There's no update where my order is. There is no response back to my tickets raised on your website. There's just no communication. What do you expect should i personally visit you guys for my order?? For you are clearly incapable of delivering to the customer.

You guys have no customer support contact number.. Vas paisa aa gya aur kya chahiye.. Saaman bhejne k layak hi nahi ho! Ya bhejna hi nahi chahte for you guys are such frauds! Your entire fb page is filled with complaints... Such shameless creatures you are!

You guys take the money of the customer and then act so irresponsibly!!!

It's been 4 months now that my money is refunded to me. I had given a complain about a wrong size footwear which was picked up after 2 months only after putting a complain here.
My footwear is picked up and a note is given. What am i suppose to do with that?
Will i ever get my money back?? I am cheated at this.
This is the second time i am putting a complain here for my refund. Please resolve the issue and this site should be shut down for good. We are losing our money, they cheat us.

Been over a month when the order was placed but till date despite messages, emails, social posts there is no update as to when we will get it. To ease deliveries, we made online payment in advance and this is the horrific treatment one gets.

A robotic reply of "we have forwarded your concern to our department and will get back" is the only response you will get from them.

Fail to understand why is the government allowing such fraud sites to exist!
#bansss stupid waste of time.

I bought 3 flat sleepers from sss. 1 was fine, but rest 2 didn't get fit. I raised a replacement request but nothing happened. I followed up for so many days. Neither my calls were picked nor it get replaced. That was really a pathetic experience i had. I still have that sleepers. Nothing happened regarding that request. I also mailed them regarding the same but they didnt responded.

I have ordered on 15th july and i have not yet received the order. There is no delivery date in the confirmation mail. I don't know now how and when i am going to get my order as there is no way by which we can contact them. And there is no such option by which we can get our money back. What should i do now? They do not value costumer's money. We have been waiting for too long. If you guys can't complete our requirements then you should stop this site but pliz do not make fool out o[censored]s.
Kindly resolve my problem asap or else i will move to consumer court then.

I had order 3 pairs of shoes from streetsylestore. All three of them i received yesterday. Their quality is very cheap and their zippers are defective. They are not working properly and out of the three one of them is a pair i did not even order. I would like to return all the three pairs of footwear. I feel deceived. And i would like the pair of shoes i actually ordered. I want a refund. Please address my grievance as soon as possible!

My order was picked up on 30th june 2017 for exchange and today it is 5th august and my order is not delivered yet. Order history is showing priority dispatch since 14th july.
There is now way to contact the customer care except sending email. Exact delivery date is also not mentioned. I am really dissappointed with the service. This is the worst shopping experience i've ever had.

Hi i had ordered a shoe in month of january and then in march i got 2 mails that my order is cancelled due to unavailibilty of the product and another was of initation of refund. But no such refund has been till date. Its been 7 months i dint get my refund and nobody picks the call. I am adding the pictures of my mail and passbook as a proof which show no such refund of 699 has been made till now. If you donot consider this as soon as possible i seriously have to take some action against the fraud you do with people and keep their money.

My order number is #1647823 and i placed this order more than a month back. Even though it says that the product delivery has been moved the priority dispatch, no signs of it being delivered anytime soon is shown. I have regularly been checking it that status changes but it's been on priority for a 3 days now. I have payed the full amount and it doesn't seem like they value for our money.

Despite writing many queries, i haven't heard back on even one query from the website. I will be leaving from my town the coming week and i trusted the website will all the shoes that i wouldn't be carrying. I really want them to respond as to when they will be delivered and if at all they will be delivered before i leave town.

I ordered a product on cod from the company which was delivered and was not as shown on the website so i placed a return request but since the product was cod i paid for the product and place a exchange request for the same i have been trying to contact them but they havent provided with either their mails or contact no. Only a fb page where i can drop them a message and my product is not yet delievered nor have i received an exchange so they con the consumers by sending wrong products and receiving payments and than later on once exchange request is placed they pick-up the product for return but the exchange product is not delivered

I had placed order on 05-jun-17. It took a month to deliver my order. (Order no-#1695900). After this long patience i have received a product with cheapest quality. When i put return request and along i also raised request to cancel my order and if you cannot repay me it's fine you can give me sss credit. But no one replied on my query. I am so frustrated with their services. I almost raised query ticket 3 times but no reply. And now they are again sending me same product on return request whose quality and design is way different than what they showed. I really do not want to see those sneaker again. The customer care no. Which they have mentioned is just for formality. Whenever i tried it it's busy 24*7. And if ringing then also no one is picking up call. Please save me and my money to waste on pathetic product.
