I had placed a request return on 22th of Aug 2015.According to style street email my order will be picked on 28 th but still i do not have any clue regarding the same . Today it is around 5 month ( 01/01/2016 ) from when I had placed my order and my order has still not been returned. Every time I called customer care the representatives gave me very unprofessional and unreliable answers which obviously were a lie as all the promises they made never ever got done. I want to cancel my order. I have never seen a website who takes 5 month for delivery and return ( whole process ) .The reverse pick up number for my order no 232927 did not work and I did not get any communication from style street. I am still waiting for a reply on my last mail which was on 10/1/15 for them to rearrange a pickup with a valid courier service. they are unreachable over the telephone. How should a customer reach out to them? .

I had ordered a slit ankle length dress through this site and I have yet not received delivery. I want to lodge a complaint against this site. They are big time frauds as the number given in the site does not exist. They do not respond to emails.

I ordered 3 pairs of flats for rs 1150.I did not like the fit and quality of the material so i returned the product.they picked the package in 2, 3 days but now they are not responding to my e-mails for exchange or for creating a credit slip against my amount since they do not have any return policy.I tried to call on the no. given on the website but the no. is invalid.they are completely fraud and I will file a case against them.

I placed an order for shoes about a month ago. I have not received them yet. Even after my mails and queries all I get is another mail from the company and no shoes. I have waited more than enough for them. I want a full refund. This is not tolerable!

I ordered two pair of shoes from SSS. The order took almost 20 days to get delivered. After the long wait I received a defected product. Need to return it. There is no return option available on the website. The only contact number mentioned on the website is not reachable. The help-desk is not responding to the emails.

Its being a month but i can't get my product yet.. very bad site...and very bad experience also will never ever want to refer anyone to buy something from your site.

Hi, I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 7th of Dec made on-line payment for the same, now they saying "we do not received your payment it shows aborted according to our records". I approached regarding the same with my credit card issuer bank they said SSS have already claimed the amount on 8th of dec and it is paid to them, 355288 is authentication key for that claim. tried emailing them but no response, nth # times i tried calling but they provided a wrong contact details on the website. i shared this site with a friend not knowing that this site is fraud she ordered 2 Pair but yet no delivery from them, though its not long but seeing my case she is scared. Request to get some help as my money is blocked now. Please Help..!!

Hi I had ordered six shoes from SSS and also made the payment of INR 3595/- through NEFT on 15 Nov 2015. Its been more than 40 days and I have not got two of the six products. StreetStyle store's contact number does not work[protected], as mentioned in the website) at all. I had been writing to them @ [protected]@streetstylestore.freshdesk.com. I bot 1 product from SSS, did not like the fit, so requested for return, now company has picked up the return but still not given credit slip. no one is replying on email from their help desk & the contact no. given on the website shows the no. is invalid. Please help!

I had order a pair of shoe which they have given me a wrong size..aftr informing they are not giving me a correct pair its been two month above I made a complaint...

I had placed an order on 13/09/2015 and made immediate online payment for the same, but haven't received the product yet. I have written to them multiple times but there is no concrete reply. I have also given them ultimatum, still no revert. They mention invalid tracking ID in the customer Account. Also few products were returned by me for which there is no revert regarding refund of money or issuance of credit note. Kindly help.

I have made payment on 24/11/2015 for product i.e. Shoes of Rs.899. But they are not responding to my E-mails regarding my product delivery. Their Contact Number also not effective, it remains out of service all time.

I order my product on 21st November 2015 but till now I wouldn't receive my product as well as they don't have their own words value. They have 21 days commitment time period from the day of order. I found many complaints on net regarding delivery issue but I think these people do not take any corrective step.
