I had ordered a shoe with the order number -QZUEOIVSG and it hasn't been delivered yet. I have placed complaints several times but it doesn't help. Neither they receive my call nor they reply. They said that the order has been returned but I haven't even got any delivery attempt to return it. Moreover they said that the product will be delivered again after they get it returned but it has been 20 days since delivery but they didn't contact me yet neither dekiverd the product nor refunded my money

Complaint marked as Resolved They did not delivered my product but offered me an exchanged slip. But didnt refunded the ful l payment . The tax and shipping charges were excluded. So now if i go for another product from their account with their exchange slip, They ask for more money as tax no matter how cheap or costly product i get. I need my fullpayment as a refund

Updated by Debahuti Borthakur You guys need to shut down your website soon. There are thousands of complaints against your website. You don't even respond to them . I will never ever refer anyone for this website. I had ordered a shoe on 4-4-17. And it hasn't been delivered yet. And everytime I complain about it, i get a reply that it has been returned and once it gets back to them they will reschedule a delivery. First of all I haven't received any notification about it delivery to return the product . And secondly even if it has been sent back it should not take around two months to get it rescheduled right? I have not even notified about my refund nor about the delivery of my product. And they don't even receive my calls nor do they contact me.
