an order of 3 dresses worth rs 1049 on 31/07-2017 but didn't get the tracking number... and not given the delivery date... and no info regarding delivery...and now after reading the reviews about this company m worried about the my money...the order no of product is 1689257 which is 3 tops under the offer 3 @ 999...plz give me the details regarding delivery...

I have ordered 1 pair of shoes and flats. It was a combo i ordered the size 36 but i requested them the shoes size to be 37. Firstly, they dont have any contact number, it is very difficult to contact them. Secondly the sent me the same size 36 thought i had requested for the other size. Now they are asking for more 200 for the exchanging process. This is not my fault why i should pay 200 more, i have already filed a complaint againt this....

I booth 3 pairs of shoes online the sss website on 01 july 2017. Was charged a delivery fee of rs. 100.00 per shoe, which is comparatively higher than the delivery charge levied by any other online site. However, the shoes have not yet been delivered, in spite of the email confirmation providing a delivery date of on or before 21 july 2017. Horrible service....

I need to return a product which i haven't ordered at all. It was on the name of my wife n COD so i collected it but when I came home she said she haven't ordered anything n also doesn't hv an account with Steet Style store.
So please help as I need to return this product by to SSS. Can't even find their Toll free no.

I order a shoe and the size didn't fit me. So i requested to replace the shoe for the right size. My old shoe has been picked up the street style store team. But i didn't got the delivery of the new shoe till now.

The phone no. Provided is not correct. I called them many times but every time it shows switched off or not reachable.

It has been almost a month now i have been trying to contact the company for an exchange but they seem to not care about the issue enquires i have submitted. They haven't even updated the delivery status on my account and as a result i cannot initiate exchange. I reported the issue in all the ways possible nut there is no sign of taking the matter seriously to get it resolved....

I ordered shoes last year and i replaced them because of the size problem and then i cancelled my order two times one with the deliveryboy and the other by the customer service. And it has-been so many months i didn't got my money coupon back. I'm so dissapointed by the service that after so many months there is no response. Nor their is any contact.

My order has been cancelled by the company itself and promised to refund the amount paid. But i haven't received the amount yet since more than a month. Highly disappointed. Which later even promised to refund the amount. I haven't received. I want my funds...

I had ordered for "quest foot forward boots".
First they delivered the wrong size. Since i had chosen cash on delivery option i had to pay. When i requested for exchange, they took back those shoes and were supposed to deliver the shoes in the correct size. Since then i've been waiting but they didn't send the shoes. The product was about to be delivered on 25th July .
This is not first time earlier also it happened, My friend never got delivery.
They have no contact no in their website and after raising query, they don't resolve it.
I will request to block or stop this site completely....
