I received the order on 15 of may now one of the product is not as same as shown on the website and looks so bad on wearing
They do not have an exchange policy how will I exchange then its a money waste
As i talked to them but didn't get any good response .
Please help me with this I want to change my product

    Today 18/5/2017 but I am not getting my product replaced.
    We opt for online shopping so that we can save time. But here, we have to continuously chase them to get updates. I am very disappointed with the delayed services...I have already call your customer care she says within a eek we have your product returned & shipped another but no body comes to exchange my product

      Hi,

      This is regarding order #1479165 for along the bright line sneakers which was placed on apr 24 2017.
      The payment was made online during placing the order.
      It has been 30days and my order has not been delivered yet.
      Whereas while placing the order it said that it would be delivered within 3-21days. It's been 30days and the order has not yet been shipped also.

      I've ordered a few other things which has been delivered as it was cod. Kindly give a confirmation regarding the order and get it delivered as soon as possible. If it's going to take more than a week or so, kindly cancel my order and refund the money

        BAD QUALITY

        I've bought three flats from SSS and all of them had same thing in common that is bad quality..
        The moment I've started wearing your product the countdown begins of its destruction.

        It was really embarrassing when the sole of my flat tore apart while i was entering into my office. the best part was i was wearing it for the forth time and the result came out how you have manufactured your product.The other pair that I've bought lost all its shape in the 2nd time.You took hell lot of time to deliver your products and still the quality is lower than a 50 rs slipper.

        And now i am not going to touch the third pair as i don't want to get embarrassed in public again.
        I need my refund although the timing doesn't match your policies but so does the quality of your products.

          I was placing an order for heels on the online site street style store. Where I selected a product and added it to my cart. Then when I was checking out, I filled all my details address phone number. Even created an account a got a confirmation mail from them regarding my account. Then when I was checking out I selected mode of payment as paytm when I was paying I entered my details and it was redirected to the payment gateway the payment was successful I even got a msg from paytm and my bank. But no confirmation from sss nor there is any details about my order when I login to their site and try to register complaint or track there is no Order showing . It's a total fraud site kindly help me get my money back

              I am very upset with your system. Today i have ordered from your site for the first time and i have choose net banking for payment.
              Money is already deducted from my bank but from last one an hour its showing "please be patient we are redirecting to merchant".
              Moreover i am trying to call to customer care from last half an hour but it is not connecting. I am very upset with your service.
              You have very pathetic service.

                I had ordered 3 tops for 999. It got cancelled and then again re ordered n delivered almst after 45 days. What I received was completely wrong. Product which I dint ordered was received and now they are not allowing me to get replaced. Must say worst service. Customer care lady is so rude on call. She dnt even ans properly. Please refund my money or get a it replaced. Itz my hard earned money n I ordered product for my birthday. You guyz spoiled it. Bad very bad

                    I placed an order on 8th april2017 and its been around 40 days and the order has not been delivered neither its status its known I have dropped a lot of mails to know the delivery status or to cancel and refund the payment but there has not been a response generated from their side.
                    My order reference no. is #1440528.

                    Expected date of delivery was shown around 29may, 2017 but there has not been any delivery performed. No response was generated from the seller regarding delivery or order cancellation.

                        I ordered a shoe from Street style store and due to size matter i made a replacement order. They took the shoes on very second day but they haven't sent me the right shoes yet. It has been almost 25 days and everytime i am making a complain they just show the priority dispatch. They have shown the priority dispatch form 24 april. If i send them a mail the automatic replyis there and customer care number is always busy. This site sucks. I wont buy anything from here. Just give me my shoes back. The referral number is #1479978. If there is COD option they send u the product ASAP but if the payment has been done they don't do such. This is not the way of working. This site should be closed or at least strict action should be taken against it.

                          As requested by this people i had to place the order second time as the first one they didnt delivered. The expected drlivery date of the second order was 12th may and still no signs o[censored]pdates or delivery yet. This kind of websites should be blacklisted for wasting the customers time. Everytime i raise a query they wilk sent the automated response template and absultely no follow ups hapeening on the order placed. The new order id is 1474142 which not yet delivered.

                            I had placed an order for 6 pairs of shoes on 18th of April (Order reference: #1466978, #1466969, #1466881) and was told that my order will be delivered within 3-21 days. Half of the amount was already paid online. It's been almost a month but haven't yet received anything. The customer service number provided is never reachable. There is no way how I can contact and find out the status of my products. Highly disappointed with the service provided by SSS. It seems like all the customers are been cheated.

                              Worst service and products. They are cheating customers and our money. I had ordered a slippers from sss. The quality was worst.so requested for return and refund of money. After that I m unable to connect with the customer care number. I tried so many times but number is busy always.                                   I made complaint twice regarding my oder to get the tracking details, the max sla is 22 days but over a month has passed but no delivery details has been shared with me.

                                  How does that make the difference you just made a priority dispatch again a priority dispatch but it is still now showing me tracking details that means there is no assurance when or will the product reach me or not.

                                  Can u pls share me the escalation matrix or your next level because if I don't get the product in a day or so I m going to sue you guys on consumer court forum because ether max SLA is 22 days and now over a month gas passed not even tracking details has been shared with the customer.

                                      I have placed an order on 20/04/2017 with street style store and they have promised me to get delivered within 21 days but they failed.
                                      Also I have tried calling them from all possisble means and the number provided by them ([protected].This number always shows busy.
                                      Above that I mailed them regarding this many times but I didn't get any satisfying response from their side.

                                        First of all it took them months to deliver my order then those heels had size issue so I replaced it but now again it's taking them month to deliver my replacement order. Moreover I just track my order. If this the way they are trying to sell there products then we would no other option left except complaining in consumer forum. They are running an online store without any active consumer Helpline number. Is this some type of joke going on? They are swallowing all our money and not responding. Worst service ever.
