When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 2 to 4 working days.
Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.
P.S – We request you to keep the pick up slip carefully provided by the courier boy at the time of pick up because without pick up slip we cannot proceed with exchange process.
Also at the time of pick up please handover the SSS products only to the SSS courier guy because we are not responsible for any other product.
