I placed two combo orders of footwears.But after exchange they send the incomplete products.After exchange they send only 1 1 pair for both orders.Now they are not replying my emails.I dropped emails many times but no reply.They donot provide any customer care number so that a person can discuss a provide by calling them.

I requested for exchange of a product online from this website called streetstylestore.com. They did pick it up within 2-3dayd after the request of exchange was generated. But they still did not deliver ther exchanged product. It has been 2months since this happened nd i m still not provided with the product. Neither did they give back my money.There is a cell number provided in the website which if tried to reach remains busy, switched off or unreachable most of the time.And even if it rings they do not pick it up.previously they had a email id for complaints but now even that is not provided.Basically there is no way of contacting them.So i kindly request you to see after this matter because if not taken a proper step many of the people who are not aware of such fraud activities of the website would easily fall into it and end up loosing their money.

I ordered my shoes on 4th april but they didn't delivered it yet. Courier company is telling that my product is returned to its origin. They returned it without my concern. I payed 530/- online. Please refund my money back or redeliver it to me asap. I don't have any idea how to take my product or money back. I had complaint my times in SSS site but they don't solve it. Please contact me.

I had queries about my order. The combo says 3 for 999 but it doesn't seem to work.
I want to cancel my order. Please do the same. Been trying to reach you guys since a long time for a query but you guys did not care to recieve once. Hence, I need you guys to cancel my order ASAP. The delivery man asks me to pay rs. 800. This is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism. I ordered 3 shoes and paid by my card. one of them arrived. The others i sent back for change of size. that was the first initiation of replacement for exchange of size. I received then completely different items when they got back as replacement which i never ordered. I sent them back again claiming that it's the wrong product and today i received an order that amounts to 800! Why am i supposed to pay rs 800 when the company itself sent me wrong item on the first initiation of exchange?? The first initiation of exchange is always free, but the company itself sent wrong items on the first exchange. There's no number provided where i can speak to the manager of the company and if i'm not contacted within 24 hours, i'm going to file a case within consumer rights and file a complaint in consumer court. This is disgustingly unprofessional and i'll not pay a single penny for the unprofessional attitude of the company towards my orders.

I'm attaching the pdf of the invoice. Please see to it and fix this.

I will also update on all social media to never order from sss and give this company poor ratings on google and everywhere else i can find if this issue is not resolved.

Was promised delivery within a week and its has been more than 20 days already and nothing has happen. It hasn't even been dispatched from the warehouse otherwise would have got notified. Simply fail to understand how can a business model go so wrong.

Neither do i know the tracking i'd and details of those packages nor any other information about those.. Can you please tell me if they are going ton send the order or no.. My order reference 1464588 placed my order 1 month ago and didn't received it yet when the order was to receive between 3-21 days.The contact no. Mentioned on website Is not available.Their is no other way to connect to them. Mailed several times but no response.

I have placed an order with them 2weeks back and i made an online payment of 3126 rs. Against the order. But later on i cancelled the order, approx two hrs after placing the order. I left a mail asking when can i expect the refund and i am waiting to hear from the customer support team since then. I left many mails, but no reply from them. I think i have lost my money.
Pls do something about it.

I have ordered some footwear, order reference - 1494621, tracking number - bmpp98207965 on 1st may however i received nothing till date. I got e mail stating items are delivered but nothing is received nor did i get any call for the delivery. I am highly disappointed with the service. I already paid for the goods while ordering.

I had ordered a pair of shoes from street style store on the 5th of march 2017. One month later, i am left hanging, unknown of the reason as to why my product hasnt arrived. I tried calling their customer service, after 3 long days of continuous calls i got a person on line who told me a credit slip had been given and using that i could purchase another product of my liking (Reason as to why my product hadnt been delivered yet not said). So i thought of giving it another try, i ordered two pairs of shoes, making the same mistake of paying prior. (Also note that my shipping charges for my first purchase was not included in my credit slip, i lost my cash for a reason unknown) now it has been 20 days of order and im still unaware of the status of my products. Very unhappy with street style store. Lovely products but horrendous customer care. I would like to know when i would get my products and if not i would like to get a refund of every peny i wasted on your website.

I placed my order on 7th march 2017, it has been showing "priority dispatch" since the last month and i still haven't received my package!
This site actually annoys me with their late deliveries. There is no contact or phone to talk to these people and the same thing keeps happening again and again.
I don't understand why are these people so ignorant and chilled with this amount of complaints about the same mistakes they are making.
I want my package soon, please help me out with them!

My order id 1479075, i ordered shoes on 24th apr and cancel this order on 2nd may, but till date i didn't get any response from street style store and even not yet received refund.
I have tried to call on their number but no one is picking up call. I have already raised ticket (76904) regarding the same.

I am not getting any response from there side.

I had placed an order number is 1419840, it wasn't delivered at all and after almost 10 emails I cancelled and reordered, I have also ordered one more product because I used to like the stuff from SSS but for both the current orders 1493943 and 1495309, no update is there, I also this that this carrier online express has some issues, whenever products go to them it's never delivered, please do something I really want that stuff.

I would like to cancel my order because i was suppose to order 3 for 999 but i select all the three items and i have to pay actual amount. And also code is not available for 'save499'.. Due to this issue i made a mistake to get 3 for 999... Please do make sure that i won't receive an item and make an option very claerly.
