Order Reference : NXYGUWNFO, I and my friend placed this order on the 5th of July and till this date no tracking details provided, no update where my parcel is, they are taking it too lightly though their stuff may be reasonable, whats the point if the customer service is not good and knows not how to handle customer and give them at least an update, all i get to hear is we have asked for a priority dispatch and stuff I understand it is a start up hence waited patiently and now I feel I did a big mistake trusting these guys when they don't even know where my parcel is...
Waited patiently for 1.5 months feeling embarrassed in front of my friend as I recommended her she placed this order with me and everyday she ends up asking where is it and I be like I don't know. These people just cant give me an update so I am relaxed and can convey this to my friend rather than face embarrassment, Placed this order worth 2k above and not at all worth the money... They are not ready to give refund nor are they ready to tell me when my parcel will be dispatched, i have been mentally harassed as I am following up with them and they are just replying to me in emails which is obviously Copy Pasted, PLEASE HELP!!!

    Previously i order something from sss and it's been almost 5 months and i haven't received it till date but i hope this time i'll get my order delivered also update me about the status of my purchase! I really hope that this issue gets resolved asap. I tried massaging you people on every possible platform be it insragram, gmail what not i hope this time my complaint doesn't go unnoticed.     I had an order of two shoes on 07/6/2017, however I still dint get the delivery.
    I raised query about this in streetstyle site however just got couple of auto generated mails.

    I requested for refund since the payment was maid online but then I dint get any reply from them
    I still haven't received my order, I think that's their way of cheating customers. Their contact number doesn't work/. I am never using SSS again and gonna recommend all my friends to do the same.!!

      My order no. #1675322. Has been estimated to be delivered by 15th aug 2017 but the status of order is itself preparation in progress.. It's been more then 21 days and the product has been not delivered or been out for delivery. This is the second time i am facing an issue such as this.         I am a resident in Delhi and I happened to order shoes from your online store, order no.- #1698375 . But it doesn't look even close to what it does in the image. I don't need money back, but I want a different color of shoes of the same pattern.

        I tried calling you on the no.you provided me, however the contact no.is switched off, I tried to ping you on Facebook messenger but no one replied.

        I need a product exchange immediately

          I made an order on 24 july 2017 "TETZLUNQQ[protected]" in which I ordered 2 pair of shoes. I recived 1 item correct but the 2 one is totally different from what i ordered. Please refer pic 1, 3, 4, 6. In refernce pic (as shown while ordering) it is of white and golden stuff combination with curly laces and order i recieved if of white, gold & black with normal cheap laces. I was not excepting such type of carelessness for any product ordered by your customer. Please allow me to change the product of my wish or provide me same shoe as given in pic. Please reply asap otherwise. Please help me in getting me the same shoe as i oredered.

                      My friend had to cancel an earlier COD order because of delayed services. She placed it again on 15th July and paid through her credit card.
                      The order has still not been delivered. It is almost a month now.
                      They have stopped replying to mails and calls completely.
                      As can be seen on various forums, there are several similar complaints that have been lodged against this website.

                        I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from streetstylestore.com 3 months back then after 1 month I received my order but it was of an incorrect size and not a good quality stuff. then I raised a request for replacement because they don't refund and till yet not received my replaced order and I have already paid 1049 rupees.

                        Now I am trying to contact the customer care executives but could not able to connect from 1 month neither they are replying to my messages.

                        This is the worst website ever after receiving money they are not providing the product, this is a very serious concern, kindly do something about this fraud website.

                            I have ordered three pairs of sandals from this company website streetstylestore.com on July 4, 2017 and today on August 9, 2017 they cancelled my order saying the products are out of stock. The company doesn't even have a money refund to bank account policy, they provide vouchers with an expiry date and that too vouchers separately for each product. I ordered those products during sale and they don't have the products of the same price anymore in site. So if i need to use their voucher I have to add more money instead. they're very cleverly looting people.Kindly help me with my issue.                                 I have a placed an order of nearly 2000 rupees with sss on 25th june 2017. I have tried raising query on their website twice and they do not have the courtesy to even acknowledge the complaint, let alone resolve.
                                Having paid already using online payment method, and having a receipt of the same, i doubt of their fraudulent intentions.
                                Kindly look into it if you would be able to resolve the matter.
                                Also if not, please respond so that i can look for other alternatives.

                                  These frauds have looted almost 4000 rs. in total from me for delivering 2 pairs of shoes. I need my money back. Initial I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from this website for 3126 rs. After the payment they themself cancelled the order and given me a credit note of 2898 rs. and mentioned that the rest 230 rs.will not be refunded since it was delivery charge. They charged me delivery charge for the cancelled order.. then again I have ordered the products because I didn't want to loose my money, but this time they have again charged me another 230 rs to deliver the same order they have cancelled before so pls note for one order that too same order, I paid 3126+230 rs. again. Then finally after continuous follow up they have delivered some products after 2 months which was faulty so I asked for a replacement..this time again they cancelled the replacement and ask me to place new order..I did and again they charged me with 230 rs.extra to deliver the replacement products because apparently the delivery charges will never be refundable and hence every time I place any replacement or new order I will have to pay the delivery charge no matter what..so note again..for the same order I paid 3126+230+230..and then again they took 2 more months to deliver faulty shoes, I was finally done so I asked for refund instead of replacement..and this time they stopped even taking my calls or replying my mails so that they don't have to refund the money..now I tried to get in touch in Facebook..but they have blocked me in phone, mails, Facebook as well..so I have no idea how to get my money back. Pls do something about this website as I'm not the only one who was been looted by them..if you check in Facebook, they have almost more than 10000s of customers money to refund..Streetstylestore is fraud website..hope to see these people behind the bars..waiting for a positive reply.

                                  There has been multiple order ID's created by this website to confuse customers..in my case those were..1641545, 1540758 and 1522379. All total I have to get Rs.3586 from Streetstylestore

                                  We have provided you with all the credit notes adding all the shipping charges for the undelivered orders. We understand we could not deliver the orders on time and we are working on the same to make the delivery of the products asap.

                                  As per our records you still have two pending vouchers one of Rs 200 and other of Rs 230 which you can avail on further orders.

                                    I had ordered a shoe on 5th of may n d order no is #1496126 however i haven't received it so far. D delivery log says incomplete add but u've sent shoes on d same add before. I've sent so many queries n haven't gotten a single reply so far. Its frustating to say d least. Id appreciate i[censored] send my shoes asap n yea it's a prepaid order n in future i'm never gonna pay first n order, i kinda feel duped.

                                      I have ordered on street style store the two pair of shoes on 8th of july, my expected delivery date is 29th july and today is 8th august, i still not get my parcel. My order reference number is - ryakqwsdu. I mailed them so many times, but they revert only that i will get my parcel in 2-3 business days. My order is prepaid, that was my biggest mistake. They said they were dispatch my parcel but when i talk to their shipping partner they told me that, they were not receive any order of respective order no. Then i again mailed on sss that when will i get my parcel, their is no revert from their side and it's been 2-3 days when i mailed them. Revert asap hope you will solve my problem.

                                        Order id - rporlxlag
                                        My order was picked up on 30th june for exchange and today it is 8th august. My order is not delivered yet. Account history is showinv priority dispatch since 14th july. Pathetic service. Extremely dissappointed.
                                        My worst online shopping experience is with sss. Even the exact delivery date is not being shown up. No contact number works.
