I had placed an order for a few items with the street style store on[protected] and paid it via snapmint and paid the Downpayment and the payment was successful, but when I went back to the street style store page the order wasn’t successful but by money was debited. Kindly check on it

    I purchased a dress from SSS website. I gave it a try but it was itching, I checked the fabric and noticed that a broken needle was stuck in the dress. Because of that i got a deep scratch and it stills hurts.
    I’m really Disappointed by this type of service provided by this brand.
    Kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action.

      It's been two weeks since I ordered a dress from street style store and the order isn't even prepared yet i was so excited to get my dress but two weeks and no sign of when it'll be out for shipping i just want my dress ASAP

          I have ordered 3 for 999 on street style store. I have paid the order through snapmint app and the payment is confirmed. But i didn't receive any message regarding order confirmation. The placed order is not reflecting on my orders as well. I request you to help me get my money back or confirm and deliver the products as soon as possible.

          My order got confirmed but my shipment status is still showing not assigned. My friend who ordered the same products after one day with cash on delivery have already received the products. This company's service is very bad. They don't answer the call too. I don't know when they will ship my products.

                  I made an order after the page showed the delivery will take place within 3-7 days. But later in the FAQ, I found out that delivery could take up to 21 days. This estimated delivery time was not shown while the order was being placed. I want to cancel this order immediately, as I needed the order before 8th April. But the company does not have a cancel option on their website, even though their FAQ says the cancellation is possible.

                          I have ordered 5 clothes worth 1100 on streetstylestore website. I have ordered on 15th Feb and it's been 1 month and I didn't receive anything yet. I have called, raised multiple queries but no response. My order is not even dispatched. This is totally worthless. Please take an action and try refunding my money.

                            it's very disappointing that no customer care number is provided and even there is no response provided to me of a single mail i sent using the support option on there website. Only one number is provided which is there just to fool people as it's always busy and no one picks it no matter how many times you try
                            Actually i wanted my order before 1st week of April as I am going on a trip.
                            So wanted to ask for the exact date of delivery as I would have to shop from different websites if i could not get my order before time.
                            Kindly tell the exact date by which i will get my order and try to send asap
                            The current status of my order is packet ready for dispatch which i placed on 19th April 2022 (COD).
                            So please revert as I have to make arrangements.

                                I have prepaid the order of worth rs 799 the UPI payment cash is deducted.. payment is accepted but.. delivery is not assigned .. it's been 4-5 days...
                                I think my money is in the wrong hands.. or either i have losted it..I raised the query in the site but no response was there not even a single mail..
                                It was my first and worst experience at SSS I'm not ordering anything next time from this site...not at all..
                                even they don't provide a refund policy..why??
