I have ordered a pair of boots on 7th april 2017. Order id 1438785. Payment mode: debit card. I was not informed anything about my order for more than 30days and after enquiry for 3times they reached 3days ago but didn't deliver my parcel because courier boy was unable to reach my phone as i did lose my phone during these days only. Although the address was absolutely correct they could have easily deliver it. No option on their site for alternate number also and no refund policy. I want my ordered parcel or i want them to refund my money. Neither of which they are seem to be doing

I have updated my phone number there on the account of mine in streerstylestore and also send a tons of mails to contact me there saying the address is all correct and they can deliver. Please look to the changed phone number to deliver or else notify me about refunding

We shipped your order on "05/3/2017" and Courier Company marked the status on your order as "return to origin". May be your were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you.

So, now we are issuing you a credit note of the same amount you had paid for your products which you can use in shopping in future with us!

This whole thing is a fraud. You stole 5000 frm my account telling me that my money is going to b refunded..for just rs 830 i have lost 5000 to a fraud. U all suck. Do hell with you do hell with your farud sites and its cons.

    Please do something.. I have already paid for this.in the website they are mentioned that aftr order within 3-21days they will dispatch the product. But they aren't dispatch till now. Many times i had mail them they are saying that your order was in priority dispatch soon you will get it. But till today no mail of shipping and all.

      You people are so pathetic!! Like seriously! Don't you even know how to treat your customers???
      On 16th april 2017, i had placed an order (Order no.[protected] for a pair of shoes. It was kept on priority dispatch twice. After 21 days when i called on your number, the girl from your side told me that the product will be delivered to me within that week itself. After a week i again called that no. And one boy from your side told me that there are some quality issues so product cannot be delivered. He issued me a credit note of with an assurance that no shipping charges will be taken from me.
      Now, the problem is-
      I wanted to place another order, i applied the voucher and it asks me to me 100 rs extra by online payment!!! Like why??? Why should i pay you people extra money inspite of my money stuck with you people?? I just don't want to order from this site anymore! Just refund me my 499+110=609 rs!!!
      And if you do not refund my money, i'll take this matter to consumer court.

        I have placed order in da month of February 2017. And i returned due to bad quality od the priducts. Since march 7, 2017 i have not received replacement as such i have requested for refund. Till date there is no update nor any process is initiated. Their customer care phone service is always busy or unanswered. And there is no direct mail id to contact them. When contacted through Facebook they don't bother to reply even after repeated messages.
        And order nos.1365236 and 1340629 total amounts to rs. 3197+499 respectively.

          It was a mistake to order from this site. Pathetic service. Will never ever recommend a buy from this site to anyone.
          If no response after this, will go to consumer court for the kind of service provided.

          This ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED!!!

          I had placed my order for 3 tops on 21st April, the delivery date was 29th May.There was absolutely no update when checked on website till 29th May.After that when I started follow-ups, raised a complaint on this website, raised many queries, it was marked as priority dispatch.It is marked as priority dispatch since 19th May.Its been a month now, the order has not been delivered.

          The tracking number of shipment ID that they have provided is S[protected]. It is not traceable on delhivery website.There is absolutely no way to track weather the product will ever be delivered.

          Its a pre-paid order, so they are not at all concerned about delivery.
          Its an absolutely fraud website.
          If they do not deliver my order, I will surely file a complaint on consumer court about this website.

              I ordered one dress from street style store and it was delivered to me after 1 month. The size was not proper for me so I made an exchange request for a smaller size. The agent from street style store came to pick my exchange order. Once they have taken the order for exchange, there is no update from them. The return date is not mentioned anywhere in portal also the customer care numbers are not connectable always.

                I had order the heels from Street style store on 12/3/17 but due to size problem I have replaced the order on 28/3/17 it's been one month but I haven't got the parcel from the company or the courier which is book my packet so it's an request to send it faster as possible by contacting the courier company didn't​ accepted this type of service very disappointed by the courier company even with the street style store

                          When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 2-4 working days.

                          Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.

                          Our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product. You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you.

                            I paid money upfront for 3 products. They were to ship in 3-15 days. AKA by April I was to get my product it is 10th May & I am yet to see any of my products.
                            Plus they have my money & aren't refunding it to my account now.

                            They havent shipped my products. Date was in April. Yet to get the products.
                            They aren't refunding my money to the bank & no one picks up their phone.

                              I have complaint numerous times about this n still got no response from you guys on my emails that i have sent regarding my canclled order. I had initially placed an order of 999rs for a sandal, but as the order was getting delayed i cancelled that order and in return order 3 dresses for the discounted offer of 999rs through the voucher that I got credited to my SSS account after cancelation of the initial order. However you guys delayed yet again the product delivery for more than a month due to which I had to cancel the order again and place anothee order for the amount of 999rs as i know that you guys do not refund the money n create a voucher to be used later instead. A Voucher did get created but the amount is 0 instead of 999rs. I have been complaining and waiting for a fresh voucher to be created with the amount of 999rs on it so that i can use the money o have paid but its still not happened. This is going to be the last time I am going to right to you guys. If i do not get the voucher amount of 999rs credited to my account then i am going to take this further and escalate it to the consumer court and this is not a threat but a warning. Mind that. I will sue your company and then you would need to pay a huge sum of penalty to me in exchange of rs999 that you guys have stolen from me. I do not mind voing to court multiple times for this as i have got all the proofs and emails of my purchases and cancellations n vouchers and the number of times i have complaint.

                                  When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 2- 4 working days.

                                  Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.

                                    It has been more than a month since I have ordered from Street Style Store and it has not been delivered yet.I have sent quite a few mails but still the response seems to be that it is on Priority Dispatch.There is absolutely no response from Suppot, as they send some automated mails.

                                      Hope u understand. Shoes return related issues. I was ordered white color sneaker shoes. Size 41. But shoe was delivered today 8 may 2017and when i parcel was opened. The shoe size very big.. According to me.. Then i opened website streetstylestore.com. And request for exchanged.                                         I ordered from streetstylestore a top and i got my product 2 days back and it's not the right size and i have been try to get in touch with the website and replace the order but i m not able to as nobody is taking my calls or replying to my emails. If its really frustrating there is also no option on their site to initiate a replacing order or initiate the process.
